Amazing store and customer service! Val and Sean killed it! I went to multiple stores and they were the first told actually help me instead of saying they dont know and leaving it at that! Highly recommend this store!

I had the best service ever at AT&T store near me. David knows everything about AT&T services as well as the newest iPhone 11. He transferred all of my data and set me up on my new iPhone with no issues. Fast and efficient and pleasant!

Great customer service at this AT&T authorized dealer store. New guy Alex with the assistance from Tre helped me exchanged the iPhone in less than 20 minutes. I am so grateful for their help that I did not have to ship back for an exchange due to mail delays.I had went to 2 of other “corporate” store thinking they can help me exchange out a phone or two, was given the run around that I have to ship back since it was ordered at Sam’s club and could not do it at the store even though their 611 reps told me it was possible and authorized dealer stores could do it - same systems there. Very upsetting and wasted so much time and energy for something that could be done.Next time I will get phones at att store directly not at Sam’s. But luckily Tre and Alex was able to help...finally! They were so helpful and nice where everyone else denied me service. :)

Davey was AMAZING!!! He helped me switch up my service plan and get a brand new phone at a great price! Even better than before! He was so patient with me. And the process was quicker than ever! He even helped me link up my smart watch. Such a sweet guy and I will always come back to him and send everyone I know to him! Keep it up Davey! He is definitely an asset !

So I used to work with david every few months and he was very nice and helpful but I went in the other day and had the worst experience Ive ever had in an AT&T store in my life. The new manager Tre was the most unprofessional person Ive ever met. First of all he was walking around in his socks?? not even wearing shoes. He had very explicit music playing that you could clearly hear racial slurs and curse words. He didnt help me with my issue at all and I ended up just leaving because of the service.

I visited this store last year to go bk to an android after being an iPhone user for 10 years! I met Yumi then and had to go bk yesterday to get my old items transferred over to my new phone. Because my phone was severely broken it was difficult, but Yumi was on it and we spent like 2 hrs working it out. She was more than above and beyond helpful. For that I am so grateful.

I called about status of a new AT&T mobile phone I purchased to be mailed to me. Tre tells me that he would not check up as he would rather handle customers since he did not take that order. He had given me his word 4 days prior that he would follow up. Really Rude

Ive waited nearly an hour for service, I was told to sign in and wait in my car due to the pandemic and there was someone already in the store, which i thought was great, keep covid numbers down. Except, I was never called, I went in for a time update and they had been taking customers after us. I am EXTREMELY disapointed in the service of this att location.

Went in this afternoon and Jonathan helped me out. He was a tremendous help and is a great asset to the organization. I have been trying to solve some issues with my mother’s account for months and Jonathan took the time to understand them and to help me resolve them. I might even switch my family’s phones from another carrier.

I own a business and have multiple lines through at&t. I went into this location to buy a new phone for one of my team members and unfortunately the phone they sold me does not allow certain apps that we need to run our business display the correct information off the app. Went to return the phone as advertised through at&t on a nation wide stand point that the phone can be switch out within 30 days. Came in on the 29th day and they won’t let me return the phone because they are a authorized dealer and they run by different rules then corporate which they don’t tell you up front! Terrible business model and this authorized dealer is a crook!! Stuck with a $750 dollar bill! Go to corporate at&t store!!

Travis is the greatest! I came in with no idea what I wanted and I am not tech savvy but he sat down with and explained everything to me. He was knowledge and friendly (also patient with me and ALL my questions) This store will be my go to!! =D

One time my friend lost the phone, so we came to AT&T. So AT&T has the guy to help us many things very well. The services at this AT&T was very good. We will go with AT&T service.

Most employees know what theyre talking about..but one kid told me the LG apps that come bundled with the phones arent bundled with the phones. Not a big deal but when I was inquiring why the phone wasnt charging all that fast he told me because it was partly because said LG apps that I INSTALLED. It might be a good idea to get to know what prepackaged apps come on what phones you sell.

These guys are ridiculous. Dont waste your tome going there for any customer service related issues.. they just belittle customers and send them walking out the door.

Jonathan M helped me out today when I screwed up my AT&T data plan on my iPad (esim). Polite, professional, no nonsense guy. If I have to ever go to the AT&T store again, I hope this guy is working.

My 2nd visit, 1st visit, waited over an hour and left with no service. This visit, Ive been waiting 45 minutes and havent even been helped yet.. Only 1 guy working in this huge store. He was helping someone set up his email on his phone. Its been over 50 minutes now, telling me 10 more minutes and another 30 minutes to set up my service

Travis was honest and up front. I loved my experience. He stayed late to help me out and was so graceious about it.

This is the best authorized ATT&T dealer Ive ever used. I drive out if my way to come here. All the reps are great, but Tre is my go to guy.

Tre Wincher went above and beyond to not only take care of my requests but was able to wait on other customers simultaneously without making myself or the others feel neglected. Since I am a senior but have dealt with clerks for many years the skill he demonstrated to do that is remarkable. AT & T is fortunate to have him work for them. THANKS TRE👍✅

It was nice getting actual service from a store. Travis was great and got everything done in one trip.

I came into the store to set up a new phone. Arrival time was 12:25. I sat patiently for 25 minutes until I asked how much longer will the current transaction take and EDGAR tells me that its going to take another 30 minutes. Keep in mind there is another customer ahead of me and no other AT&T rep in the store to help us. I wouldve appreciated an estimated wait time so Im not sitting there for over an hour. He shouldve realized that hes running behind and speed up the transaction rather than chit chatting with the customer. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Terrible waste of time.

The store was heavily damaged by a car accident around the 1st of June, so it may appear closed. But William the manager, was helpful and informative as I moved from my Samsung Note 3 to a new S7. He also helped me select a case that would help protect my phone from drops, dust and other damage.

Ok so I just got my bill and found out these guys lied to me! They signed me up for Directtvnow. And I was charged 3 seperate $40 fees that the salesmen neglected to tell me about! I have since found out that these gentlemen have been fired for these practices. Overall store was good but the employees ripped me offI came to swap out my device through my insurance, I dealt with Keydrick and Justin both. They worked together on getting my data transferred to and set up the new device. They also put on my screen protector and case for me. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful! If your lucky enough to get either of them to handle your patronage Im sure you will have as great and fast of service as I did great job guys thanks!
