George the manager is always available to help and answerany questions we made have. Wasnt busy and mgt. On duty and tire repair guy was very friendly and informative.

Took a flat tire down to these guys. Was back on the road in 15 minutes. The store manager there is one of best in the tire business.

Excellent experience at the Mr. Tire in Pickerington. George, the manager, was able to get my vehicle in, change all of my tires on a holiday weekend (no appointment) all within 2 hours. Thank you to him and all the technicians for a great experience!

Do not give this place your business! They almost killed a 2yr old by not putting a caliper back on. Then blamed the father for not noticing! George the owner is a joke. He handles situations with complete disrespect. As if even if they did make a mistake they are not in the wrong because nobody noticed. And they tried to charge the father of the 2yr old $500 and insulted him over the phone saying that he should have noticed earlier. This place and the employees are a complete joke. And do not deserve to have a business. Because they show a complete lack of concern that their mistake almost cost a 2yr old his life.

I had a great experience. They were very easy to deal with. They also were the most affordable in the area...which is a huge plus! Highly recommend!

George was knowledgeable and improvised when the tires that another tech told me were available ended up not being.

I stopped in to see if I could get my tire checked because it was showing low and I was about to leave at 4 am to pick my son up from bootcamp that was a n 8 hour drive away. It was 620 and it showed on the door that it was opened until 7. I explained that I was about to go on an 8 hour trip. The guy at the desk said “well we are about to close and the guy back there is already off the clock .” Bad service. I am a single mom and could have really used the help to know if I could safely drive my car.

Had brakes done 6 months ago (with guarantee). Driving back from a vacation to NC, and hit a bump and the entire caliper was hanging. Went through insurance, thinking that the hole I hit was the cause. The shop that it was taken to said that the caliper was never attached to the rear wheel. Instead of owning up to their mistake Mr. Tire insisted that it was not their fault and that it appeared that the other shop just didnt want to take care of it because of the scarcity of parts.The fact that my 2 year old son was in the vehicle when i lost brakes was not a concern of theirs. I will not return to this shop and will not use a Mr Tire Franchise ever again.

They correctly diagnose the problem and fix it and give you a price upfront. They are very good at what they do here.

My husband took our truck here to get the tires balanced. Took them over an hour to try to balance one tire then they said we cant do it this way so they used sand bags? to supposedly balance all the tires. They took off all the old weights and did this to them all. So now the tires are so much worse. They refuse to look at them again or even give a refund! It feels like driving over bumps.

Mr. Tire Pickerington has saved me by fixing my low tire twice. I will be doing ALL of my tire services here. The manager George is fantastic on explaining whats going on with your tire. THANKS MR.TIRE!!

They always get me in and out super fast

My car was making some unusual sounds so I called around to a few places and Mr. Tire was able to quickly see me and diagnose the problem with my car. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining the situation!

Bad experience with mr tire they messed up my truck up by removing my weights and told me I need to put balancing beads and then didn’t put enough in the tire which made it worse I contacted corporate about it and never heard back from them 3 months later I tried to have them put the correct amount of beads in my tire to bale them they said for me to come and they will fix it and Ryan told me he would fix it and when I brought it back he told me the manager will not fix the problem they caused because I made a complaint to corporate

Have shopped here for years and numerous vehicles. It is my go-to for tires for fam cars (Honda Civics, Kia Optimas, Mercedes E-Class/CLAs and Acura TLXs). I have never been disappointed. They even assisted us with replacing a damaged rim on my wifes MCB. She hit a pot hole, a bump developed on the sidewall. Upon inspecting the wheel, found a crack. They ordered and took care of the warranty paperwork for us. The whole process was easy, peasy for us! Always friendly, polite and respectful. I love this place! An added plus, enjoy the free air.

Took great care of the slow leak in my tire. Was able to make an appointment easily and my car was taken care of in a good amount of time, didn’t have to rush to work or anything. It’s been a week and my tire is good, car driving smooth. Recommend paying them a visit for your car and tire needs!

Great people, great service, and great customer service. Thought it was a lifter but it was just my fan clutch.Ill be coming back for any other maintenance needs I might have in the future even though the shop is kinda far from home. This shop is worth the travel time.

