Carter was the most disrespectful person as we walked in! He welcomed us but then rudely grabbed a ball away from my little brother! He definitely doesn’t need to be working at al job that he is going to be rude to a 10 year old!😡😡😡 very unsatisfied

Mall is closing, this Champs store remains for now. Awesome inventory and great staff, hate to see it go.

When i go to Champs they always have my size in mens shoes. I got 2 great pairs of shoes today, that i couldnt even get from Nike. So I give Champs in the Pardise Valley Mall 1000%. You are the best, thanks guys....

The are very good and price

Couldnt even make an attempt to buy shoes. Mall opened at 10 am. Stood out in front of Champs. Finally left at 10:07 am because the roll down gate was still completely shut and there was one employee at the register that was apparently not in any rush to open the store. Went to Finish Line and bought school shoes for my kids there instead.

The people who worked there were cool and I left with some really nice kicks

Good selection of clothes and shoes. More than most stores. . But this by far has to be the rudest one. Dont get me wrong, all champs employess (in my experience ) lack customer service. Not greeted, not asked if i needed help . Cashier Alexis was extremely rude . And all other employes acting unproffesional as well. Miguel P should really give these ppl more training and possibly remind them what customer service is.

Worst service. I stood there waiting for help while the staff stood at the register talking. I wave for help still no help. Wanted to get my husband done shoes that is overseas thats in the military. When i was walking out one of the staff decided to walk towards me. When I called I could of swore I heard the manager refer to me as Dude totally lost my business.

You guys wasted my time I drove 45 mins just to see you guys are closed but it says it’s open on the site I wish someone blow your store this Black Friday
