Upgrading my phone to better suit my work needs was one I wasn’t looking forward to because of the decisions that would need to be made and the time it would involve. Thanks to Nick the experience was enjoyable. Nick went out of his way to answer questions and offer advice without pushing for me to go a certain direction. He took the time to get the new phone protected and ready to go. Transfers were made and guidance given each step of the way. Covid protocols were followed allowing me to feel all parties were protected. I appreciated all that Nick did to make my upgrade experience a great one.

I want to this ATT store with my fiance to finally upgrade his S7 edge phone, we had been to the ATT store by the Target down the road from this store, they were so unprofessional, so I was not looking forward to dealing with ATT at all. Thats when we went to the ATT store at 1301 N Hill Rd Pickerington, Ohio and met Elijah Berry. What a great experience to sit and talk with this young man. He made you feel at ease, talked to us like friends and not just another customer. Not only did my fiance Dwayne get the phone he wanted, he did not feel any type of pressure to buy or to switch. He was with Sprint for about 18 years and is not a person who likes to change things to much. Not only was he happy with upgrading his phone but also was comfortable with the switch. If it was not for you I would have thought awful about ATT because of the bad experience I had at the ATT store at 2312 Taylor Park Drive where the young man Terrell gave us a great quote the night before, but like I said my fiance usually has to think things over for a few days. When we went back the next day, because I talked to him all night about the need to upgrade and switch. not only did Terrell make us feel like we were interrupting him playing a video game and did not speak to us, instead the manager approached us and said that the key to the safe had broken in the lock and would call us when they got it open. after 5 hours we stopped back and Terrell and his buddy were still playing the video game, the manager said they would call, they were drilling it out now. Needless to say they never did call so we decided to try the ATT store at 1301 N Hill Rd. Maybe ATT should really think about having someone like Elijah Berry do their customer Service training or at least train the store managers on how to train their staff in great customer service. If not for Elijah you would have lost 3 customers.Thank you

We had a phenomenal experience at this location. Nick the store manager is one of the most personable people we have ever dealt with as a business. Our company, Hakuna Mowtata LLC, just opened up for business this year and he helped us get our business account set up with AT&T. We were thoroughly impressed with his ability to train his associate to get our account activated meanwhile serving other clients efficiently. If you are going to AT&T go to this Pickerington location on hill road and see Nick. He’s a man of his word and will get you taken care of!! Five stars all day!!! Thank you Nick!!!!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this location. I went in on Friday to add a line/phone and upgrade our other two phones. I worked with a salesman named Frank who was intelligent about the different iPhone and initially I felt very happy and confident with my choice. Frank had me under the impression I was upgrading to the IPhone 12 Pro. Once we got home that evening my husband realized that we were actually sold the IPhone 12. It was not a big deal I called the store that night and spoke with Frank. He said that he would need to give me a call the following day to be able to speak with his manager. I agreed and the following day I called and asked to speak with the manager (Nick). He was disrespectful in every way. I explained what had happened and I was not angry at this point. I explained that I realize that the pros are out of stock and would be okay just coming in and exchanging for the Mac Pro as they had those in stock. Nick told me he wouldn’t be able to do that for another week. He also refused to waive the two restocking fees that would need paid for returning a phone. In a round about way he called me a liar and refused to resolve the situation. I asked to have his managers information who would be the area manager and was told no he would not provide it. I contacted the store the same day I purchased the phones to make them aware of the issue and tried to resolve it within a day. After not getting anywhere in the phone call I spent a total of 4 hours on the phone with customer service. All the customer service reps basically were unable to do anything because they are unable to go over another manager. I was told that I would have to work with the store manager to have this resolved. I was told however that store managers are required to provide customers their managers information. Customer service refused to help advocate for my situation and did not do anything to help. 3 hours later once I was threatening to cancel my services I did get to someone who was able to help. He somewhat resolved the problem to the best of his ability. I had to go back into the store to exchange the phones and was still charged one restock fee. This experience was horrible and I will not be returning to this specific store. The sales man was more worried about getting his sale than customer service.

I came in tonight due my 7 year olds iPad not connecting to the internet all weekend- basically torture to a kiddo who loves to play games and watch videos in her free time. I was dreading coming in because there’s always an expensive fee or the sales person is pushy and wants you to buy everything. Nick was super helpful and finding the root of the issue and correcting it. He was thorough in finding the problem and it took less then 10 minutes! After a long day at work, 10 minutes and the problem is solved is all a working mom could ask for! He didn’t ignore my kiddo or make it seem like she wasn’t important. The guy in the Pickerington store that helped me was very knowledgeable about AT&T products and services. I was able to turn my old phone in for $100 credit on accessories and he also helped to me pick the items that would work best for me. I was very pleased with my visit and with my purchase.

I needed to replace my Samsung Galaxy 7. I went in the AT&T store in a cranky mood because I thought I was going to have to spend a fortune on a new smart phone. I worked with the store manager, Josh. He set me up with a new Samsung Galaxy 20 for just over $300. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

The guys in the store absolutely amazing. They helped us navigate over from Sprint and brought us into the amazing experience that is AT&T wireless. They were creative, intuitive, and ever since weve been with AT&T they have been more than helpful in addressing any questions that weve had and helping us understand our billing, as well as just helping us navigate through the customer experience of being with the new company. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for wireless service as they set the standard and raised the bar and what wireless service is supposed to be.

Just got a new 7 line wireless acct with ATT. We had a few questions about acct and needed assistance with cellular Apple Watch addition to acct so we stopped by our local pickerington store. We were hoping for good help and we got GREAT HELP thanks to Josh. Wow!! Great customer service. They helped us with getting our Apple Watch on acct and answered all of our questions. Also, they give unbelievable discounts to military and first responders.

I had a wonderful experience with Justin at the AT&T store in Pickerington. I was resistant to upgrading my IPhone for many years (about 4). LOL!! However, I was sold after he demonstrated some of the various features and payment options. Not only was he extremely polite and patient with me, as I am not good with new technology; he is very knowledgeable of their products and taught me a lot during my stay. I actually love my new phone and want to thank Justin and Josh for a great visit and for updating my skills!

They treat me honestly and respectfully. I love to go to be treated as a human than a sale and Nick did an amazing job. Not only did we save money but we for 2 free phones with having Direct Tv. I saved over $135 by switching.

I am a retired AT&T landline employee. AT&T has been my cell provider since 1993. After my unsatisfactory treatment at the Hill Rd Pickerington Ohio location on 07/26/2020, I will be taking my 5 lines to Verizon. I was not treated as a “Valuable AT&T Customer”.

Went in to pay off a bill, I was the third person in line their was two customer service workers there.I waited over forty minutes. Still with same customers and other coming in. I went to AT&T in Pickerington on 256 and was waited on in less time of fifteen minutes with just one customer care worker on duty.

What an effortless experience!! So happy I came in.

My dad was having trouble setting up this voicemail so he went to this store for help as we use AT&T. The store was unable to help him and they clearly couldn’t call their OWN customer service to help him. Good thing we went to Walmart where the phone was purchased and the employee there helped him call AT&T customer service and got him all set up. It’s extremely disappointing that the retail store was unable to help him.
