This Gamestop has always been so helpful! My husband and I have a pro series 2 controller and have the warranty. They have always been so good at honoring that warranty. They go out of their way to order it if its not in stock and have been amazing with keeping me updated. Called today for a warranty exchange and they had it in stock. Im so tthankful! Theyve done an amazing job at being there and helpful. 100%

The associates here are very helpful and really know their stuff when it comes to release date and preorder information. Clean and well laid out location with a good variety of games, memorabilia, and Funko Pop collectables. The associates offer you all the service offerings theyre required to in a way that doesnt feel pushy.

Throwback to my childhood but also they are really reinventing themselves and I love shopping here! I usually do all my shopping via the app but I love coming in person every once in a while and reminiscing.

PS4 items bought . Very nice associates at this locations encouraged me to buy the first 🕷 man game . Set up in store is nicer. Doesn’t smell weird!

The staff is very pleasant. No hand sanitizer in the station on multiple visits. They were also out of the game that was advertised online as available in store. Other than that, I wouldve given 5 stars. I would still recommend this location.

So just popped in to this GameStop to buy a game on my way to dinner.. Stood there in line for over fifteen minutes while “Jennifer”chatted it up and ignored my very existence. After this continued I could tell that obviously my time and business meant less than zero and that social hour was more important. Will not be going back and certainly motivation for me to do my shopping online at Amazon .

This gamestop is great, they always have the coolest stuff. My wife got a Sailor Moon ramen bowl and I grabbed the last pack of Time Spiral Remastered and pulled a $30 card!

Good service not a lot merchandise

Staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. Google was showing closed when they were actually open, was told this was due to some glitch in the system since they were closed several days before because of the tropical storm.

Absolutely loved shopping here this time. It looks like since COVID their aisles arent as crowded with merchandise. It was a much better shopping experience.

Great staff. I called in for a wonder woman statue and the were out but the young lady on the phone was beyond helpful. She found 3 locations that had the item and provided me the sku number which worked perfectly when reaching out the other store. She saved me sooooo much time. I wish I would have remembered her name ... she is an asset!!

I always frequent this specific gamestop, as it’s super close to my house. But today Meghan went out of her way to help me. She absolutely went above and beyond what I normally expect. It’s a very difficult time that we are living in and she was very pleasant and patient, as well as helpful. Definitely recommend stopping here for any of your gaming needs.

The specific store I visited (my local store) never has what you need in stock. The staff is friendly enough, but I can only take being told were out of what youre looking for so many times before I go somewhere else. Id avoid the frustration and just other from Amazon.

Anything game/fun related, this is your place. Prices are always very fair, sales staff is more than helpful/knowledgeable/friendly and the selection is better than decent.

Usually I dont pre order but had to for this Game, Rockstar knows how to make a game. I guess Game stop handled it ok for people picking up the game, came at 845pm got a group and had my game in hand at 9.15pm.

Great customer service. Every time I have been in the last few years, theres always someone willing to help with whatever we are looking for or need assistance with. They have cool benefits with their rewards programs. And its easy to reserve games and buy/sell used.Wide variety of things outside of games and consoles. Store is well organized and clean. Recently sold back our PS3 and upgraded to a PS4 and the process was smooth and easy. Im sure every GameStop has the same kind of inventory at all their stores. What keeps me coming back to this location is the awesome service.

We would avoid going into this game stop cause of the uncomfortable feeling we would get and go down the street. I was tired and just wanted to pick up a controller for my game. Being tight on money I got a used one cheaper and the clerk behind the counter told me that for just a couple bucks more I could get a year replacement on it. Besides all that I was quite impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. What a big change in the stories staff. Keep it up well be back.

Wholesome environment, most places I go to the employees expect me to already know EVERYTHING but this GameStop actually will help me if I have a question about up coming games, systems and more. I just stood in this place with my son for over 15 minutes. I have spent a ton of money in this place to not get a welcome or help. St least one girl behind the counter with a guy. About 4 sets of customers, and the girl disappears. I needed help, didn’t get it! It is the LAST TIME I spend my hard earned money here! And you wonder why Amazon is taking over. Might as well shop online then to travel to a store front and be ignored!

They have a pretty big selection of games. There’s also a decent selection of toys, handheld games, shirts and other stuff. Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. They also helped us remember the name of a game.

This GameStop has a wonderful assortment of merchandise ripe for the picking. You will find a lot of collectors items, T-shirts, toys, and of course video games here to buy. Lots of available space make it easy to navigate the store, as it is a double-sized unit. People who work here are nice to their customers, and I highly recommend that you make a visit here when you are in need of the kind of stuff they have here.

Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, always putting the customer first. The store is pristine, very clean and organized. If they don’t have what I’m looking for, they will find me a store that does or help me to do an online order. This will always be the GameStop that I do all of my shopping.

