I looked for a tractor 5 months on the internet, visited 3 different tractor locations. The first one I visited was here in Tucson then I went to Apache Junction and then visited a tractor place in Benson, Az. I finally found Team Tractor and Equipment on Facebook. I spoke with Bryce who was absolutely professional from the start. He made the purchase very easy and explained everything from financing, tractor options and delivery date. I got the TYM tractor backhoe, 12 auger, Box and tractor shade for the same price that everyone else wanted for just the tractor and backhoe. Did I mention that others wanted a fee for delivery also but Team Tractor delivered for free from Phoenix to Tucson and Daniel delivered the tractor on schedule and even showed me how to operate it. I am already moving dirt, lots of fun. I give Bryce, Daniel and Team Tractor 5 stars for delivering as promised. But fortunately for me the sales man was not honnest with me and was holding me in limbo for five weeks.This gave me time to do lot off research and finaly decided to go with the Kioti RX7320PCC.Comparing apples to apples Kioty stood out from the rest.Do the comparison yourself its unbelievably.I went online see who my closest dealership was(Was expecting to drive down to Texas or Illinois to pick it up or pay for transport) No sir. Below is the original review.-------------------Spent about $70,000 on equipment with these hacks and now that I’m having issues getting one piece of equipment to even start they are telling me nothing is wrong and just speak over me and refuse to do anything. Wish I had listened to my wife and gone Kubota or Deere.

My wife and I decided to purchase tractor to maintain our Arizona property. We started online shopping Saturday 6/27/20, in the afternoon.We used the “contact us” web link on the Team Tractor web site to ask questions and the web site had a blurb “I’m Bryce call or text me” so we used that too. Team Tractor actually responded extremely fast. Bryce Meehan sent me all of the paperwork via email and we has a short phone call. I filled everything out and got everything back to him the next morning, Sunday 6/28/20. He submitted my finance application that day. Now, my credit is middle of the road, yet I was able to get the $0 down, 0% apr, 84mo financing on a 2020 Yanmar 424.About the tractor; It came with a set of clamp on 48” forks, a box scraper, and the 210 loader. I added a 9” PTO driven post hole digger, a canopy, and front and rear night work lighting to the deal, all via email. It has 10 year powertrain warranty and 24mo warranty on everything else. I have used the tractor for one month now. I was most surprised at how much I use the clamp on forks. The 424 has been a great little work horse so far.About Team Tractor; I was told I would be able to pick up the tractor on July 2nd. And I did. Here is how it all went down. Once there the gal in the office named Maggie gave me receipts, manuals, and a general swag package. Very nice gal. I met Bryce who was overseeing getting my post hole digger lubed up. Nice fella who is very knowledgeable and helpful beyond words. Outside, another fella named Kris, brought my tractor out front. He went over every knob, button, switch, pedal, and lever. I had never driven a tractor but Kris had me driving the Team Tractor lot and trying everything out. Kris even guided me onto my friend’s trailer to get it all loaded up.The “ENTIRE” customer experience was so positive, folks. If I owned a car lot, boat lot, anything.. I would want these fine people running it! Extremely customer centric. I will not hesitate to refer anyone to Team Tractor.

These guys are awesome! I mainly delt with Bryce and he helped me research what tractor would fit my needs best. Very transparent and honest! Even after my purchase they still maintained the same courtesy. Very pleased with everyone I got to deal with and the whole purchase process, it was simple and they went above and beyond for me. As far as the product itself I bought the dk4210se, what an awesome tractor! Exceeded my expectations. Its very ergonomical, the controls are smooth with strong hydraulics, plenty of hp. I have operated many commercial grade tractors, this one feels the same. It does not feel cheap. I run the dk4210se commercially. Thank you guys for helping me invest into my business!

I went into Team Tractor hoping I could look around and ask my questions and not be pressured for a sale. That was exactly my experience. Bryce listened to my questions and answered them completely. He payed attention when I told him about my project and intended use for the tractor and he helped me select the right machine so I would not be underpowered or spend more than needed to get the job done. I can say now after having the tractor delivered, (when he said it would be by the way,) that I have been using it quite a bit. I am quite pleased with the tractor I purchased. There was a clip missing and a couple other minor concerns I had for a new purchase. I called him up and showed up the same day and left with all concerns addressed and the item in hand for no charge. I would recommend this business.

With 40 years living in a small rural town in CA on a couple of acres we had amassed a large volume of stuff to deal with, and along with my hobby of placer mining we needed a tractor with backhoe. The local Mahindra dealer had little inventory, difficult to reach staff, and seemed high priced. Another dealer in Fresno had Yanmar but once again, was higher priced in the comparable model we were looking for (40 - 50 HP). Same goes for New Holland, JD, etc. After researching many hours online, talking with friends etc., even calling the manufacturer back East, we knew Tractor Ranch and the TYM tractor was right for us. Bryce was professional, and clearly understood his product line and answered all our questions, taking time to explain everything in detail. The sales tax for Arizona was zero, saving us quite a lot, and even the transportation to CA from AZ was cheaper than what I was quoted from the Fresno area to Ridgecrest for a Yanmar! What a deal...we had to wait awhile for the factory, with weather and supply line issues for the manufacturer, but all this was outside Tractor Ranchs control. In March 2021 our 474HST was delivered. Now after our first 50 hours of operation we are very happy and recommend Bryce, Tractor Ranch and the TYM product whole heartedly. Itd be fun to stop by and say thanks in person next time we are in AZ.

Anyone looking to purchase a tractor should definitely come here. Team tractor was very welcoming to us and even our dog was treated very kind. It was a welcoming feeling, like we were welcomed into a family. The facility was very CLEAN and the person cleaning was very polite to me. I didnt get a chance to get her name but she was cleaning right after everyone touched a surface. That made me feel safe. Anna was also very helpful to us in our purchase, she explained the function of our tractor. Our salesman Bryce was unlike any salesman youll meet. Hes wants to make sure you get a tractor. Hes not just trying to make a sale. By that I mean he doesnt just take your application and run it. He takes the times to ask questions of your past experience with your credit. Honestly I wasnt wanting to tell my experience but once he explained why. I trusted his process to build our credit score in 2 months, it went UP! And we got a tractor at a great price and interest rate. The process took 2 months but it was worth the wait to put our credits score in good standing. I sent 5 emails and 3 phone calls and NO one ever responded after they tried to overcharge me and not include a company discount. I was warned from multiple people not to do business with them and they did not disappoint. Carrie lambkin-brewer you should really find another job because you suck at this one. Real stuff. We live in Prescott Valley and were apprehensive about buying in Phoenix because it’s a couple of hours away and my concern was, “what if I need dealer support?” We worked this tractor hard for a year, clearing snow for many homes in a subdivision and the golf course, digging a main water line for the golf course and moving boulders on our property. The day came that I broke some bolts and needed service. I was worried about cost and getting it to the shop.I called Team Tractor, my worries were immediately calmed. Against better wisdom I bought a case 75xt skid steer sight unseen except for a short video of the skid steer working, couldnt be happier with it. Looks like its going to save me a lot of backbreaking work.

I made a payment already and had to still rent attachments in order to complete the job. Of course I got upset with him and he literally came out of his trailer to confront me (multiple times) in his yard. Buyer beware!!
