This was a trip to Breakfast Club and I have to say. They were very accommodating. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Atmosphere and meal were both great.

If you get overwhelmed easily at larger shopping malls, this may be a good choice :) Relaxed dog friendly environment with various restaurants with good food, happy hour menu. Excited they are adding in a new edition, life time fitness! Theres valet/paid parking facing camelback but free parking is on the north side of the mall!

I liked the selection of stores, and foods. Was a good opportunity to kill a few hours. Super clean and nicely landscaped. Feel bad, hardly anyone walking around….. but then again, it’s 106* on a weekday. Super clean. Worthwhile venture.

I highly recommend this shopping center. There is always great parking. The shop owners are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s never too busy even during the holidays. Great spot to shop and lunch with friends!

This is a pleasant outdoor mall, but the selection of shops is limited. Besides Macys and J Crew there is little but speciality shops.This mall, like a lot of others, could be headed for the dustbin of malls.

It is a great place to shop and enjoy a nice meal with friends afterward.We did some shopping at Macys that was okay. No one around to help, so we needed to do everything ourselves. Not what I would have expected from a prestigious name inside a fashion mall, but its not the Macys of legend and history.We then went to the Cheesecake Factory for an early dinner. Our server, Maria, was amazing. She took excellent care of us, was patient when we took so long to go through their enormous menu, and packaged everything up nicely when we took most of it home. It was enough food for a few meals, but we couldnt leave without having dessert.

You definitely have to be wealthy to shop here!

Excellent shopping venue! Lots of great places to shop, awesome places to eat, and just great atmosphere. Kinda 80s, yet ultra modern at the same time. Definitely worth a visit!

Love this mall. They have reconstructed this mall into something great. And its very diverse. Inexpensive stores and expensive stores. Vegan food and fast food. You will walk out of there with more than what you had in mind to get.Great selection of shops and restaurants around to shop and dine. Love that all my shops are pretty close. You can go a spend a whole day at this Mall. And get everything u might need. Good for families or for adults only.

All the shops are great and have friendly staff. The courtyard has a beautiful fountain and parents frequently bring their kids here to roam. The food joint Blanco Tacos & Tequila is wonderful and has gluten free options.

My family really liked this shopping mall and loved going shopping. The place was very neat and had an excellent interior as well. Their staff were really helpful if there was anything we wanted. A big place to scroll through for friends and family. I will probably tell all of my colleagues how great this place was. Spectacular experience!

Great place for dates or food. Nearly every restaurant here is owned by the Cheesecake Factory after Sam Fox sold most of his concepts a few years back. So you will be paying a premium for restaurants that are no longer local. The restaurant game here has changed radically in the last ten years, expect it to continue to change! Favorites are Zinburger w Truffle Fries and Blanco - an American Mexican restaurant founded by Fox.If you have an EV, electric charging is here too! The Tesla charger is the busiest one in Phoenix. They have Tesla games there once a month.

Their workers were very supportive and welcoming. That day, they did very well and it was impressive. Thats melting my precious heart. I feel the joy of the food he made. I am so thankful to him that he has provided us with great food.

The place is one of the most fun mall that I have went to. There is a Zinburger, which is one of my favorite restaurants in Arizona.And the mall was really fun. I love to go here with my friends theres a lot of fashion varieties available. Great place to shop. High end shopping!!!

A sale is still going on there. A favorite shop of mine. Theres always nice stuff for the kids. So far, prices are great. Often I take the childrens store with me. There, they have a lot of fun. The food court is tidy at all times, and the food is delicious. Love to go there

Hadnt been since Covid hit, so cruised through the sparsely populated center to check it out. Just such a pleasant atmosphere. Some shops same, some different, but same attractive, upscale feel as ever.

I really liked this shopping spot! Since they had every color I wanted, I was able to pick the best pack. There were a lot of lovely clothes on the spot, too. I have got a new pair of shoes. Im certainly going to visit this shopping spot over and over again. The best shopping place to go!

I visited this mall a few days before Christmas & it was beautiful! I loved the decorations and I was surprised at the cleanliness despite the high traffic!This mall has both high end and regular stores along with a few restaurants inside.You are currently allowed to dine in, so I grabbed some delicious shake to go .I will definitely return if im in the area again.

Dont need an anxiety pill to shop here, unlike Scottsdale Fashion or Kierland...Beautiful space

I stop here whenever I am in town for a fun day of shopping. I love love love the shops & White House Black Market is my favorite. Its wonderful to not only have a place the adults like to go, but my kids enjoy this outdoor mall as much as I do.

