Upgraded to a new iPhone today and Ty was awesome helping along the way and got the job done in a timely manner.
After the first of the year I decided to upgrade my phone. Not only was Ty (at the Pittsburg, Kansas Parkview Drive location) very helpful during the whole process, he helped some seemingly simple questions I shouldve known the answer to. He helped upgrade my phone, as well as transfer service to my sisters phone. Ty also helped upgrade our service and find a plan that best suit our needs. Very thankful and glad we got to work with him during this experience.

Worst, understaffed business ever!! The employees are great people, but have zero training from us cellular!! Theres usually an hr wait, to get absolutely no progress when theres an actual problem. There are cheaper cell providers but I chose to go thru an authorized agent, expecting better customer service, but thats a thing of the past!!! I am dumping us cellular!!!So, Ive tried to contact them by email, since going to their understaffed office is out of the question, cause I dont have all day to give up, and Ive left there every time, without any real solution to my problems, I had to resort to contacting the corporate office to receive any response and assistance! My rating will stand at a 1 star!!! They deserve less than that!!! This owner should be ASHAMED of this location!!!

Brenda Clarkson is so mad, she is having me write this review. Brenda can hear who she is talking to, but they cannot hear her, including me. If Brenda taps on the phone, it works for a few minutes. She called Pittsburg KS US Cellular and told HIM her problem. HE said, yes, bring it in and they would send it off. On a weekend, SHE said SHE couldnt do that. Brenda was going to have to call tech support during a weekday, during her workhours to go through a lot of voicemail to talk to a tech. SHE blamed it on Brendas location and a bad signal. SHE ignored the fact that it used to work in several locations. We will be looking into another company.
I was impressed with the staff at the Pittsburg store. Very friendly and knowledgeable. This was one of the few positive experiences I’ve had with US Cellular customer service in the last 15 years.
Wish they had better deals for coustomers of over 20 years.

US Cellular is making it very difficult to stay a customer. Order a phone via the website but cant return it to a local store cause it doesnt come from their stock. Makes perfect sense...
HORRIBLE service! They messed up our billing and messed up our phone order. If it wasnt for tammy at the independence, KS store and jazzy at us cellular corp. I would have closed my account. I will never go to pittsburg of phone service and help. I will drive an hour to independence for help and service.
Skylar was excellent. She knew exactly what the problem was with my phone and was able to fix it within a few short minutes. I really appreciate the knowledge that she had to help repair my phone as quickly as she did. Its really nice to not have to spend hours in a store just getting one little thing fixed on your phone so to Skyler I say thank you thank you thank you you did an excellent job.
Jake and Wyatt were extremely helpful and understanding. A trip to deal with cell phone issues could be compared to a trip to the DMV at times, but these guys were extremely personable. I will not hesitate using a local store vs. corporate when I can get this great service right here locally.
Ty was the best help you can ask for! Premiere Locations is the best atmosphere ever for help with all your US Cellular needs! Definitely recommend anyone to stop and have Ty and his crew to help you out.
I called in with a question about my bill and why it had jumped up $16 in the last two months. A nice gentleman named Paul answered the phone, heard me out and offered to call customer service for me. He called back within 20 minutes and told me that they hadnt been placing a discount on my account and took the entire amount of the discount off my bill. He not only helped me but went out of his way to do so. This is why I chose to stick with U.S. Cellular. Friendly service in their store as well as understanding.

After multiple attempts at fixing my phone Ty sent it to Samsung to either fix or send me a new phone. I always seem to get the lemon in phones.

I have had my phone thru them for a year and I have had nothing but problems with my phone and phone plan and I have taken my phone in over and over and and they say even though I bought it and 3 days later took it in they say there nothing they can do now my phone will not call out or receive calls they say I can renew early but my bill will go up now how is this my fault when they sold me not just one junk phone but 2 junk phones we have the same problem with my husbands phone so now I have to lay for 2 phones that do not work what great customer service I would not recommend this phone service to any one cause they do not care for their customers nor do they fix problems that is due to the phones they sell and they have very poor customer service
