Poor customer service way way over priced & very rude Poor listing Description

Gabriel at RPM was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed for my truck. He took the time to explain in detail of each item that I needed for my truck, and also recommended what brand would be the best. All the parts came in quickly and were very well packaged! Gabe was fantastic. My initial contact was for a part that was an open box deal. I needed the part overnighted to Northern Virginia and it was going to cost me a mint, but I was good with that. Gabe found the same part a the warehouse (closer and much cheaper to overnight), and then did one-better by matching his own open box price for a new part! The savings alone covered the shipping! Outstanding. I had some concerns after reading reviews on another site. I was going to cancel the order but brought it up in email after i got my confirmation email. Jason called me immediately after i hit send. He eased my mind and said it will be ok. I got exactly what i ordered and shipping was very fast and free. The exhaust i bought was nearly $600.00 cheaper than American Muscle has it for. I put it on today and had zero issues with it. Very good experience. I ordered an Energy suspension master bushing kit for a 05 Tacoma. Ordered it in black, then changed my mind and wanted red. These guys were able to modify my order. And I received it in less than a week. They were cheaper than any other shop by $70. And free shipping!

Dont ever shop here I ordered a 600 doller exhaust they cancel my order refunded my payment and didnt even call me to tell me I had to call them and they said that they couldnt give it for that price that was listed on their website. Never ever do your business here

Gabriel was an absolute life saver. I messed up and fumbled my CC CCV not once but twice ordering parts in the dark and watching a movie shopping. The order was declined, yet it still came from my account, TWICE. I called my CC provider, no help, said they couldnt fix it, I would need to call parts dealer I was ordering from. I called RPM, thankfully was answered by Gabe. he told me exactly what he needed to fix the problem from CC provider, sounded simple. Called CC company, no help, told me no, inexperienced, so I conferenced in Gabe on the call. He saved the day, got my order back on track, got my payment cleared up, and was the only person trying to help. People like Gabe are an absolute needed asset for any online service provider, he knew what needed to be done, was happy to help, and went out of his way to get things squared away. I never ordered a thing from RPM Outlet. I know nothing about cars except what my father has imbedded in my head. Change your Oil, Fill your Tank, and so on.Yet, I get a call from this company by a man that goes by Gabriel. He kindly introduces himself and asks me if Ive ordered any parts. No, I had not, and slowly realize my Identity has been stolen. Instead of just voiding the transaction he went above and beyond to Inform me of what was going on and what I could do. I hang up and compose myself. Because he had been so helpful, I call back to ask what I could do to solve it. He kindly helps again even though he does not have to. This meant a lot. It definitely eased the stress and anxiety I was having because I was told where where I could go from that point. Plus, he obviously helped me financially too.There is an Archangel named Gabriel that is told Delivers very important messages to People. He also gives wise guidance and insight on what to do following a problem. I feel like RPMs Gabriel fits that persona quite well. Good experience, we had some fitment issues initially with the injector but Gabe and the staff help me to the end and now we have the correct injectors to get the car started.Thanks again.

I’ve bought a ZEX nitrous kit for my 2002 mustang. Shortly after, I seen really bad reviews about this place saying they scam a lot of people out of money and had me extremely worried. The kit came in less than a week with everything it needed other than the piece that connects two red wires together but you can get that anywhere for a couple cents. I will be doing business again!

Customer service is horrible, I purchased parts for my lightning, paid with my card, needed shipped to my home as my billing address is different, as I use a po- box for my mail, the transaction was approved on my banks end, but declined on rpm ends due to shipping zip code does not match my billing zip code, which is two different zip codes, rpm called the bank, the bank confirmed my info, yet they still declined my purchase, but they was sent the money from my bank, while I was on the phone with a rpm rep, he made it known to me he had wasted a hour of his day, but yet at the end, capt-1 paid them, and I was not shipped the parts, so they wasted 5 days of my time over this, I was told to give him another card number if id like to try that, but why waste my time, its the same info, just different bank, so that wasnt goin to work, I know there is a lot of scams and they have to be cautious, but he spoke to the bank, he called the bank himself, all info was confirmed to be correct and legit, yet I still was not shipped any parts, but least ill get my money back from capt-1..........Hope this keeps someone in need of parts fast the headache I went through, for nothing,