I LOVE this mall. Its my #1 go to when I want to go out and spend some time with mom or a friend.Lots of stores options (Its a bit expensive)I love the the crepe club!! It has the best crepes!! (I mostly visit here because of it)California Pizza Kitchen is an other fav of mine too. They have the best food, and a nice dining room atmosphere. I love having their salted caramel pudding after food.

I finally decided to purchase Fenty Beauty Foundation and the two ladies who helped me easily got me to also purchase moisturizer/ primer.Ill be going back, I liked Sephora.Felt kinda guilty because I shop Ulta faithfully but, oh well.

I am so very disappointed in how this company treats its end users, you the individuals valeting your car. I was involved in a clear valet damage incident, and instead of Reef taking ownership, they ignored the damage done to my $130,000 vehicle. There are strategically placed cameras and damage on only oneside of the vehicle, where they curb-bed the rims and parked. Yet the response is they were not able to determine. Shame.Corporations be cautious when vetting out your partners as they can directly influence the experience your patrons have. I hope that my situation will be resolved with Reef and that they do the right thing, not because of this post, but because they want to be good corporate stewards.

Beautiful high end outdoor mall. They did recently lose the Apple Store but have some great restaurants and shopping.

Love the lemon chiffon cake - Cheesecake Factory and I believe there should be a SMI Radiology location in the back side of the building.

This is a great outdoor mall with many nice restaurants and luxury retail stores. They always keep the grounds very clean and in order. Over the years they have made several improvements like the addition of a Lifetime Fitness that really adds value to the whole center.

I was a tenant at biltmore fashion park for a year i had a small crepe&coffee cafe we were rated the top 10 places to eat crepes at phoenix area at the new times magazine there I went through the worst experience with the management at biltmore is the worst they never respected small business owners they set you up for failure not for success, before and after covid specially after they didn’t give us a chance to grow and they never worked with us it’s was always had to be their way and sometimes takes them weeks just to respond to questions or requests plus all the lies and the delays even thou we risked starting a new business at the plaza with super expensive rent when it turned out to be over rated, my story and previous and current tenants who left we had the same issue and small Business owners continue to leave that place because of management treatment issues

Since I was a little girl, Ive been going to this mall. There are too many shops here that so many hours of shopping can be spent. Street parking is difficult to find, but its worth it.

The selection of shops is not worth the stop.

Fabulous shopping, excellent food from gelato to brunch, Mexican food and beyond.The newest addition, Lifetime Fitness, is an amazing experience. Rooftop pool, top notch amenities and trainers.

Fillmore is one of the better stores for clothing however they are short on clothing due to the virus Bible return to them when they are fully stocked once again if we ever get out of this fire

This is a very clean outdoor mall with a bunch of cool shops. I went out here to check out their Lululemon store after I had brunch at the Henry. On the weekends, there is a gentlemen that brings pure bred wolves and lets you take pictures. This is definitely a very cool weekend hangout spot! The facilities are super clean!

The concept that comes to mind is All in One Place! It was interesting to walk around and explore the Biltmore Fashion Park after having lunch at Seasons 52 restaurant which is located there. The Biltmore Fashion Park which is also known as uptown neighborhood is a great shopping mall in which many restaurants, coffee bars and other retailers such as Sacks Fifth Ave, Macys, Cheese Cake Factory, Breakfast Club, tourism and travel industry and others are located. There are parking facilities in the mall which can be validated by the associated restaurants or shopping spots. The Biltmore Fashion park is a convenient place to enjoy walking, exploring and shopping.A fully enjoyable shopping mall with variety of restaurants and uptown retailers.

Tried to go to the paper store but its gone like so many other stores. Lots of empty suites makes me wonder if shopping will ever be the same post Covid-19.

High end shopping center with MISTERS! Many high priced (yawn) boring old paradigm stores that make money by manipulating perceived value of goods by unreasonable markup.

Great mall, unfortunately several closed stores. Hopefully things will improve. Great location!!

I love this mall! Especially during the winter in Arizona!!!It’s so cute and pretty they always do the most to make it feel like a fresh park.It’s very clean and very friendly!If you love to take your dog shopping this place is the go to spot! They have water trays at almost every shop and treats too!Also during the summer when it gets really hot they have misters so that you can still shop comfortably.They are also building a brand new gym which I bet is going to be sickening!!!

This is not a huge shopping square. Easy to get in and out t. A few shopping stores (Macys, Saks, Ralph Lauren, etal), eateries (The Cheesecake Factory, Capital Grill, Seasons 52, etc), barber, etc. And Its expanding! A new sports club is under way. Hopefully itll draw a bigger crowd. Valet parking available; paid and unpaid parking available as well. The grounds are well kept. Summer movies are played in the atrium. Dog friendly facility.

