Well I just got back from my first camping trip with my new Ford! We gained over 4k feet in elevation, with me hauling the trailer, mule, and almost 300 pounds of water. The truck performed PERFECTLY! It even feels more smooth thru the steering wheel! It hauled up hills like they werent there! And the fuel mileage was significantly better than prior to the amazing work you did! I could NOT be any happier. Im not going to shed one more moment worrying about it going bad again, but instead will just enjoy my truck. Thank you for all that you do, and what you did for me specifically!

There are no other diesel shops in Arizona, this is the one. You get what you pay for and this shop was reasonable on price and over delivered service with performance. Do NOT make the mistake like I did, so happy I found Tim and his team.

I just got in to Phoenix from Colorado and noticed my truck was running hot. Based on other reviews for PBD I decided to give them a try. They got me in right away and was able to find the problem. They also found a problem with my steering linkage during the test drive and fixed that too. They got me in an out in under two days and I was very happy with the fix and the price of the repairs. Excellent work!

Tim and the team there were all very polite and professional. Brought my truck in and they had it finished sooner than I thought. Very helpful with any random questions I had as well. Definitely my preferred diesel shop.

Im gonna be honest. 5 stars is NOT enough. Poor Boys Diesel will go ABOVE and BEYOND for you. They evaluated my entire truck and I brought it in for only a brake caliper that seized. They found several problems I was unaware of. Do not think about another shop. Bring it here. Get treated with respect. Get reasonable prices. And get excellent work. Tim and his crew have earned my respect. Very informative. Explained everything that was needed and even showed me a tool I would need to do something myself. I will recommend to all my co-workers/friends/random people I meet.I would consider Tim a friend now after only seeing him in person twice.His receptionist was a very kind lady that showed me the utmost respect. Before paying she insisted I speak to Tim to know exactly what to I was paying for.His techs were 15/10. Good guys. Loved talking to them.Tools were good quality. Shop is clean. One of the cleanest I have seen. And its a diesel shop. Basically unheard of.They seen my subs and wanted a little demo. Gave them one and they thought it was cool.15/10. Will go nowhere else. Family owned business that treats you as one of their own.

Good place to get work done. Fair price, had Cummins valve adjustment done and cost $175.00 plus parts. Checked with another diesel place, same job was $575.00 plus parts.

I recently had to get a turbo actuator replaced on my Ram 2500 w/Cummins. Tim and Jeremy at PBD was competitively priced and accommodating to schedule. Work was performed well, on-time and on-quote. Definitely recommend for others.

The guys at Poor Boys Diesel came highly recommended by a co worker. They did not disappoint! They were able to squeeze me in on a moments notice to see what was ailing my 2016 Ram 2500. They gave me a fair breakdown on what I was looking to do to my truck and we go the ball rolling. What stood out to me was the attention to detail the technicians went through the truck, not only for what I asked of them, but beyond. They could have slammed the parts on, and took my money and sent me down the road, but that wasn’t the case. They went over the truck carefully, brought to my attention a few things that needed some TLC. Tim has been great to work with. Another shop quoted me over 7k to fix my 6.0 Ford injectors, Tim suggested a less expensive approach and after only a few hundred dollars my issues are gone and my Ex runs great. Very happy with this shop so far!

Took a bunch of random aftermarket parts for a bear of a project to these guys on an uncommon platform (ecodiesel). They kept me up to date, worked with me through all the necessary debugging, and I couldnt be happier with the performance and result. I took my broken 2005 6.0 to Tim and his crew. They tore into the motor and figured out everything that was wrong. They fixed all the problems and installed a tuner and a 5” exhaust system. The truck now runs like it should! Not only was I impressed with my trucks performance, but I was really impressed with the clean, organized shop, the knowledgeable mechanics and professional customer service that I received. Had just enough time to break in the gears before our 19hr journey. At one point he even picked up and dropped off my truck to my home. He reached out to me on our trip to check on the truck.
