It was 8:45 pm store closes at 9 pm . My business phone fell in shower and was disabled. I have a flight out 10 am in the morning with no time to make a stop to a phone store for repair . I had a great experience at this Verizon.It was not theme park adventure or anything, but for having to buy a new phone, it was very enjoyable.Mike was the man with the plan.I got a brand new phone and Mike was great with helping me with everything.He answered all my questions, and let me tell you, I had a lot of them.I highly recommend this location when shopping for a new phone or when you have any questions.They also play great music so you are pretty much in a good mood the second you walk in.

About 2 weeks I drove up to the door at 8:54 pm on Saturday night, since it was so late I was just going to ask the hours for Sunday. Mike was so generous he told me to come in right then and had take care of me. I appreciated that SO SO much because I work 12 hour days and it is hard to get things accomplished. Since then I have returned to the store with questions about changing settings and they other gentleman in the store was so great to help me out and not make me feel dumb for not being phone illiterate

I went to the Verizon store on New Year’s Eve. I have lost my cell phone and was a little panicky. I was a T-Mobile customer but found that Verizon was doing a Bogo on the iPhone 12 mini.I was very lucky to Have customer service representative Michael Dela assist me with this transition. He was so gracious and helpful, new questions were too silly for him to answer and he set up my phone and my husbands phone with a smile on his face. I know his shift was over but he continued to help us for an additional 20 to 30 minutes. When we were done he said more than once please if there’s anything else you need come back and see me. And Verizon did follow up to ensure we were having a seamless experience. Michael deserves An outstanding customer service award. Keep your ion Verizon there’s a lot of other carriers they would love to have someone with his integrity. Great job Michael thanks again.

My son lost his phone and someone brought it to the Verizon store. Mike Delia looked up my account and left me a message saying he had our phone at the store. My son was so excited to have his phone back. He loves Dragonball Z so his screensaver is a picture of Goku. Several months later I went into the store to upgrade my phone. Mike greeted me right at the door as soon as I walked in. I had my son’s phone with me and when Mike saw the picture of Goku on the phone he asked me if I had lost that phone before and said I looked familiar. I said yes, that was me! I had such a great experience and will continue to work with Mike whenever we need any help with our phones or service. Thank you Mike!!

I dont know what the guys name was but when I walked in he was just playing on his phone. When he finally started helping me, he wouldnt answer my questions unless I pressed him. He just kept saying you really just dont want to do that. I wasnt arguing with him, I just wanted to understand why.

Cant say enough positive things about the customer service here. We came in to upgrade phones and were lucky enough to have Gabriel help us. He was extremely patient and did not pressure us in any way. We could not make a decision immediately but we felt so comfortable with his knowledge that we made sure to get his schedule. I had a great experience today at Verizon. My sales expert was very smart and helpful.

Place was nice and clean and social distancing and was in place. My only gripe would be the fact the sales guy said I would owe on the sales tax on my phone and my activation today which I gladly paid. Come to find out he actually charged me a $35 Setup fee instead of the activation fee. So In reality I still have to pay for $40 activation fee and this sales rep didn’t even help me set up the device.

I came to the store because I have an old Prepaid Samsung J1 phone. I ordered a new one online because my old phone wasnt working right. The phone I bought online didnt have a sim card and my old phones sim card didnt fit into the new one. I went to the store to see if they could help me and found out that they couldnt activate the phone I bought online. When I purchased a new prepaid phone, there was still some difficulty because I had an old plan. It was Michael Delia who helped me through this whole process. He is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He figured out a way to fix the problem and before I left, he was able to transfer all of my contact information and apps to my new phone. I also got on a new plan that costs me less than what I was paying. If you go to this store, say Hi to Mike because hes awesome! Thank you Mike.

Ron was extremely helpful, my wife and I had to switch over 3 lines from Sprint and there was no headache. There was no wait. We switched everything in less than an hour and are coming back next month to switch over a fourth line and will only be coming to this location and to Ron specifically. I highly appreciate Verizon.