Great customer service from Brianna (pretty sure that was her name), who was able to help us figure out why a piece of our equipment wasnt working and offered a viable solution. We didnt have the receipt for a very expensive item we did not need and wanted to trade in, but she was able to pull up the purchase on our reward card and allowed us to trade for the right piece of equipment, pay for a warranty on it, get a game for my son, and he walked out with a little change in his pocket for the difference between. Was very satisfied with this experience.

My favorite place to go for gaming hardware accessories and collectibles probably the biggest game stop for miles people there are great so nice atmosphere Sharon it by nothing but gaming material So shes your cool Ive actually become pretty familiar with A couple of them!

Cant say enough good thinks about the customer service. Always prompt and courteous. They will always go the extra mile to help you solve an issue if its possible. Otherwise they will inform you of your other options. My favorite location by far!

Once i discovered M&M Video Game store, i knew if never go to a gamestop ever again. GameStops are overpriced and while I do appreciate the knowledgeable employees, M&Ms employees are just as knowledgeable and never in too much of a rush to help. Plus theres a super affordable ($5 for all day) arcade with all the classic consoles and then some. Game Stop is alright, they just cant complete with M&M.

Its a shame whats going on with the company at large, but this Gamestop is full of hardworking employees and is always a pleasant experience.

Good store but really need to give more for trade ins. Also, if you cant tell your child no, then dont bring them. No customer or employee wants to see or hear your child throwing a tantrum because you spoiled them and havent told them no.

Say what you will about the company itself, but this GameStop has a great design and very helpful employees. I have yet to go here and not meet someone who was willing to be helpful and answer questions. One time, this employee went through the whole store and back stock to help me find a toy for my class treasure box. Definitely did not have to do that and could have just told me to look harder- but he didnt. I bought a couple games from here. They have a decent stock of used games for good prices as well as controllers, new and used consoles, and all sorts of toys and accessories.

There is no National presence for gamers like GameStop. Its a niche market, and they know how to cater to it! Whether you need a new console, a new game, or an old game you just cant find anywhere else, GameStop probably has it somewhere

Sold some vintage games, controllers etc. They were very fast and very fair. I decided to get store credit to purchase the new Nintendo switchback system and told me they would show me how to use. Highly recommend this location. Thank you Jorge and Nick

Best GameStop by far. The store is always clean and well merchandised and offers a broad selection of accessories and merchandise in addition to their massive collection of games. Customer service is above and beyond what Ive come to experience in the otherwise snobby world of video game retail. Great store, great employees, and accessible to every type of gamer. Apparently its like the biggest one we got? Ive always taken it for granted, but when I think about it, every other GameStop Ive been to is smaller. Huh. Good thing its an awesome store too.

They ask you to come back at 9 to pick up a pre order...but unless youre there right away I guess they close their doors. You would think they would stay open to wait for others who may be picking up their pre orders.

This gamestop is my favorite location. I will drive across town just to go to this gamestop. Trevor (employee) is an amazing and helpful employee who works there. Crow (manager) is doing a wonderful job of keeping the establishment clean and the employees friendly. I live next to 2 other gamestop’s but I PREFER this location. If I could rate it 10 stars I would. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly and very helpful.

GameStop doesnt care that Amazon has every single item in their store for less online. Youve got to pay the price to get it locally today!Clean organized store and remarkably busy considering the prices.

I pre-ordered an item, was never informed that the item had come in. I received a call around closing time asking if I was still interested in the item. I stated yes and explained that I was never contacted. The called then told me he will have to call me back because he has to make sure they still had the item. I have STILL not heard back, and every time I call, I get no answer on the phones, and cannot leave a message because the voicemail is full. (Big shocker there) So here I am, without my item and out $5. This place is garbage and so are their employees.

Eventually as console memory catches up gamestop will have to either charge less or go out of business. Online sales will seal their fate.(hopefully)

Got to love GameStop. Actually the staff and people at this store have been very friendly. Theres a lot of options in merchandise here. They have stuff the mall doesnt. As far as GameStop goes this ones highly recommended. Another honest review by Marz.mobi thunbs up this review, happy gaming!

Bad customer service. This location never answers their phone. I pre-ordered last week only to find out I have to come come in today to get a ticket and then come all the way back tonight to get the game. So it took 3 trips to get a preorder this game. I could have done this from my living room on Xbox and not waste the gas or my time with rude teeny bopper associates that can’t add 2 and 2.

Some clerks are knowledgeable and helpful but some are dopey lazy kids. Selection is ok to good. Prices paid for your items are ridiculously low and prices charged are almost always the highest available.

The staff here are friendly and they almost always ask if you need help with anything. They let you know about deals when youre browsing, and they have a huge selection and store compared to other gamestops.

Very large sized Gamestop with a larger toy and clothing section than I usually see. Came in for a wired Xbox One controller, staff member helped me out and went out of his way to show me how the controller worked differently than other ones, and as I was checking out the controlller somehow came out to almost half the price I saw it was losted for.
