The staff are nice, but they dont have all the phones on display. I wanted to look at the iPhones, because I wanted to touch one before I bought, but I couldnt. Other than that they store is great!!!!

Salesman did everything to give me the best deal. Took his time to make sure I didnt leave without being fully knowledge about contract and upgrade options

T-Mobile have great service good employees very nice people they look good and their very courteous I had a good experience

M/s Alex was the best . This young lady was so helpful and very patient. Her services were above and beyond.

Had issues with my phone and billing. Was really frustrated calling customer service on different occasions. Went in to this branch and both the store manager (Stephanie) and Mobile Expert (Alex) took care of all my worries. I walked in frustrated, but left the shop with smiles. Thanks again Stephanie!

Customer Service with large carriers is always horrible. Now with the acquisition of Sprint, Customer service is downright horrendous at this location.

Eric and Paola were great! I initially came in to transfer some lines over, but they were also able to help me with other problems I had with my service as well. They were very kind and patient, and made sure that all my problems were solved. Thank you !!!

This place is very nice and up to date, tons of the newest products. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and put you on a wait list to help you as quickly as possible. Minus one star because sometimes the wait is still long and I occasionally get stuck with someone who doesnt know what they are doing and they waste a lot of my time before refer me to a more knowledgeable employee. Im pretty sure Ive always left with all questions answered and every problem solved. Better than most cell stores Ive been to.

Store is ridiculous. All the latest gadgets, but good luck trying to purchase them. They are extremely un-organized at this location. You may wait for over an hour, while new customers walk in and are helped first without appointment. It does not seem like anyone there knows what they are supposed to do. A customer sign in sheet is not that hard of a solution to come up with....

I get much better customer service from luis and Jessie in Atlantic plaza than I do in this one. Every time I come in I have to wait forever and when they finally get to me I feel like they’re just trying to get me out the door and don’t really listen to my needs. I used to work sales and I feel like the only time I’ve gotten the customer service I deserved was in Atlantic plaza.

The service was great answered all my questions. The sales rep was very friendly, he was quick and efficient, left with a smile

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS / LOCATION!I went in to sign up for a phone plan and after dealing with all the stupid people that work in this store, I eventually decided not to go forward with an account. YET I GET A BILL A FEW WEEKS LATER THAT THE ACCOUNT I NEVER FINISHED SETTING UP WAS SET UP AND BILLED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!The morons that work in this store are crooks and completely incompetent. Dont waste your time with these brain dead idiots or T-Mobile in general.0 STARS OUT OF 5

They were irresponsible rude disrespectful ganging up on a 47 yrold woman with my kids watching them gang up on me payed my service filed 21claims for my daughters phone hadnt had phones since 9th of last month it was rude that I had low blood sugar and cancer and those kids talked trashy to me sticking up for each other in this case their always right NOT THE CCUSTOMER OF 20YErs

They skipped me twice all I wanted to do was pay my bill!! very unorganized Im not coming back here!

My phone was stolen, I cancelled the line by calling customer service and I also reported the IEMI# For some odd reason someone in the store keeps over writing my request, I totally believe this is something the store manager needs to look into, if someone is doing this to my account, just think what else is going on?

This is the SECOND time they sell me a piece of crap phone! Dont have time to keep going to change it!
