AZ Sun Solutions installed 3 powered awnings across the back of our house in AZ. The increased shade provided by these awnings has taken an area that was useless after 1 PM due to sun exposure and made it usable.The quality of the awnings themselves is top-notch. Thank you Enes,I received fantastic service that you don’t see with contractors nowadays. We purchased our awning from another company 4 years ago. ( Awnings by Design) that company has gone out of business. Our awning experienced a microburst that broke a support.He actually tried to get the part covered for us under warranty. Unfortunately, the damage was evident on how it broke. I understood that most likely it wouldn’t be covered. Enes tried anyways and we appreciated his effort. He had the new parts expedited and installed the following week.When he arrived and installed new parts he only charged for parts “ his cost” and charged what I felt was a very reasonable service charge. He went through all the operating instructions once again and explained how to avoid what happened in the future.I was completely impressed from start to finish. I am a new resident in Fountain Hills AZ. A recent project at my home was the installation of a retractable screen over a 30’ wide patio. After speaking with several companies offering similar products I contracted with AZ Sun Solutions. My process was to speak with other customers..all excellent reviews. The entire team, consisting of the Sales Director and installation team were professional. The installation was run by one of the owners...extremely customer oriented. The workmanship and product installed exceeded my expectations. I’m not one to write reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so because of such an excellent experience.

We absolutely love our motorized shade screen! It cuts the glare during the day to allow us to watch movies on our big screen, yet we still have a beautiful view out the window at the same time. My experience with AZ Sun Solutions was great from beginning to end. I worked with Bret who was very thorough, explaining every detail of the product and installation. The order was received ON TIME as promised and the installation couldnt have been better. They installed it in a timely manner and cleaned everything up before leaving. The screen is awesome,so easy to use, and Im so happy to have such a great solution to what was an eyesore and waste of valuable space to now having an actual virtual WALL that I can see through, but people cant see in. I can view my yard and the screen provides sun protection and wind and dust protection. Im not constantly sweeping leaves off the porch. Im totally happy with my decision to go with Sun Solutions to enclose my porch.. Everyone was great. Highly recommend it. Even my small dog Daisy loves her new room she can be outside but not actually OUT side. Best decision ever.

My husband and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our sun shade! AZ Sun Solutions was so professional and clean! Brok was amazing to work with, and very prompt with returning our calls and answering any questions we had. The installer was also very polite. In fact, after our sun shade was installed, he told Brok that it wasnt working the way it should, so Brok called us to tell us this, and scheduled a new date for them to come out and replace it. We didnt notice anything wrong with it, but the installer did. I was amazed by the honesty and quality of Enes and Brok. That isnt something you see too often anymore with so many companies. It made me love them even more. I highly recommend this company, and if my husband and I decide to do another sun shade for our master bedroom windows, there is no question who we will be calling to come and do that.

We are very impressed with AZ Sun Solutions. They are very professional. They had some challenges with our install but stuck with it and made everything perfect. The electric shades are beautiful and we have a whole new living area when we need it. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had electric Shades put on our back patio and they are so helpful blocking the sun to the south and west of us along with creating privacy from our 2 story neighbors. We also had an awning and sun screens placed over our bay window facing south and west. Our room is now a lot cooler now. I couldnt believe how much cooler it is!They are meticulous workers and keep their promise on the cost and time on job.

I am not one for writing reviews, but this company certainly deserves one. Adding screens to my back patio has rocked my world. I happen to live in an area, horse property, dirt roads, constant dust; since having these installed I havent had dust, no more power washing once a week, no flies!!! Im retired and shopped 4 companies. I had a variety of work. Roll-up shades, stationary shades and awnings. I could have beaten their price (just slightly) if I split up my jobs between companies but Brok and Enes left me with no doubt about who would do the best work. AZ Sun Solutions could and did! My shades reduced my APS bill by $65 just last month.

Our shades and awnings were installed by a competitor. When we needed service since we are out of warranty the service person came out told us what we needed but a week or so went by before we got the info. we needed for repair. We were quoted a price and told the part would take a week to 10 days to arrive. I went through the roof, even called the company directly and was told by them the price quote was WAY OUT OF LINE. I called Enes. He came right out, found the problem, told me his schedule was tight but he PICKED UP the part and installed in within a week for HALF THE COST! I am not hesitating to recommend AZ Sun Solutions to all my neighbors and friends.

Over the course of forty years, Ive owned seven homes and have dealt with a number of small businesses. I have had no finer experience than when dealing with Brok and Enes at AZ Sun Solutions. I had them install three large motorized thermal screens to enclose my back patio, creating a lanai-effect with the double sliding glass doors off the adjacent great room. I have an east-west orientation on my house, and it just gets pounded in summer from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Depending on when I check, it will be cooler in the shade anywhere from 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit. I had not hoped for such a dramatic difference. The real serendipitous surprise, however, is in how dark the lowered screens make the great room even late in the afternoon when there is no direct sunlight on that part of the house. I would hire AZ SS again in a heartbeat. (fyi: I offered to write this, asking for and receiving nothing in return.)
