Masks are a requirement, they have plastic barriers on the counter. Its not marked off for 6 distance but everybody was distancing themselves. The fellas that worked the parts counter were super helpful. First Benny who is using crutches, found the part I was looking for. Then said take it out to your truck and make sure this is what you want. When I returned he was busy, so Ricardo helped me. I wanted another part and wasnt sure if it would work. So Ricardo went out to the truck and checked for me. The part with a little modification will work perfectly. Why cant you find customer service like this any more? Both of these guys were super!! Any other parts house should be embarrassed. They have my business and I will refer everyone that needs parts to go there!

This place is great! We have a little hitch trailer but they do everything from large trailers to school busses. Only know this because of what we saw when we visited.We started off by calling them and they were super helpful on the phone. We described what was going on, they asked all the right questions and said “yup we have that and can get it done in 24 hours”.We take our trailer down their. They were super helpful and got the job done in less then 24 hours. We dropped it off on Wednesday around 1130am and had a voicemail on Thursday when we woke up.That’s another thing, they are open SUPER early.Allowed us to get our trailer fixed so we could do our wedding event this Friday. Wouldn’t go with any other company and prices are extremely fair.

Dropped off our motorhome early and Mark was very professional and told us where to put the coach. Hopefully they will find problem quickly and fix the problem.

Made an appointment to have some work done on my boat trailer. When I showed up, I was greeted by Angel before 7am (open time). We discussed the repairs needed and made sure my trailer was ready for the holiday weekend. I got a call a few hours later and my trailer was ready. Everything was fixed and the repairman even fixed some lights that were out. Great work ASH, I will definitely come back if I need any other work done!

They turned us away because they had no idea how to inspect nor repair an MCI bus which is similar to an old Greyhound. Youd think such a large place that offers service on diesel buses could handle it, but no. Also they had us bring the rig down with an appointment, only to turn us away and treat us badly while doing so.Save yourself time - we got lucky when we went North on 27th Ave to Vazquez. That team knew that bus model very well and was able to repair the issue within 24 hours and make some recommendations. Its been two years and the bus is still running great.

Well, over many many years of going here, still great parts selection, a little bit pricey for some stuff but over all great place to get trailer & safety equipment. However the counter staff is always as unfriendly as always, and make you feel unwanted in the store. Once you get past the fact its not personal and you get some thick skin your off and running with your correct part selection to complete the repairs.

Closed due to power outage

Discovered a broken spring on the rear axle of my toy hauler while traveling from Texas to California.Was given ASH’s name as a business in the Holbrook area that might be able to help by Good Sam Roadside Assistance.Absolutely my lucky day.Called them and was told that they would get me in to look at it as soon as I could get it there.Limped it in about 20 miles.Not only did they look at it immediately they had the replacement in stock.One of the most courteous, knowledgeable, and professional group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.Had me in and out in a couple hours,Unbelievable!Can not praise these folks enough!To top it off the bill was less than expected.Great business, great people.

When you need your commercial van interior shelving done this is the place to go. they did my locksmith work van five years ago never had an issue their work is supreme.Recently I was in a accident so I had to get a new van done they did an amazing job installing the shelving drawers and workbench on my new van!

We have a custom fifth wheel trailer that was chewing up tires at an alarming rate. Travis and Phil dug deep into their extensive experience and knowledge, diagnosed the problem, called on the manufacturer for further information and helped us with a solution. They spent several hours yet only charged us for ONE hour diagnostic! It became VERY clear to us that these guys are committed to customer service at the highest level and fixing complex axle issues is no problem for them. Very informative and communication was excellent. Hard to find that kind of service ANYWHERE in this country let alone in the RV industry. When Dexter Axles can get a set of replacements sent out, there is no question who will be installing them!

Drove up from Casa Grande to get some West Coast style mirrors, absolutely zero help from the counter. They just pointed to a row and said thats all the mirrors we have, the mirrors available on the end end cap was dismal. First and last trip here.

I called and was transferred 4 different times and then I waited on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally went to the store and when I did I waited another 30 minutes before anyone helped me. When the salesperson finally did, he was annoyed that I was even there. He took my information and never called me back. I am not surprised. Dont waste your time going here. They cant be bothered to help you even if you are going to spend $2300 on a lift gate

They did a fantastic job redoing the interior of my van. When it was all done and I went to pick it up even though they were closed I wanted my inverter turned a different way, they reinstalled it how I wanted and they were happy to do so.... they also reinstalled a few shelves that I wasnt replacing, my van doesnt rattle anymore I keep looking back to make sure I still have all my equipment I thought there was something wrong with my phone because I couldnt hear anything but now I realize it was just my van making all that noise lol. Thanks guys I will be using auto safety house for all my cargo van shelving needs!

Ordered a rack based on the salesman recommendations. Install guide said it fit but evidently the new design doesnt work. Efrain brought out their installer and he showed me how I could modify the rack to fit and made things right. Kargo master gets a 3 star but Efrain has 5 star customer service.

I called here needing service done. I got transferred through 3 people and then the supposed dept to help me didnt pick up 3 times in a row. They took my name and number to call me back, I never received that call. Needless to say, if you dont have time to return a phone call, I cant imagine the service is very fast. I found someone else to do the work.

First time customer, walked around never asked if I needed any help, customer service parts center reps were Non friendly nor courteous when approached and when asked for parts. Very short when asking them questions it seemed like we were bothering them with our questions when looking for parts. I’m not sure I’d go back!!!

Awesome place everything for your truck needs

We have had to replace both our axles on our Jayco trailer. A search on the internet revealed that this business was an axle distributor as well as an excellent mechanical shop. Both visits have been successful. One day for replacement and bearings checked. This time they also replaced one set of worn brakes. The yard is large, busy and well kept. Our technician worked overtime so we could get our home back. We appreciated the service we received and reccomend this business .

Costumer service bad, special two Hispanic, who don’t help much to people who don know much about about trailer or parts needed. I’m Hispanic. I asked them Spanish and they answer me in Spanish, but when I turn back start talking about me and another Hispanic about us between them laughing that we don know what we’re looking for.

I can not say one good thing about this facility. $1300.00 and my lift gate is a bad as it was when I brought it in. Maybe even worse. They transferred from one service representative to another, kept my vehicle for three weeks, and when asked to think outside the box a little, I was told there is nothing we go do.Horrible customer service.I would go anywhere else but here.This is the response I received after $1300.00 and a non functioning lift gate.If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our Truck Equipment General Manager. Thank youWhat you should have said, here is your money back for not fixing your lift-gate, if you are a real Theimen dealer, you should call them and talk to them some more, they were quite puzzled why you stopped and did not repair the gate completely. Their engineers informed me this should work as advertised. I spoke, at length, to one of the designing engineers for this particular railgate.UPDATE,So it has been about 3 years, since this service, the railgate or liftgate has worked worse and worse. Luckily for me I was traveling through the Midwest recently. I contacted the actual manufacture. They scheduled a time for me to have the equipment checked out at their facility. Short story, they properly cleaned and tested the equipment. It was determined the pads needed to be replaced again. Instead of taking an extended amount of days, or time. With in hours, the pads were replaced, properly lubricated, and tested. The equipment now operates, and lifted easily, a load 400 pounds heavier than anything I lift. What a difference experience from the manufacture made.
