Sells stolen iPhones. Sold me a stolen iPhone which caused my phone number to be blacklisted. I had to get a new phone number after having the same number for over 10 years. When I tried to bring the phone back he pulled a gun on me. He also told me he was worth 20 million and wouldn’t sell stolen merchandise. If he was worth that much he wouldn’t be sitting behind that desk every day lol. :) save yourself and go elsewhere.

Very good he explained everything he was going to do he was very understandable.

Took a phone and replacement screen in, was told replacement screen BNIB didnt work so I had shop order me 1 and install. Phone came back with screws not put back in and volume button stuck in up position. When the screen i brought in was denied a refund due to screw hole damage I contacted Device City who said it came that way. When I took case off fixed screen a screw fell out and the new screen doesnt work with polorized sunglasses. Up button was disconnected and tech blamed it all on us. I do not recommend doing any business with this shop. I would attach photos but it isnt letting me. Horrible customer service. Now I am out $60 to shop, $35 to place i got original screen replacement and my phone is unusable and only good to sell as parts... Shame he couldnt turn off r rated movie while my minor child was in store and just fix it right. I will add a link to all pictures this weekend. Very Disappointed. No professionalism.

Put a replacement screen on a phone you cant use with polarized sunglasses which mine are prescription so phone is useless.

Recently, I bought an iPhone there and I tried to activate right after but the iPhone turned out to be reported (Blocked). I went the next day to the store and I explained it everything. It took me literally hours in order for them to changed me the iPhone for another one. Overall, terrible customer service, I highly recommend you NOT to go to this place if you are trying to get a phone.

Got my iPhone screen replaced here. The motion sensor that’s at the top of the phone that turns the screen off when lifted to your face no longer works now, so I constantly hit buttons and face time the person I’m talking to. It also constantly vibrates during a call for some weird reason and the screen glitches out and won’t respond to touch, needing to be restarted to work properly. They mumbled some “not liable for any issues” stuff so it’s safe to assume they won’t fix it.

I usually don’t ever write a review if I can give ZERO stars I would. I’ve never been so mistreated by a business before, I’m still appalled and speechless as I am writing this! I drop my laptop there on Thursday December 27, they told me it’s going to take about a week, which was fine, a week goes by, they told me the parts are not in yet and to wait till the weekend, which was fine, I’m patient, I’ll wait. Well 2 weeks goes by and I called again, now they told me they ordered the wrong part and that’s it’s going to be 4 more weeks because the tech read it wrong and now they have to order the part from China. I simply ask them how come they didn’t let me know this I could of gone somewhere else and already got it fix, the guy on the phone got really mad at me, yelled at me and continue to argue with me and said that he don’t want to do business with me anymore and hung up the phone on me! I’m so shocked by this customer service! I WILL definitely not return and I will tell everyone I know how rude these people are. Instead of trying to correct the situation, he got mad at me and threw an adult tantrum!!! Like who does that? Is it my fault for asking a question about my laptop? He could of handled it better and apologize so yes I will not be returning. Good luck to them because they will need it. With that customer service, they will definitely lose a lot of clients

My sister & I have been coming here for a couple years now for our iPhones and accessories, and just plain old advice sometimes lol. We have always had a great experience, which is why we keep coming back.The 1 guy who works there that looks like Serj Tankian from the band System Of a Down, I cant recall his name, but he is there almost every time I come in to the store or call and he is always super nice and helpful, plus he really knows what hes talking about and not just trying to sell you something. I highly recommend this place if youre looking to have your phone repaired or trying to find a quality used one at an affordable price. Ill definitely keep going back!! Glad I found this place.

The amazing customer service as the front counter person was very nice and direct about the fix. I called for a quote on a iphone 6 screen replacement, and the prices were extremely low(50) compared to everybody else around. The person was super clear about the fix, and its a very fast fix as well, in 10 minutes or less! Unfortunately I was not able to come home with a fixed phone as the screen wasnt the only problem, nonetheless, the person did not charge me for diagnostic, thats true customer service, and will definitely have me back for another time. There is also a husky in the store who is so friendly. Keep up the good work.

I have personality had my phone fixed with a new screen and the repair was down very sloppy. The screen was coming out and my flash was missing. It was covered up with a peace of foam thinking I would not notice it. So they order a new screen with a flash. a month later the screen came in the with no flash. That employee got fired after that I was told. The warranty policy states 90 day warranty on all repairs. NOT TRUE. My phone has been open so many times with these guys with fixing there own mistakes. Not sure if they know what there doing. Anyways, I am very patient with this but frustrated. I spoke with the owner and he order the right part and a headphone jack because it was not working properly. Probably because it has been open so much and something got messed up. This phone is only 3 month old, not old. About 3 weeks later parts come in. I got my flash and working headphone jack. The headphone jack warranty should be 90 days from repair if does not work. 3 weeks later after I discovered my headphone jack did not work. I waited until I got back in town to get it fixed was it was covered by the repair. I went in ( with no new damage to the phone) and the owner accused me of breaking it, said that they order cheap parts from china and can happen, warranty was no going to cover it, and he was very unprofessional. I am frustrated and angry because they messed up phone and was not going to take care of it. I told I was not going take business here anymore and not be referrering them and I received a thank you from the owner. What a idiot. Employees make mistakes. Running a business you sometimes loss profit on sale because of theses things. You need to do things to make your customers happy. You can find employees but keeping customer happy will make your business keep running. Advice to them if they read this. I have been calm and understanding with whole thing and I get treated like this. Never go again.

