So if theres a liguud leaking im lying my phone isnt holding the charhe its suppose to but Carlos at this location wanted to call me a loer about whats going on with my phone. Refused yes REFUSED to help me with it because there was no proof of it happening when i went in to metro at this location. This is the third location ive been to in 72 hrs. Metro here in Arizona just lost my business. I will not go into any store here for anything

I ordered a new phone thru my warranty and only have to pay $20 I love this service

Went there to swap out my iPhone cause it stopped working and was still under manufacturer warranty. Took a week but the store never told me to go on apple iCloud and disable the account before yout phone gets here. Once phone arrives I did the 2 step verification but it wouldnt let metro swap it out claiming I need to wait 7 more days to verify my account. I explained to the manager Julio that the phone number belongs to my small business and it hasnt been working for 10 days at this point and I need any phone. He didnt help me in any way at all. Julio said he can sell me a phone at regular price...no discount no refurbished phone. I was eligible for an upgrade and he didnt offer that. He didnt even bother calling apple to see why I had to wait 7 days after he told me it would only take 24 hours to recover my accout. He just sent me on my way empty handed. Poor customer service and incompetence at the highest level. He showed how much he cared about the customers by doing nothing at all.

Politics being talked about by management they had me waiting. Standing in front of everyone and people just standing around with out being acknowledge had to walk out. I will never go back!!!!!

I received incredible customer service at this Metro by T-Mobile store. They took care of everything I needed. Availability of phones and accessories is much better than an authorized dealer location. I will visit this store for all my mobile phone needs.

I have made 3 purchases at this location this year and I am truly impressed by the customer service each and every time. Not only are they personable in store they are also great over the phone any time I have questions about plan changes or new phones that come out. I travel a bit of a distance and will continue to. Josue is a great leader and is always so friendly to me and my kids. Today while getting my daughters new iphone Carlos was very knowledgeable and efficient. One the worst experience I had the Manager Dominick was rude i told him multiple times I didnt want a case and still asked also he hell rude on professional does not have no customer service I would nevet go back to this rude guy and very sarcastic

Very poor customer service. They keep all phones that are out of stock out on display then help you decide which phone works best for your needs then tell you story out of stock. The store should remove phones every so not have for sale of here store floor until they have them back in stock. Will never come to this location again. What is worse is this is a corporate store not an authorized dealer. Get it right people.

I have been having issues with my cell phone and after being on the telephone with someone from overseas in the Philippines for over an hour the rep told me I needed a new SIM card.I knew I should have just went to an authorized dealer and paid to buy a new one yet, I thought I could go to the corporate store and be treated with some respect.That sadly, was not the case. Just found out that my man Jesus is no longer with the company I could feel the cold atmosphere they treated me like a number not like a person. Jesus knew me by name and took his time to speak with me every time Id stop by and personalized his service.

I have been coming here for close to 4 years and the only reason why I will continue to come here is because of a couple people. Julio, jesus, Rosa and Andrew some of the other people are rude this one girl has no patience dont know how she is still here. Simple fast and very courteous Rosa was phenomenal sold us my daughters first phone Samsung Galaxy J7 star and even took the time to set it up for her as well as walked her on basic use of it. I will say this be aware I bought a phone from a MetroPCS about a year ago that was a faulty phone the staff knew about the issue we thought it was a cord issue it ended up being a phone issue by the time the full phone could not even charge I took it back to MetroPCS they interns sold me if you can believe this sold me a downgraded phone took my old phone will not give me back my old phone and gave me a photo that I simply hate. I have called corporate I have called customer service to get someone to try to rectify the problem they interns offered me $50 if Im corporate and said that could go toward the purchase of another phone when I called the store back they said no that would be on your next month bill and they wanted me to give them more money for another phone they have literally stolen my phone Ive called around to see who I could get to fix it found someone and now I cant get my phone back theyve given me this phone or sold me shall I say this phone for more money had a poor quality people are not able to really hear me on the phone I dont really know how to operate the phone because the rep kept the Box be aware of MetroPCS I am switching to another carrier. And then kept reiterating that they did me some kind of favor to downgrade me to the phone that I have I cant believe I was tricked into purchasing a downgraded phones and what makes it even more problematic as I was entitled to an upgrade initially in the first place

Josue was by far the rudest manager I had ever met in my whole entire life!He is Rude and Unprofessional!I was looking forward in getting my family started in Metro PCS because it seems like a better plan that I have now but he proved me wrong! Rocio my goodness she is also Rude and Unprofessional she didn’t wanted to assist me in anything and kept ignoring me, her attitude was beyond worse then anything! Dominic told me what plan I was going to get, and because my adult step daughter had ridden with me he refused to set her up on her own plan, because contectually we where together. So I was a first time buyer with metro and it was the worst service ever Rosa was selling me the phones at first it was ok getting some help on phone but she added on the accessories which added up to 150 on just the phone case and glass protection with out letting the customer ask for it themselves not everyone will buy the accessories there do to being expensive and after I told her Why it was so much she then told me she added accessories so I told her I didn’t want them so she only took off the phone cases for the two phones That was $85 but left the two glass protectors That were 68 but didn’t notice it was still on there until I paid but I was starting to get an attitude thru all this so I asked if she could return and she did but wasn’t feeling welcome anymore and to top off with that issue I was getting my numbers ported over and she put in the last wrong number on one of them and was saying we gave it to her wrong and it was our problem to fix by calling customer service it was the worst experience from any phone store I wouldn’t recommend going to this one it’s horrible

Had the worse customer experience this morning. Is my business not of value? Spent over $300. I stayed because i needed the phone but if the women working there does not enjoy her job she should look elsewhere. Worse experience. Rolling her eyes and looking as if i was asking for a free phone, couldnt even answer a question without sounding annoyed. Very disappointed.

Samsung asking even I purchase was not a real Samsung it was a cloned phone they disputed their planned however it does not work properly.. at all!! When I ask for a Refund I was denied!

Tried to get a phone activated and out of the three standing behind the counter none could step up and say the phone needed to be activated. They stood there ignorant while a Metro PCS customer was asking them for help. It was obvious the employee intentionally acting ignorant. Dont waste your time.Because of the employees this location sucks. Your better off finding a different location or call customer service.

This is the best way for me to get the Metro PCS deals as advertised. The franchise stores near me at 7th Street and Indian School and 16th Street and Camelback are owned by a very unscrupulous owner apparently, with the first stores manager never allowing people to get the advertised deals but making new customers buy a higher priced plan. This store does non of that kind of thing and the employees try to help. I was in late, and helping them met a commission deadline, but they still all worked together to get me and my 5 lines in and out if the store in a timely fashion.

Lied to my face by the store manager Jose trying to take advantage of Corp promo of a free iPhone with port and unlimited plan. I declined insurance om phone so the rep grabs the store manager and he tells me I need to pre pay two months ahead of time to take advantage. I said it doesnt say that in any of the terms he told me tough luck disgusted
