We had your company install our patio cover years ago and now we cannot get support from your team to fix the motor. Your company shipped us a new motherboard and remote and told us good luck with the installation. This is nonsense! We expected better service. We want some in San Diego, CA to fix this issue. We shouldnt have to do this or pay someone else hundreds of dollars to do what your company is responsible for!

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. Their customer service is awful and staff turnover is very quick. The owner is a complete moron who has no interest in running a business. They have a great product but Ill never buy from them again. Try Apollo Louvered Systems, or Equinox, but stay away from these clowns.

Watch the installers closely. Rain Dance Landscape contractors cut aluminum too close to my glass door and ruined my glass with no offers of resolution or call back.
