Tmobile in general is a horrible company. This one particularly horrible. Customer service, horrible. Went Friday to do the migration and waited for over an hour until one of the workers asked what phone I wanted and said they would put it on hold for me if came back tomorrow because it’s taking so long. Come back the next day and they did not hold it but had one in a different color and I agreed. I asked how much it was gonna be upfront since I had the sprint select. Showed me it was nothing to migrate and get the phone I wanted. Waited another hour and then the price went to $400 and my bill would go up over $150 a month. I said never mind. Called tmobile right after, she told me exactly what I would be paying and would get me over to migration department and then all of a sudden it all changed again. I have the tmobile SIM card and my service is horrible! Has been since this started. The deals they are giving to migrate aren’t real, they will find some loop hole every time. I’ve cancelled 4 of my 5 lines with them and plan on getting rid of the last one and going somewhere else. Do not waste your time with the merge. All my devices are paid off and I’m still having issues. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got hung up on.

Everything the reps told me at the Refugee Rd T-Mobile was wrong. It cost me hours and $2801. They said that I couldnt switch lines without a code from my current provider, which was a hassle because I couldnt obtain at that moment in store. Using the online chat support on the website, I finally got connected to competent support (after not have success on the phone.)She switched my service without the code from the other guys.2. They said that there was a promo I could use to get a full rebate for $250 earphones, making them free. Gave me a code to access it, and I bought the earphones...After hours on the phone and online chatting with T-Mobile reps to use the rebate access code I was given, the chat lady figured out that the code was not valid. She gave me another code which the site successfully took.I was confused about this, so I kept the earphones and tried the new promo. I discovered lated that the current deals did not even require me to buy earphones in order to get the $250.Notice the website says it can take 4 weeks+ to get the rebate in the mail. But you only have 2 weeks to return the earphones for full refund.The rebate NEVER CAME.For all this wasted time and bold-faced lies, I paid a service charge for going to the store.You are better of figuring it out online... its cheaper, faster, more accurate.Spare yourself the rage.Gotta love a salesman.
The service my family and I received at this store was phenomenal. We had to buy phones on short notice, and they stayed open a bit later for us. To get everything done we were told that it would take two days, and we would have to come back the next day since we were working on a few phones. On day one we worked with Avery and Julitssa. On day two we worked with Brandon and Dustin. Thank you for the superior service!

Great friendly Staff that go above and beyond to assist you. I went in, in a sour mood they changed it, left happy. Not only were they patient, they took the time to make sure everything was switched from my old phone, they helped me get all my accessories on and carried great conversation. It made my visit feel smooth and not as long as it normally would. The store was super clean and organized as well. It was so easy for me to find the items I wanted when I was shopping.
I would love to shout this from the roof tops..... I LOVE MY T MOBILE IN PICKERINGTON! Customer Service is BIG in my world, when there is so much stress today. The very last thing I want to deal with is a business that doesn’t display good customer service. Well look no more, just walk right in T Mobile Pickerington Ohio and you will get more than just good customer service! You get quality customer service, friendly customer service, and you get satisfaction when you walk out. I want to shout out a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to T Mobile’s team in Pickerington and if I may suggest this team deserves recognition and a raise!!!! I am not kidding either! Thank you so much to AVERY, BRANDON, AND MS. KERITH for taking my stressful technology problems and making it right and going the extra mile. I walked out of there with a BIG smile and know these guys are there for me, this is my store.
Enjoyed my visit here. All 4 employees were very educated and friendly. Ive never had a wait here like I have at other locations. One thing I noticed here that I liked and dont see very often anymore was all the staff worked very well together. I saw some awesome teamwork!
Brandon and Kerith were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and personable. Switched from Sprint and they offered a good deal to save us money while switching.We went with the oneplus 7t, which is an unpopular superphone and they had an expert on staff. Seemed like each employee is on a different phone so there’s a expert on every different phone in store.Definitely worth a farther drive if you want the best service You’ve had at any phone store. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had.

Worst company ever don’t call this location because they don’t help you with anything they seem to not know any corporate office phone numbers when there’s an issue
I called to get a date I needed since the app and website were not working or down for maintenance. Sabrina answered the phone and told me that I would have to come in with I.D. to get the date I bought my new phone. I said that privacy laws were getting crazy. I was not rude. I did not raise my voice and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. She could have directed me to the 611 customer service number, which I looked up and got the info I needed with no problem. We have a large family plan and I try to use shops vs online, but seriously considering changing in a couple of months over this. Very frustrating to be hung on.
We switched to T-Mobile a month ago while visiting family in Akron. I went into Pickeringtons store today to file some paperwork that I thought would be pretty routine, but what I was told at the store in Akron didnt match what the system said. The staff at the Pickerington store went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved and I was a happy customer. I definitely recommend this store for all of your T-Mobile needs!
Ive had, over the years, cell phone service with Sprint, AT&T and Verizon. None of them came close to the integrity, courtesy, knowledge or plain, hard work I encountered with the staff at Pickerington T-Mobile in Sycamore Plaza. I look forward to a long association with T-Mobile and its staff in my home town.Contacting T-Mobile was the smartest thing Ive done in a long time. The price, service, products, coverage and concern for our nations veterans are just a few more of the reasons I am proud to be a T-Mobile client.
This store is awesome! They’re very tentative to your needs and the environment is very positive and professional. This new store is the place to go!
