I went in to return a hot spot I bought while on vacation (which failed all the speed tests I tried even in high speed areas) and dude told me I have to go to the corporate store to do that, drove all the way there, just for the corporate store to tell me I needed to go back to the same Victra location dude just turned me away from. This experience makes me never want to do business with Verizon. Do yourself a favor and dont ever waste your time here because Ive now spent at least 4 hours driving around, making calls, trying to get this done with little help and long wait times.

Verizon has a very bad signals. Based on my internet research and working experience CDMA technology is old and backward which is used by Verizon. GSM is advance technology that is used all over the world but Verizon is not using it.Furthermore I bought a phone from Verizon and paid them from debt card, since it’s battery was overheating i sent it back to them, they don’t want to send my money back to my debit card instead they will lower my monthly Verizon bill in order to reimburse it. So purchasing from Verizon is just headache.Also I bought a second phone from Verizon which has the same battery overheating problem if I send it back to them they don’t send my money back to my debit card account. They will reimburse it in my monthly bill.

Went in for the bogo promotion on Feb 2020. Traded in 2 phones to get credited on my bills and a $250 gift card for each phone. Total of $500. Jesse did the whole process on his tablet. He got my address wrong so I never received anything. I had to call to find out that only 1 card was requested. Not for $250 but for $200. After speaking to agents, they decided to give me $200 credit to my line because this happened way back February. How is that my fault? Paying these off. Gift card is not the problem. Its how much you pay attention to a customer. Now I cant get what I signed up for because a Verizons employee couldnt do their job right 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I was really HAPPY to finally get my phone! And Jessie was great! During the COVID 19 Shelter In Place Order, its been difficult on getting my upgrade. It took three...THREE TIMES for me to get my new phone! I cant tell you how much I hate this COVID 19! Its affected so many things. Im so happy 😊 that I got an appointment with Jessie to get my phone.

My girlfriend went in to buy a new iPhone. I called her and told her not to because I already bought one for her. I spoke to a Customer Service Representative and she said that she would activate it for us and to just take a picture of the back of the box and she will handle it. She also told me that ALL new phones have a SIMS card in the box. Well that is not true, when I explained that I bought it at Best Buy she said Dont worry it has a SIMS card in the box. When I called the store back to explain the situation they said Oh Im sorry about that and hung up on me. Verizon should be embarrassed that this so called Authorized Verizon Retailer has no clue about what they are talking about and their employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. Im calling Verizon Corporate now!!!

Went into the Pittsburg store for the buy 1 get 1 IPhone 11 and Jesse lied to us he said are bill would only be 250 a month plus he threw in an iPad he said was free on them just active a new line. Well we get home and get a text that are bill was 600 next month. Horrible service and lied all the way around.

Excellent customer service with Jack at Pitsburg location. Clean store, no wait, place to sit, what more could a customer want?Oh yeah, a reliable signal out here in the delta. I switched from T mobile to Verizon. I am so happy now! I even have signal at home, in Isleton, a town notorious for being a dead zone.Thank you Verizon, you exceeded my expectations.

I just went to this Verizon Store location and I got a horrible service from the manager Jessie and the other sale working here. First this manager were rude when I started to asked questions. He kept saying “ I am the manager here so I guaranteed you that You I know” . Instead of answering our questions and explain it to us with not being arrogant. But end up that he lied about some details just to get sale. He said he is pretty sure also that he transferred my old phone to my new phone but he didn’t asked a request and didn’t do it. The other guy work with him was totally rude also . He doesn’t know how to use a respectful and professional words to customer . He called my mom “that is my dog” which we found so inappropriate to us. They are just so rude. This is my first time writing a review because these sales associates are very unprofessional

Ive been a Verizon customer for 17 years. I have always been treated with respect whenever Ive had to stop by a store for technical support, upgrades, to purchase accessories, etc.Well, at 9p on NYE my Google Pixel 1 decided to give up. I have enjoyed this phone over the past few years and was adamant above staying with the Pixel. I LOVE THIS PHONE!Earlier this evening, I visited the Verizon store in Pittsburg, CA and was immediately greeted by two salesmen, Christopher & Jack. I didnt even have both feet in the door. It was refreshing to feel important, the minute I walked in the door.I explained my issue, I also explained that I wanted another Pixel. Christopher initiated the process and within minutes I had a new Pixel 4. Christopher went on to explain some changes to my plan, he reminded me that my insurance plan rolled over, etc.While Christopher, Jack and I engaged ourselves in small talk during this visit, I noticed several things:1. These two young men were very professional and knowledgeable.2. They werent pushy and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need.3. They acknowledged how Id been a customer for 17 years. Sidebar: Verizon you should have a loyalty program for people who have been customers for over 10 years. JUST A SUGGESTION.4.They thoroughly explained everything that was taking place, clearly and with enthusiasm.If you live in the Pittsburg/Antioch/Brentwood area and you are a Verizon customer, I highly recommend you go to this location for support services. I went in to buy a samsung S4 and the staff were very helpful and courteous. I was in and out of the store quite quickly. Fastest ever for new phone set-up. Limited over priced accessories though. One thumb up on service thumb down on accessories

This has to be the only store in America that does not take cash. Tried to buy a phone here for family member, but was told that they can not take cash. I asked why such a policy was in place and the manager said you have to understand that I work in Pittsburg. I can not believe that this was said and that a company would not take cash. Will never shop/support a company that has a manager that believes that doing business in Pittsburg is such a problem or danger. As a small business owner in Pittsburg I do all that I can to shop local, but will never be back to this place.

This is just a retailer not a verizon store. I went in to get a verizon car charger for my galaxy note 2 and all they had were cheap brands with lower voltage and or low amperage. On top of that the girl working there had never seen the charger i was looking for and told me it didnt exist even after i brought it in from my car to show her... Two thumbs down im going to a real verizon store.

The worst customer service I was trying to transfer my line from different carrier to Verizon they take too much and too long to get your info unlike other carriers you wont need all this informinton to know your cridet score . And is expensive for regular unlimited plan !! Was terrible experience

Messy service crap try to change company they put everything very nice .... at the store I paid +420 to sign a contract with regular galaxy 8 then after two days I had no signal to make calls after three days I saw my first payment was of 360 ... THIEVES a week I returned everything from +420 I only returned 160 is crap that store I do not recommend it to anyone look for another
