This is my go-to body shop for when my cars get hit parked outside my house on a narrow street. Ive never been disappointed with the results, they detail my car before giving it back. Great staff, Joe and Krista are friendly and know their business. Graceland is the only body shop I use.
Graceland Automotive hands down is the best auto body shop in PA. Amazing experience from the first phone call through the QC when I picked my car up. My wife’s six month old car was hit from behind. From the moment I started talking with Paul and then Joe, I was confident In dealing with them. They handled the details with at fault driver’s insurance company, and had our rental vehicle ready to go on site. To top it off, they did tremendous work. The car looks brand new again! I greatly appreciate their professionalism and efforts to make it all happen.

About 8 years ago, I was in an accident in downtown Pittsburgh. As a result of the damage, I was unable to drive the car but the AAA tow truck driver suggested towing the car to Graceland Automotive. At that time, I had not heard of Graceland Automotive and was a bit leery of having my car repaired by an unfamiliar organization. Since I had no other viable options and was a little dazed from the accident, I agreed to let the driver tow my car to Graceland Automotive.The service and quality of work I received was spectacular. Paul’s mother was working at that time as the scheduling person. She was a sweetheart and kept me informed of the status of the repairs. The repairs were done to perfection and when the car was returned to me, it had been washed and cleaned inside.As a result of several other fender benders since that time, I have had to take my car to Graceland Automotive several other times and as recently as this month. Each and every time I have received the same courteous service and repairs done to perfection. Each and every time the car has been returned to me washed outside and cleaned inside. In fact, several times other non-accident related scratches and dents have been repaired without my request and at no charge to me.The organization obviously prioritizes happy and satisfied customers above all else. That is so rare in today’s world that it makes Graceland Automotive stand out. It’s comforting to know that should I need auto body repair services again, I have an organization that I know and trust! I wish that other organizations chose to operate in this manner.
Recommend without reservation. I had never heard of this shop prior to repair job, but it was the only Geico certified repair shop recommended by the company in this area. I now wouldnt go anywhere else! Quality body work. Excellent communication with owner about progress on vehicle. Car was returned in spotless condition.
My insurance GEICO had my car towed to Graceland auto after I was rear ended. I had never heard of them and was not sure but. They did a very good job on the repair. Not every situation is perfect but I feel comfortable recommending them.

My Ford Escape was hitresulting in a substantial dent and fender repairs. To be honest it seems like a brand new car. They take care of everything for you. Folks u would be crazy if you do not select Graceland Automotive as the company for your car troubles. Would not go toany other place.
This is the worst place you should ever take your car to repair, they had my car stuck for more than 54..... days, the service is the worst, if you want a quick repair do not choose this place, super disappointed for everything....

I had my Honda Accord towed here after getting T-boned downtown a few winters ago. My car and I have been best friends since high school, and I was sure it was totalled. But the guys at Graceland told me they could restore it, and they were right. When I came to pick it up (in a very short time, considering the amount of work needed to the front) everything looked even better than before - they did an excellent paint job, right down to the tiny black line around the top by the doors. They even cleaned it, inside and out! Before I paid they talked me through everything theyd done so I felt comfortable with what I was charged - also a reasonable amount. I tell all my friends to come here for top notch work and honest service - often hard to find among auto repair places. I will bring my car back here if it ever needs more work, though that may be awhile down the road, because it has run like a dream since the accident and like I said that was several years ago. Definitely come here if you want your 4-wheeled friend to be pampered and want to be treated like a human being instead of a number!

Wow, called to get a price to replace a core support and was told they only do work on vehicles that were involved in an accident. Guess all the paint fumes are working their magic
The insurance co. try to force low quality rusted out parts on my classic 85 Ford F-Series, but Graceland fought for me and rejected the parts. In the end I got a high quality repair. I also took my fathers van there last year. This is the only collision center I will ever use.
If you want your car to look as good as new bring it here!!!

I want to share my simply horrid experience at Pittsburgh auto body shop, Graceland Auto, with you so you won’t have to experience the simply disgraceful customer service that I did. My car was towed into Graceland Auto last month, after my insurance company, Geico, recommended it as one of the good car repair shops in the area. I quickly realized that either all Pittsburgh auto repair shops are terrible, or Geico has pretty low standards. Not only did I receive terrible customer service at Graceland Auto, they also did not properly fix my car, sending me onto a wild goose chase for an entire month until it was finally fixed.Moral of the story, if you need a Pittsburgh auto repair shop, steer clear of Graceland Auto. Not only are they rude, but they also don’t do very good work. I feel so strongly about this that I’m switching insurance companies from Geico, because if they feel this is good service, I don’t want to be their customer.
My boyfriend and I got into an accident the sunday before christmas. We knew that GLA worked with our insurance but since it was a weekend, and right before the holiday, we werent sure anyone was even going to be down there or who would tow our vehicle. Not only were we able to get ahold of someone, they got a tow truck out to us very quickly. Also, they went out of there way to get all of the parts that were needed, for our 2007 Dodge Charger RT, so it wouldnt be totalled. The receptionist was very nice as well and always kept us updated with the progress. The charger runs better now then it did when we first purchased it. The king and his team did a great job and, not only will we go there for future issues, but I have and will continue to refer GLA to others.
**Correction I went to fill up my gas for the first time after they repaired it and the latch doesnt work. 3 stars just went to a 1 for being forced to open my gas cap with a screwdriver.I came with them with 2 repairs that needed to be done. One on the hood and another on the gas cap. The former not going through insurance and the ladder going through Geico. I got an estimate for both and told the owner Paul D’Amico to go ahead and schedule me and signed a letter authorizing ordering the parts. Geico issued payment directly to him for the repairs later that week. He estimated 4 days and said he could easily do both in that time. Two weeks later I dropped it off on a Monday and gave him a call Weds. to see how it was progressing. Said he had to order the gas cap assembly (which was obviously damaged from the start and should have been ordered) so it was going to take a little while longer. Thats fine with me Geico is paying for a rental car. He asks again about the hood and I say yes I would like that fixed. Come Tuesday of next week the office calls and says the car is ready and I ask how much for the hood he gets on the phone and says oh no you never said to do that. He said he called and asked me about it and I said no (never received any call from him only talked to him when I asked when it would be done). Its pretty obvious to me that he has obligations to finish his Geico and other insurance cars first because of time restraints but will not admit it and put off minor stuff for later. If you go there get in writing what you are going to have done and how long it will take. The repairs they did look great on the outside (little did I know that you couldnt open it) and they detail your car too but the service and communication from Paul D’Amico was very very sub par. Not going back for the hood repair because who knows 2 days that he quoted me on could turn into a week without a car.
