Overall, my experience with Diehl wasn’t good. Their work, communication, attention to detail, and business operations are mediocre at best. First, my car took longer than expected to be completed. This wouldn’t have been an issue if this was communicated to me within a timely manner. I had to call and seek updates about my car multiple times. I would have to also call back to follow-up on voicemails I left because some employees wouldn’t call back. The big issue about my car taking longer than expected is that it can back to me damaged. There were chips of paint taken out of my brand new bumper. When looking over my car I pointed it out and they acted like it wasn’t their fault. Eventually, they were able to repair that. I was also unhappy with the paint. I don’t think they blended it well with my car and I can definitely see a transition difference. After two attempts apparently that’s the best that can be done. Also, when I got my car back the first time it was filthy inside and the belt buckle was jammed, the door panel needed popped back in and I now hear vibration of loose parts. In addition to getting paint on my rear tire. The second time I received my car back the paint match still wasn’t good and there was a chrome piece on my trunk that wasn’t placed back correctly. So, I had to take it back to them again to fix. As mentioned earlier their attention to detail is bad. I have no confidence in this location and won’t ever bring work back to them in the future. Had I not checked my car from top to bottom there would have been so many issues overlooked by Diehl.
Friendly. Acknowledged me when I came in. Had rental car ready from system they use with the rental company which was convenient. I thought I had some more repairs, computer issues with the car. They were willing to listen and check it out again, but I was able to find that the problem wasn’t the computer, so didn’t need to take it in.
The Butchers of Robinson is what my brother nicknamed Diehl...and quite a fitting name indeed. Crooks and scam artists work also.Long story short, I hit a deer on the 4th of July weekend in my brand new 2020 Lexus with less than 1500 miles on it :( My insurance company said I had to use a Geico preferred partner, which was lie/false but I was unaware. So they sent my practically new car to Diehl (which I had never heard of, nor had anyone I spoke with).I should have been worried when I went to pick it up the FIRST time. The car was outside jammed between 2 beaters. Sandy tried to pitch me on how good a job they did, etc. I had specifically asked for extra detailing. I was just happy to get my car back...but on the way home I noticed numerous issues. Glass everywhere on the inside and in the engine. The headliner was hanging and not even close to being done properly. There were scratches all over the roof still. There were greasy hand marks all over the interior of the car from their grubby paws. Gaps in the fender. Paint bubbles. Sandy even picked a large shard of glass out off the passenger seat, and blamed the detailer/glass guy? A total fiasco. This was after 7500$ worth of claims...so we took it back. Diehl finds the car needs ANOTHER 2500$ worth of work...we are up to 10 supplements now on the claim.So Diehl finally calls and says the car is REALLY done and was inspected by the manager, etc. So finally we go to pick it up again for a scheduled a 3pm pickup. They have had my car for almost 2 months. Sandy calls my cell at 2:53pm while we are sitting in rush hour parkway traffic saying they just found more issues and the car wasnt ready. That was the last straw. My brother went in and looked at the car, it was so parked in there was NO WAY they were going to return it.I had to file a complaint with my insurance company, we demanded they tow the car to the dealer (a certified repair shop) to fix up Diehls hack job. Over THREE months later and I just got my car back yesterday.Be especially wary of their gutless manager Keith (who was supposed to contact me numerous times per my insurance agent but didnt once) and his crony Sandy. They are NOT Toyota (Lexus) certified and I wouldnt trust them to work on a go-kart...employees must be padding all these Google reviews. Avoid like the plaque!
The Diehl team was outstanding. Great service, communication, repair work, coordination with insurance and car rental companies and all done on schedule. I could not be more pleased. Everyone should use Diehl. They are the best.

Took my car here after a car accident. Everyone was super nice and were very easy to talk to. They gave me a detail list of what needed to be repaired and an estimated time of the fixture. They made something stressful and put my mind at ease. I cannot thank them enough.
After my car was wrecked they did an awesome job returning to a condition better than before. They went above and beyond.
I took my car here because it was making a funny noise, and the people here are just wonderful!!! They are super professional and very friendly and helpful! They explained things to me in a way so that I would be able to understand what was being done to my car. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! They worked fast and efficiently and I had my car back really quickly. The prices are great and I will definitely use this company in the future as well as tell others to come here. 5 stars!!

I was in a small accident on Christmas Day and I took my car to Diehl to get it repaired in the body shop. I picked my car up and it looked brand new! Everything was spotless and the repairs were amazing. Greg made sure I was updated throughout the process and called me as soon as my car was finished in the body shop. Amazing work and management.

From the initial phone call and throughout the entire process, they were extremely courteous and professional. I appreciated the courteous transportation to and from the collision center. Definitely recommend Diehl Auto and Collision.
Auto insurance recommended these guys since Im not from the area. They were quick with my repairs. (front fender, hood, grill and headlights) Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Cody kept me updated and went the extra mile taking my truck to GM for diagnostics to get me back home faster. The repairs look great and seamless. No evidence the accident ever happened . Working with Kody and Diehl Collision Center in Robinson Twp was awesome! My wifes Jeep Compass was impacted in the rear quarter by another vehicle and they had our Jeep in and out in less then 1 week. Her car looks brand new as if nothing had ever happened to it. Customer service was excellent. Made my wife and I truly feel like family.

I was involved in an accident on 12/17/19 in my 2019 Jeep GC Summit. Immediately I had decided that I wanted it towed to Diehl for the repairs and bodywork as I have had nothing but great experiences at Diehl Jeep of Robinson for service maintenance. I can now say the same about Diehl Collision as well. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon M. and Tony K. throughout the repair process. These two gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty for me. They treated my Jeep as if it were their own, ensuring that it was not only repaired but repaired correctly and to my high standards. Any time that I would call, they were available or would quickly return my call, always keeping me up-to-date on the status. When the repair took longer than my covered 30 day rental car policy due to some parts being delayed, they put me into a rental at their own expense. Brandon even drove in on a Saturday (his day off) to ensure that I got into a rental, as I was not returning from a business trip until that day, and he did not want to see me go without having a vehicle. After the work was completed and I was able to pick up the Jeep, I had noticed a few issues (missing clips, overspray, etc.) and those concerns were addressed and fixed promptly without question. I am now very happy with the outcome. I give Diehl Collision and these two gentlemen an A+++ review. I greatly appreciate your hard work and business. Thank you!

Although I didn’t have much interaction with this dealership (collision center) I was very pleased with how nice they were to me considering my situation. Very patient and kind. Kody, was easy to deal with and explained everything the best he could. Debbie the receptionist is very sweet and is the best person in my opinion to be greeted by. Thank you diehl for making my awful situation a little easier for me!(I accidentally posted this on the wrong page, when it should have been on here and not the actual dealership haha)
My Jeep got wrecked into and needed a fair amount of front end body work. They made my Jeep look brand new. I will never go anywhere else!