After my vehicle experienced an unforeseen and dreaded Flat Tire Event, I contacted the shop in order to see if they could fix me up without an appointment, due to a busy and chaotic work schedule. There are at least 10 tire retailers in the area. I choose to have a tire with a nail replaced by Mr Tire. I called for an appointment for 3:15 the following day. Brought the vehicle in 30 minutes early and opted not to wait. Thank god, because he said it would be completed in 2 hours. Around 6:15 I tried calling and made 2 attempts with no answer. I decided to go there as they closed at 7. We arrived at 6:30 and the car hadn’t moved. Went in to ask what was going on and he said the total. I asked if the car was done and he said, yup. Well the nail was still in it. He then said give me 30 minutes.We proceeded to drive around until almost 7:00 and when we arrived the car still hadn’t been touched. So, we just took the keys and left nail still in the tire.I can understand if we were a walk in and needed to wait but scheduling an appointment and having a tire ordered the day before allowed them plenty of time to plan the day. Even when we arrived there was an issue with workload and they said they couldn’t do it that day I would have understood. Now after wasting the day waiting I am back to square one.And no I won’t give you another chance. So save the standard response you give to poor reviews.Thanks Mr. Tire!

Quality service at fair prices.

First, I want to say Tom was amazing. I went to pick up my car this morning and I was furious about the situation but he was extremely calm and personable and made the whole situation a lot easier. Thats really the only reason Im giving them 2 stars. Aside from that, there seemed to be no communication between the mechanics. I dropped my car off at 4 p.m yesterday to get my a.c fixed and it took almost 24 hours to find out they couldnt do anything about my car. I had an appointment and they knew the make and model of my car before I got there. We had called them multiple times to find out the progress and were told repeatedly that they would call us back with more information. Never did. They could have very easily found out that they were not able to get into my car in an hour but it took almost a full day. Granted my car is a hybrid and it is sometimes more difficult to get serviced. However, they were very capable of finding that out and telling us sooner and they didnt. If they knew their equipment wouldnt work on hybrids they should have told me up front. Im very disappointed in the service and staff here and will not be taking my car to them again.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I went in over memorial day weekend for a simple oil change. 2 days later my check engine light is flashing i made it back in over the following weekend they said they didnt put the cap back on but there was oil in my car. Today i get in my car and my check engine light is back on when i check my oil there is no oil at all in my engine. I will not be going back to this place nor will i refer anyone i know to go here...

My wife ‘s Volvo S80 was not cooling well in the heat, and had taken it last year to a Valvoline recharge. It shouldn’t have been so quick to be out, but the fellows at Mr. Tire went out of their way to get my wife’s car in and cool before the end of the day.Always fair, fast and easy to work with, I highly recommend them at the Pickerington location.

Honestly for a long time this was my top pick to get an oil change at. It was pretty cheap and fast. Then I brought in my car and got it changed, then about one or two weeks later my engine completely stopped working. I took it to a local mechanic and he said that when draining the oil, he noticed almost immediately there was a nasty smell, and he concluded the oil also had transmission fluid in it. Enough that would cause my engine to eventually die on me entirely.I can not say for certain it was Mr. Tire, but I have never had my oil changed anywhere else, and there would be no reason for that to happen otherwise.Im just giving a warning to everyone out there, I had to buy a whole new vehicle because of this, even though prior my car was working great.

Once the diagnosis determined my problem, the fix was done and I am on the road again.

They are knowledgeable, considerate, and trustworthy. One of their associates offered me a ride back so that I could work while my car was being repaired! Their prices are reasonable, and their staff is honest and courteous.Added: When a competitor had a list of 3 things that MUST be done, I waited - and thankful I did. Mr. Tire mechanics confirmed two things, but the third (and most expensive) turned out to be bogus. Mr. Tire - especially George - is HONEST. They saved me about $600!!Oh and the best part is they honor their warranties even when I forget. George said, well let me check your mileage - oh yeah - thats covered for you.

Had a problem with my wife tire indicators on her car. Stopped at Mr. Tire and they checked it and put some air in one tire. Explained what happened and never charged us. That was amazing in this day and age. They were so helpful. I would recommend them for folks needing assistance and service. Very friendly and helpful!

My experience at this Mr.Tire location was AMAZING! I was greeted promptly and respectfully! The manager took the time to explain what exactly was wrong with my car in a way, that I understood. The guys in the shop were working and not slacking off joking around. It is nice to see people take pride in their work, and I will definitely be a returning customer to this Mr. Tire.

They gave me superior customer service! I showed up on a Sunday morning and they fixed a passenger front flat that had a nail in it. The service was quick and very friendly. When they finished the manager said it was on the house! I was blown away. It was easily a $20 job. I highly recommend them!

