I had a great time looking for scrub bottoms at Scrubs & Beyond. The workers were very helpful and kind. The selection within the store is amazing. The sticker prices were a little shocking at first, but as I looked through the store I found some more decently priced scrubs that also happened to be on sale that day! I enjoyed browsing and I absolutely loved my scrubs I purchased.

Annette is awesome!! She is super friendly and helpful! I came in the night before and bought two sets of scrubs and bought a size 2x that unfortunately didn’t fit. She helped with the exchange that was going to be a refund but she looked in the back and found me the right size! I was so, so, so happy! Beyond great customer service. She remembered me from the night before and greeted me like we are family. I love coming in here and seeing her. Definitely makes my shopping experience so much better. If I could give Annette 10 stars, I would.

I just got a job back in the medical field and needed new scrubs. The staff was very friendly and they had a great selection. The staff helped me pick out everything I needed and was great with my son while I tried clothes on. Thank you I will be shopping here again in the near future.

Please dont shop here. I purchased a pair of pants here and brought them back for an exchange. They refused to exchange them claiming I wore them. I literally tried them on at home and brought them back. Ive spent good money at this store. Never again.

This store has clothes for overweight medical professionals but if you are a small or medium there is nothing in stock. If you order it through the catalog it takes atleast 3 weeks to get it, and they do not tell you this when you order. If you ask to cancel the order you still have to wait for the items to arrive. They will not issue a refund! I ordered outfits with figs and jannuu online and got my uniforms in 3-5 days not weeks. I do not know how this store stays in business.

Excellent customer service.

Went in today and needed petite scrubs badly for work! Thankfully I called to verify they were open and that the fitting rooms could be used (asked just in case they were closed due to the pandemic). Found everything I needed and will def come back for more sets soon! Also, Michelle was nice and accommodating!

Went here for the first time today! Kayla was super helpful! I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several options. I found a couple scrub pants that are really comfortable. So happy I went! Will definitely be back! The customer service was fantastic!

Returns are it complimentary! I paid 25.04 for the scrubs and was only refunded $7.40. They kept $17.64 to try their scrub pants. ☹️☹️☹️ Not happy with their returns. Make sure you know what you want and know how it fits before you order!

Ordered some items from here (in-store) and they told us 7-10 days, come half a month and they still dint have it. They keep telling us its back ordered, they should be the ones giving us a courtesy call and not us chasing them around for shot that i paid for!

Did not have anything in my size and there mens section is terrible no big sizes had to go elsewhere

The manager at this store talks down to the customers and apparently thinks it’s okay to be rude to them. Very unprofessional. I’ve spent hundreds at this store. Never again.

This is about the company. Extremely slow shipping. The store, I dont like their selection thats why I went online. Probably will go somewhere else from now on.
