I met Glenn about three years ago. Great store and wonderful individual. Just walked in to look around. He explained some of the collection of audio products he carried on his shelf and in the listening room. Impressive place with incredible artwork audio gear. I was getting hungry and asked him of places nearby to eat and told me about the deli nearby as well. Him and I walked there talked abit about audio and what got him started in the audiophile market during his lunch break as well.I highly recommend to see Glenn.

Always a good experience. Very knowledgeable staff by far. But moreso, they will help you with whatever your budget is. They like to share their appreciation for sound.

I havent seen service like the service Glenn provided for me today, maybe ever. Today was the first time I had met him, but he treated me like Id spent thousands of dollars at his establishment. I needed a new Turntable Cartridge and I had settled on a Ortofon 2M Bronze. Glenn had one installed within minutes. He is very knowledgeable and offered his opinion on my choice in Carts and whether I would ever need to upgrade in a Moving Magnet Cart, or move to Moving Coil. Glenn will be seeing me again in the future. Great guy.

If Diagon Alley had a shop for audiophiles - this would be it. The shop is curated by the owner from top to bottom with bespoke devices and audio curiosities that no one is able to resist. I needed their help installing a new cartridge on my Rega turntable and they swiftly navigated the installation (which would have taken me forever if I could have done it at all). Post the installation, they ensured the balance with a digital scale so the needle would ever so perfectly anoint a vinyl and unlock it’s sound. Watching the process was like seeing a watchmaker at Patek Philippe craft the beauty of a timepiece.You should also know just how nice they are. In my brief interaction I was left inspired and with a true ‘sense of audio magic’ sent home to enjoy my record player.

This place and Glenn are amazing. I went in to buy a turn table and realized quickly I was there buying one of the cheaper things in the store. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy anything, I got the show and tell experience in the back listening room. I ended up buying the turn table and ended up getting it cheaper than I could have on Amazon to boot. I even got professional setup on it with an explanation of all the features and how it works.Theyre also a local first Arizona member which is cool.

Great place. Brought in my old JVC turntable for a new cartridge and was given a great deal and they installed it for me. The owners are very friendly and treated me right. They have some great stuff there.Well worth the trip,

My wife and I visited this store today and we were greeted at the door by Glenn who introduced himself and shook our hands welcoming us to the store, thanking us for coming. He was very helpful by assisting me with my upgrade goals explaining how Roon works and power products to achieve better sound in my current system. Although i did not make a purchase today, I have found a sincere dealer I will return to than I can trust.

Coming from the days when Brick and Mortar Hi-Fi shops used to be more plentiful and bigger this was a let down. Sure I knew the store was small and this is not a ding but the lack of available gear to listen too was disappointing. Only one set of speakers and one amp running in a very small listening room. The place has more of the feel of a Pawn Shop with tons of used gear lining the walls and shelves. If it were not for the quality of the used gear I would have marked it lower, but the gear was all top notch very high end stuff. Pros- lots of very high end used gear available. Access to purchase very good high end brands new, but may not have item in store to see or listen too. Friendly own/operator. Seems to have a loner policy. Cons- Not much new gear on hand, so probably have to order and wait for package. Very, very small listening room which felt old and outdated. Hard to get an idea what the gear you want looks like and sounds like before purchase. Oh and very small, so dont bring your family.

Hands down, the best place to go in AZ, if not the entire country, to get good and professional advice on high end audio equipment. Staff is always willing to help you find whatever you need and answer any question you might have.

My knowledge on stereo equipment grew a little today when I went into Arizona Hi-Fi. The gentleman there helped me form a list of areas to upgrade my current low-budget system to get more out of my record collection. He explained all of the equipment in a way a layperson could understand. Once I get my paper right, Ill be back to start making some upgrades to my current set-up!

Was very suprised to find a small store with treasures inside, including the knowledgable staff. You are treated the OLD SCHOOL WAY of yesteryear. Was aiming for GOLDEN EAR TITAN 1s then genius SANDY GROSS introduced the TITAN REFERENCE ! now need a bit more time to save since, YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE ...

Arizona Hi-Fi is an amazing shop with courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been a chump-change buyer in comparison to other clientele, but I have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness. I purchased a turntable and a few tubes, and have never felt like my business was too small or unwelcome. When I purchased my turntable, it was next to one that cost 10x as much, yet I still received a full complement of service. Full professional setup, a necessary accessory I didn’t have, and was even walked out to my car to help load it for transport!Arizona Hi-Fi is a must-go destination if you have an interest in high quality audio! They are gracious hosts who have earned a life-long customer.

Was originally going to purchase a Pro-ject Debut turntable online, luckily came across Arizona Hi-Fi randomly when my fiancé had me take her to a nearby boutique. They had a good selection of turntables in-store, including a few colors to choose from for the Debut, and at the same price you’d find online. So glad I decided to buy it there as the friendly and knowledgeable staff took the time to set it up and calibrate it, even helped carry it to my car. Got it home and all I had to do was hook it up. Thank you for your excellent customer service! Will be back again when it comes time to make an upgrade to my stereo system.