Oh my God.Went there by appointment to have my tires and oil changed today. I saw one auto mechanic guys came in didnt even speak went behind the desk with 2 cups of coffee and whatever that was in his bag. Next I saw another guy came in from the working part to the desk and said hi. I thought he was going to help at first because I didnt heard what he said but his reply was I was just saying hi. Never once did he asked me if theres something I can help you with. He (Nick is the guy name) just politely fixed his cup of coffee and went back out to where the workers are. A few minutes later he came back in and sat at the desk still not asking me anything. So I ended up leaving. I have never since Ive been coming here experienced this type of unprofessionalism . I will never ever be going back there again.

We cannot say enough good things about George and Mr. Tire. Making a long treck home, we ran into an issue with one of our tires. Of course, it was a Sunday and barely anyone was open except, very luckily, Mr. Tire. Our initial call to confirm they had the part was very positive. George quickly verified and was happy to sell us just the sensor we needed as we were not able to get the car to him. After getting the car back together on our own, it was apparent, we needed a whole new tire. Another call to George and he assured us they would be able to get us back on the road, knowing we were staring down eight more hours of driving. Hazard lights on, we got to the shop and George had the car in the garage and up in the air within minutes, despite the fact that he had many customers with appointments coming in and only two mechanics in the shop. They replaced the problem tire and checked all the others to make sure we would get home safely, George and his crew worked quickly to get us back in the road and we are so graceful. We wish they were closer as we would take our car back without hesitation. Thank you so much for getting us home!

I had excellent service there today and it was reasonably priced. The customer service was perfect.

Was referred by a used car salesman and had $1200 worth of work needed done needless to say took them one week to do work and never called us to tell us vehicle was done. on top of that had to take it to dealer to remove codes and didnt need to. then took vehicle to our mechanic because of loud knocking noise from rear end who said they left a evaporater hose off and all bolts loose in rear end from replacing bushings that didnt need replaced. we will never go back to them.

George, the Manager, is especially professional and helpful. The staff is always friendly and knowledable in their craft. We’ve been a customer for years and have never had any issues.

The oil change experience was great. Everyone was friendly, and professional. The service was performed in a reasonable time frame.

I bought 4 tires from here. Their price was high compared to discount tire and NTB, they do price match so shop around and take a printout of the lowest quote before buying tires from them. Printer that is attached to the alignment system is not working and seems to be there are no plans to getting it fixed based on my discussion with store manager, so you will not receive a printout of how the alignment was before fixing it and how it is after fixing it (this is based on my alignment experience with Firestone who provide a color printout of alignment results which is useful to keep as maintenance record). Technician that worked on my car was nice to answer my questions.

I eish I could Give 0 stars. I booked An appointment online for 12:00. I opted Out of waiting because i had Things to do. Thank God i did. I called Continuously to here when my car would be ready and when i call Aaron answered the phone saying “i don’t know, it could take hours”. This wouldn’t be an issue if i hadMy booked the appointment, i would Be more understand. All and all my car wasn’t ready until after 7pm. Which i feel Is ridiculous just to replace ONE tire

We have been going to Mr. Tire in Pickerington for more than a decade. We have had good service, but our experience today made us cut ties with the Pickerington location. We were assured that our car would have an oil change yesterday and be ready to be picked up yesterday. We made sure the associate yesterday had our preferred phone number before leaving. We didnt get a call yesterday. They called us this morning after an hour of being open. The manager, started by asking how we got in the car. I replied by using the fob. The manager then said well the fob didnt work and the key didnt work to get in the car, so he asked again how we got in the car. He assumed that the key and fob didnt work and we didnt inform them. Not a good decision on his part to wait a day to call me and then to assume I was wrong. He didnt try to resolve the matter in any other way by troubleshooting the problem or giving a reason why we didnt get a call yesterday. When we arrived he was more than happy to give us the key and let us leave. It has been an expensive and not totally satisfied experience overall. Guess we have to find a different service provider. The service has been inconsistent with surprise calls about service that needs to be done, at high costs to us. When we say that the cost is high, then they find lower cost parts or other deductions. I dont like getting calls to say my car is done but there are high cost repairs that are needed, as well. I am not buying a used car, but expecting good service at a reasonable cost.

This location has great people that take pride in their work to make sure your car is fixed right the first time, as for prices the managers of this store have always given me the best prices. Ive been coming to this location for a long time and I dont plan on changing that anytime soon.