The staff there used to be very friendly and knowledgeable, but as of lately it has seem to changed.I had an experience with the owner I believe his name was TJ he didn’t seem to want my business buy the way he was talking to me and acted. So I just ended up leaving an going down the street to a different repair place!

Good dudes. Stopped in here after my phone got stuck in a boot loop when I was in the middle of a trip. They were helpful, but in the end they just factory reset my phone and didnt charge me anything since there was no labor. Could have done that myself but I wanted to see if there were any other options before resetting it. Id come here for repairs if I lived in the area. Make sure you pet the husky.

This place is amazing! I just came in for a screen protector replacement on my I phone. This the 4th time I’ve used them on 4 phones, plus my I pod. They also replaced the screen on my last phone for half the price! I pass their cards out to all my friends and family.

All I have to say is your phone has many parts that you can resell on Ebay FB ect. ect. I took my phone in to have the screen replaced and just about everything is attached to it. When I went in to pick up my phone I asked for all of my old parts back and that became a problem. He said that he replaced the charge port and installed a new battery, Which you cannot verify because it is a sealed phone. I took my phone into work and looked underneath a microscope and lo and behold my charge port was the Original. Still has all the original scuffs scar marks and let dust excentric cetera. Make sure that if you are Going to get work done on your phone you have in writing or you discussed prior to them doing any work what exactly your expectations are. The only reason why I give them a 3 star is because my phone is working and I can use a wireless charger with no need for a plug in.

NEVER go here for a CRACKED SCREEN REPLACEMENT!!Basically, fixed my cracked screen a week ago, and the screen lifted up from the side for no reason and the LCD(the very inside of the screen) cracked automatically because of that. In other words, they are SUPER CHEAP SCREEN REPLACEMENTS!!He said he could no do anything about it because it was physically damaged. EVEN if I NEVER DROPPED IT.great $120.00 to the trash!Go somewhere else... Not even a discount..

My 15 year old daughter went to get her phone fixed they said it will take an hour so come back we came back 2 hours later they said it’s not done and that it’s at another store getting fixed and that we need to come back in the morning. So the next day we go and they tell us it’s not here it’s at the other store the guy that brings it is not picking up the phone so they tell my 15 year old it’s 10 min down the road. Lol we look it up it’s 25 minutes away!!!! She wants her phone so I drive her over and get the phone we get home and my daughter makes a call and her friend can’t hear her. The only way to use the phone is on speaker! The speaker was working fine when we brought it there and not only that the screen started to have lines threw it. So we brought it back. And they tell us no the speaker was already broken we said it wasn’t and that if it was why didn’t we ask to get it fixed where already fixing the screen? They wouldn’t give me the owners name or number and they basically told us to pay more money to fix something they broke. The lady was so rude. They don’t have a tech there they take your phone to another store and fix it there. I recommend you don’t go to this store especially the one on Hillsborough in Tampa. Money hungry people trying to get over on a teenager. This Bussiness is a dishonest and very ignorant . I’ll make sure anyone I know we never step foot in this place again. No customer support it’s a ripoff!!!!!!!!

Advised me my phone would be fixed before Christmas I ordered a part on 12/20 never received a call by 12/25 gave them a call on 12/26 asking when my phone Part would be in, Allen the store associate advised me it would be done later that day (12/26) and he would give me a call back before he closed. Never received I call. I called this morning 12/27 and Jim picked up. A technician who told me he knows nothing except how to pick up phones and told me I need to be “nice” to him when inquiring about my phone. He said his manager is gone and will be back in 2 hours. I call and then spoke to TJ who I GUESS owns the store who then got on the phone disconnected the call 3 times I had to call back, he then proceeded to tell me I was annoying calling about my part to my phone, and told me to come get my deposit of $125 that he will not fix my phone for me. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THEM TO EVEN AN ANDROID USER!!!!!!! So unprofessional and rude, the better business bureau will be stopping by and doing a report on them! This is the worst service I’ve ever received by a “mom and pop” cell phone repair place! NEVER!!!

We have an Iphone 5S phone that the screen was cracked for over a year. Device City is the only phone repair place open on Sunday, we were out of there in 15 minutes. They were super fast and cheaper than our insurance through Verizon. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

I sent you a brand new 16GB Sprint iPhone 6 and a used 64GB Sprint iPhone 6+ that had been flagged as lost/stolen. You were supposed to replace these with the same storage size units that had clean ESN. What you sent back to me was a Sprint iPhone 6 16GB with a cracked screen and a Sprint iPhone 6+ 16GB. Neither of these were the devices that I sent in and neither one has a clean ESN. I had to call for 3 months and provide a prepaid return label just to try and get my phones back, great way to repay me after I bought 50k worth of phones from you.
