I received several proposals from reputable installers. Rex from Senor Mist made it an easy decision. Their crew just finished the install, I am very satisfied. The guys were professional and did a real pro job with lots of custom bends to get around the structure. The system makes a huge difference. What was previously an intolerable patio is now an oasis! I’ve been very pleased with our service from Senor Mist. We originally had them install a full system at our home in Desert Ridge. It worked beautifully and kept our patio incredibly cool. We were so impressed that we recommended Senor Mist to neighbors, and they were also absolutely thrilled with the service.We had a ramada built in our new home and chose Senor Mist again for a mister system. Their work has been fantastic. They are always very professional, reliable, and very reasonably priced.

Highly recommend this company! Rex was a great sales guy, hooked me up with exactly what I wanted. My backyard has cooled down significantly and the added foggers around the pool is pretty awesome!I’ve already referred two of my own customers to them.

My initial meeting with Senor Mist was informative and the sales person seemed to be confident in his recommendations. When the installation crew came to install my mist and heater units, they had no idea what to do. They asked me for direction. I insisted that unless a supervisor arrived with the work specifications, they should pack up and leave. Someone did arrive to provide some guidance however albeit of an inferior nature. The 3rd party electrician on the crew needed to cut 5 holes into the interior walls of my home. None of this extreme electrical work was ever mentioned in the contract or in our initial discussions. The crew installed the mist unit in a backward position; they did not bury the cables in my yard. They were incompetent and I would never recommend this company. Included in the installation is an initial start up service call on the misting system. I just found out that it is 8 weeks for an appointment. This is unacceptable. Find yourself another company!

Incredible service! We had someone botch a misting system and ghost us and Rex was great - he sent someone over to help fix our urgent issue and install a new system for us - we couldnt be happier - five stars all around and we can now enjoy our patio in this crazy heat !!

Rex and his wife came out and wrote us an in person estimate for a mist system for our backyard...we needed to wait a bit, but when we were ready, his team was super helpful. Lalo was extremely professional and showed us exactly how to operate the system. We even decided to put foggers around our pool which they drafted and added to the proposal after the initial installation. We are beyond pleased with our patio now, and will be recommending them to out neighbors!

These guys are the absolute best! We have been working with them for 2 years now. They did our initial install, a relocation and we use them for turn on/off. I wanted to install a heater for my back patio area. Love having dinner outside but winter it gets too cold to enjoy. Rex came out within a few days and spent the time going over my options, the pros and cons of each system. He listened to my wants and I didnt feel pressured into buying. After doing some extra research found his prices were very competitive and decided to use his services. Was able to book installation quickly, his team arrived on time, and everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend Senor Mist.

I have the best luck with this company. They are busy but very professional in all aspects of the business. I find the employees to be top notch and the owner to be very friendly. You can see how the employees are so good, professional and friendly as they have the example of the owner. We love our new heaters, but have called the office twice, sent text messages that we would like someone to come back out again and reviewthe amount of heat we need. Nobody gets back to us. Very sad after an initial good experience.

I have been remiss in rating Senor Mist and am sitting here in ANOTHER record breaking heat day feeling totally cool thanks to them! We had our mist system installed on July 1 2020 and if not for it would have never survived our outdoors this record breaking summer! We wholeheartedly recommend Senor Mist and are totally satisfied! Oh and by the way we also had a patio heater installed last fall with them as well! Our winter outdoor months were so comfortable as well! Thank you Rex and your staff for everything comfortable in our outdoor living!

They reinstalled a system as we moved houses. I thought the cost was extremely high since we had all the parts (minus a few connectors and nozzles). And, they left parts on the patio.I previously gave them 5 stars.

I would give them 0 reviews if I could. Their service has been terrible. I called them over a month ago and someone from their office (Mark) replied and said that their owner would get back. I have made at least 2 more calls and still no response. If they have no regard for their clients I can only imagine their service. Would not recommend them.

They took our money put a mister system in and it doesnt work and they wont come back and fix it.Be careful of this company we feel totally ripped off.

I do not reccomend Senor Mist, you are not able to do business with them unless you schedule a in person meeting with a sales rep, Covid concerns not taken into consideration, plenty of other installers for misting, heating and whatever other services they provide.

Rex and Debbie are a fantastic team! I first met Rex while building our home in Cave Creek. He designed and installed our misting system and it is awesome. Our misting system definitely lowers the temperature around our patio so we can enjoy the outdoors even on the hottest days. A few years later I called Senor Mist when I was shopping for drop shades for our patio Rex’s wife Debbie handles this aspect of the business. Debbie is professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She made it so easy. The job was complete in a time efficient and professional manner. They definitely are a dynamic duo !

Not impressed by their customer service. I had a rather expensive system installed a couple of weeks ago and the pump suddenly sounds like a freight train. I called to have it looked at but the soonest they can check it is July 30. So if you buy their system and its goes bad dont expect a quick resolution. What ashame.

My husband got me a mist system for my birthday and it is simply fantastic. The installation service was quick and the staff were very professional. It is low maintenance and creates a very cool feel in my backyard. Its not for everyone but if you want a unique look for around your home this company provides good products and service.

Not sure what has happened--They installed foggers on our patio--we are giving our son a misting system as a gift--have tried four times---twice we were able to talk to a real person--twice we left a message--Mike said someone would call back to set an appointment---no return calls ever--horrible customer service ---
