We recently stopped using cell phone service provided by a national carrier using a major retailer and internet sales, without brick and mortar retail presence. We elected to become customers of T-Mobile for a number of reasons. One is being able to go to a local T-Mobile store to have service and questions answered. Another reason we changed service to T-Mobile is due to service plans for customers over the age of 55 being extremely reasonable. We are always greeted when we go to the store and are ALWAYS provided with satisfying service when we visit the store.
The crew here was very helpful. The 3 of them make a good team.

Not happy with this place at all. I wanted to get the five lines for a 100 but they said I was only approved for 2 lines. I called sprint to learn we were approved for ten lines. U feel like you should know your facts before dealing with these liars. The typical bait and switch. They suck!!

New customer for about two months now and I felt scammed. Associate failed to let us know about things that would be on our billing statement also when we tried to call and ask about it we were sent directly to the hotline number no help whatsoever for something we were blindsided with.
Great service, Craig (the manager) has always done everything and, then some, that Ive asked.
They guys at this store are awesome and super nice they made my day and hooked me up with a usb c to head phone jack after I lost mine and looked everywhere in town for one.
