DO NOT RECOMMEND!! they lie about their lifetime warranty. I have a 2014 mustang gt and have been waiting since may to get pieces to my bumper that fell off shortly after installation service manager tells me they are out of stock everywhere and will contact me when they are available. With that being said it is now october and i still dont have my parts. Talked to the gm he took my number down and said he would call when parts are available. I even found the parts elsewhere and asked them if they could get them thru another source they refused so now im out of my parts and wasted a lot of time.
Best customer service experience!!!! I dropped my vehicle off when the shop was closed on a Saturday evening. Tim was in contact with me Monday morning...like with an estimate and they were already working on my vehicle. Sent me updates everyday. My Mazda looks amazing!!!! I have white leather seats in my car. They didnt even get it dity. It was just as clean as it was when I dropped it off. They did an amazing job!!! Not to mention they had my car in and out in less than a week!!! The level of professionalism, customer service and body work are phenomenal. Thank you.
My car was done exactly when they said it would be. (Took three days for the body repair and cleaning). My car looked INCREDIBLE afterwards. The staff kept me notified during their whole process. They were very friendly and helpful when I had questions.

They did a great job on my body repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. I only had 1 complaint and that was that my E-Brake was not working. Tim (Employee) stated that he would take care of the repair of the E-Brake not working. Thats great customer Service!

Sales and service are 5 stars. But the body shop no one answers the phone when leaving a message even during regular business hours they return them hours later.The insurance was to cover damage ....other persons fault went to pick up car and was told we owed $250 deductible communication is poor and we asked for car to be detailed inside and told them wed pay for that sepreatly and it was not done.When my husband talked to the tech he said he was very ignorant .Next time we should go to a local shop where business is appreciated.
Wow. Poor customer service. No call backs, lied to about whereabouts of the service contact (in meetings when not even at work) late delivery of car. And insurance company was surprised with behavior. Thought Cochran was a reputable place to go. Do not let the name fool you
When our Buick Enclave was rear-ended we could have taken the car anywhere; wanted factory trained GM technicians. We chose Cochran because of their LIFETIME WARRANTY. Now the Lift-gate switch no longer works, the reverse lights dont work, the back up camera no longer works, and the ONLY place on the car showing signs of rust is on the lift-gate. We brought the car in and we were told NONE of those things are covered under the lifetime warranty. So what exactly is covered? Does your lifetime warranty cover anything? Does it mean anything at all?
I had a problem with one of my windows not going up two days before Xmas. They were able to tape up and then called me when the part came in. Ive been dealing with Cochran for over 30 years. I recommend them highly.
Took care of my car very quickly and Tim stayed in contact when there was a small delay.
Very Bad. Car took twice as long... almost 4 weeks instead of 1.5 weeks. No call backs. No updates. No communication. No urgency. No customer service. And my floor Matts were dirty. Brand new car with brand new floors matts that now need shampooed.
Called for an estimate, scheduled it for 1230pm. I was there at 1230. Mike was my estimator. Took a look at the hood panel that I wanted replaced. Went back in to wait 15min or so said Mike. While waiting another gentleman enters, said he wanted an estimate for repairs, he had been there several monthsa ago, but that he didnt have a current appointment. Barbie told him that the person (Mike, coincidentally) was working an estimate at the moment. Barbie then goes and tells Mike this. Mike walks out and makes a statement your estimate is going to take while, then he grabs the prior estimate for the other gentleman and goes outside to relook the vehicle....i was going to just leave and say nothing, but then i decided that i hadnt done anything wrong and obviously Body by Cochran has an employee that doesnt know how to prioritize...I was there 1st, I had an appointment, and was in the process. Why not just finish mine and move on to the next? So i spoke to Barbie and another gentleman wearing a white shirt that Mike was going to cost the company an easy sale and future customer. I have been to this location 2 times before and would have continued using them...NOT ANYMORE, not to mention Ill be sure and convey the lack of service continually...Great Job Mike!!!! You su*k...
I am so upset with my experience here. The body work done is good, but everything else is a different issue. Got delayed pick up till late in the day due to car needing washed. Car washer was on vacation and the backup was so completely horrible. There were big spots over the vehicle, and inside had a HUGE amount of dust. Saw a spot of chipped paint below the passenger door and when I took it back, they said that they didn’t paint that part and it happened from the road. REALLY??? Car is a 2008 and missing paint wasn’t there till they worked on it. EXTREMELY upset. Treated like I was an idiot. So disrespectful. If they can’t fix the problem, I recommend not using them.Apparently it must have happened on my way home from Cochran and causedab6 inch by 4 inch area of missing paint on my car and owned car for 2 years. UNBELIEVABLE! Oh and they state that piece below the door isn’t metal so it shouldnt matter.???

They know exactly how to repair accident and comprehensive damage to vehicles.

This place is the worst. Had my car in there for the past week and still not fixed. Told me it was all tested and soon as I left engine light came on. Not sure what the hell they are doing.
