My kiddos picked an assortment of donuts. They are really good. They also tried the strawberry pearls with watermelon juice. Amazing! Also tried the frozen watermelon smoothie... Probably the smoothest and best tasting smoothly Ive had. Highly recommended for donuts and drinks. I have not had the sandwiches but they look amazing. All the staff was friendly.

They have excellent service. Their donuts are super delicious, you wouldnt even know they were homemade. Their drinks (my personal favorite is the banana smoothie) are stupendous and sandwiches are very creative.

Surviving on a small island of not much good around, this place is an oasis.The donuts are Delicious and the Service is wonderful. Jelly donuts have actual jelly in them. Not that red paste junk. Get some of these 🍩. You will remember what good donuts really taste like.

I did not have the pleasure of interacting with staff, but if theyre anything like the donuts, I look forward to the meet! These donuts are some of the best Ive experienced. Theyre like clouds, so fluffy and the flavor is on point. We got an assortment of flavors. Chocolate, maple, blueberry, strawberry and plain glaze frosting as well as an actual chocolate donut with chocolate frosting.I recommend these fresh but they hold up really well for about 3 days if you happen to not get through them all. I was weary about their claim of best in Arizona but now Im most definitely on board!

Very poor customer service. Almost had to call the police on the lady. She made a smoothie with water instead of milk and we said it looked like a melted icee. I asked for my refund the lady said she can’t when paying with a card. Only cash. I told her to Call the owner and she called the owner and he said he was coming in an hour to do the refund. That never happened. We called the store to ask when the refund is going to be able to be done for the $11.03 and she replied don’t call the store anymore. I videotape the whole incident and videotape talking to the owner on the phone at the store on her phone so I had his phone number and decided to call him directly. What type of customer service is that no wonder he’s a small business barely making it with that type of customer service! So now I have disputed it with my bank! I frequent this place at least once or twice a month. The ladies here are very nice and tend to offer a free doughnut or two for me when I come in. The prices were very reasonable. I noticed a week or two ago that the donuts are smaller now. I used to get a dozen in the pink box and it would be full, but now it can fit 14 doughnuts and be full. I think I might start going elsewhere for doughnuts now. The doughnuts are small enough that it feels like eating two now feels like the single doughnuts that they used to make.

Great selection! Been here on weekdays to take donuts to meetings at work and always in and out fast.Got here on a Saturday morning for the first time and I was impressed with the speed of service. I have yet to be disappointed with the quality of the donuts and was a pleasure to see that almost every table or booth was filled with customers. Customers at the counter were being served quickly.I rarely give five stars to any place. You really have to wow me with your service and quality of your product.

I wish i could give this location a zero star but unfortunately i cant this location is the worse i have ever been the lady that was working charged me for a large smoothie then gave me a small then made it with water nd not milk when i wanted milk nd then said she couldnt refund after i was in the 40mins for her to make two drinks that she messed up on 3 times i will never come back to this location very disappointed nd unsatisfactory would not recommend and also they need to teach her what good customer service looks like cuz she had poor customer service i dont know if its because im black but every other customer got treated better then me nd my pregnant sister not a good look for a business

Excellent variety of donuts! Very friendly amazing customer service. They also have variety of sandwiches, many fruit frozen drinks,smoothies and can add boba. They have a new boba also that pops in your mouth with a fruity flavor as well as original. Very clean also. Definitely recommend and I will be back myself.

I walked in, and the two front ladys had masks on but were very very rude but when I looked in the back the guy making the donuts was NOT wearing a mask and make food and coughing... DISGUSTING! Rainbow donuts rocks my world, I work very close to this location and thank goodness. These ladies have nothing but freshness and goodness to serve, from breakfast to lunch or a special treat its always amazing and the service is always fast. I didnt even mention the variety of smoothies and drinks to order as well. A must have for sure often!

Incompetent staff, lack of any customer service. My wife and I went in here on national donut day to treat ourselves to a half dozen. As a treat we both got cronuts which cost a bit more. We noticed the cronuts didnt have any topping in them as they normally do. They reassured me that there was filling inside.She got one with topping I said its okay as long as there the Nutella filling inside. We got home. I bit into my cronut, ate the whole thing. Not any filling whatsoever. I call to inform them and there was no conversation about, hey we can offer you a free cronut next time. or, we can offer you a refund. or anything really.Instead the employee says when I advise them of what happened, oh, okay sorry. followed by a long pause. Will not go back here. Been here twice. The first time I went at 7 30 am and there was a good variety and my donuts were good but Ive had better. The second time I went, I went at 1 30 and they were so picked over. If youre going to stay open until 8, you should keep a good variety until then. Not like they will go will to waste. Then I went to pay and he said there was a $3 minimum to use a card. Which is illegal. I just walked out.