Good selection of restaurants and stores. In pre-covid times, you used to have to pay for parking or get a token validated. I hope they dont bring that back 🤞

It could not have been an easier day. Been doing all my shopping for the last 25 years on the 24th. Was able to park right in front of the door and the girl gift wrap my present and I was out in less than 10. Still a great part of town

I love coming here to shop. It is an outdoor area, and walking around is so nice, lots of shade, lots of trees. It has an overall relaxing and refreshed vibe. I am saddened to hear that they closed down a really great crepe shop that i would have recommend but they have good restaurants. And its nice to walk around once you are done eating. There are nice grassy bench areas you can just sit and enjoy.

This place is extremely beautiful and peaceful. Great places to eat and just a nice area to sit and enjoy the outdoors. They even have a life size chess set if youre up for a game with friends.

Quaint mall with excellent stores.

This is a BEAUTIFUL open outdoor mall setting. The Biltmore Fashion Park is my favorite mall in Arizona. It offers luxuriously manicured landscaping and high-end designer stores and dining. The B.F.P. offers a sense of community at its finest. It is both child and dog friendly. You will witness responsible pet owners walking their dogs and children playing in the open courtyard areas. This is truly an experience not to be missed...

I like Biltmore for its open space & varied offerings for shopping & eating. Lots of free parking ( in that e back) the front lot is all valet( which I hate). I enjoy the outdoor area, its pet friendly & a good place to enjoy an afternoon of shopping.

Great shops with unique but expensive items that mostly claim to be local. I worked a temp position at an AJs fine foods. If you have money to spend, this is a very peaceful shopping center with some unique and hip options.

Its nice but covid has it slow.

This is a nice upper end outdoor shopping center. A lot of wonderful places to eat at and we also find some unique merchants here as well as some of the big players. On a positive note and unlike years past the parking was actually doable. The downside here is that you get a parking token that you must remember to have validated at one of the stores.

I have only been there twice, and enjoyed both places I went to. Both times had problems parking anywhere near both locations. I dont know if its me or that too many people were there those two times I went. I will go again soon, next time with more time to spare and be more alert.

This is a beautiful Fashion Park with elegant and clean environments. I’ve become addicted to this little breakfast bar in the center that takes me back to childhood.I’ll update with Holiday Season Lights photos at night.

Like this place....need more shops and the place was dead. Didnt like that the free parking is in the backside of the mall.. Also they need those most things all over and not just on one side... Considering where its located and its outdoor, making people comfortable during the summer should be a priority.

They have so many restaurants here, but I came here for the Capital Grille. I was very pleased to see that each restaurant had sufficient parking spaces in front of it. The plaza also is very neat and well-maintained.My only gripe is that especially in rush hour, the place felt a bit hard to get into. Too many cars on the main road...Not really of a fan of that busy vibe.

The Biltmore is an outdoor shopping mall with upscale stores for your shopping pleasure. There are restaurants to suit every palate along with gelato & coffee bars. Although outdoors, it is comfortable in the heat of our AZ summer. There are many shaded areas & a vast misting system along with a grassy area with trees & benches to relax before venturing into more stores. You can spend an hour or two or the entire day browsing, shopping, or enjoying any of the fine restaurants. There is ample free parking in the multi-level garage in the back of the mall as well as valet & metered parking on the Camelback side of the mall. This is a truly delightful way to spend a day with friends, family or out of town guests. Across Camelback Road from the mall is an AMC theater that serves drinks, lunch & dinner. You will not be disappointed. ENJOY!

The Biltmore fashion Park has an excellent selection of high-end retailers. Its landscaped to perfection, its very high-end, and it feels very safe. If youre looking for a place to spend a lot of money and not have to feel unsafe this is the place for you. I would feel comfortable parking a Bentley at this mall without the concern of someone trying to cause damage to it or steal it. Its a very high-class crowd and you wont feel uncomfortable wearing a Rolex or tons of jewelry. This is truly the place to shop if youre wealthy.

Small high-end shopping center. We didnt find a lot there to choose from and did the entire center, end to end, in about 45 minutes with a casual browse. We did go before lunch and there were a couple of eating establishments that I would love to try if we get the opportunity to go back. Otherwise, it makes a nice walk on a sunny day but not a place Id likely visit regularly if I lived in the area.

Biltmore Fashion Park is a beautifully landscaped promenade with high end shopping flanking the cobbled walkways. Gorgeous and shaded, the walkways open up to courtyards with chairs and tables. You have stores and restaurants like Ralph Lauren, MAC, Rolex, Macys, ect. lined throughout the complex. A beautiful place to spend an afternoon and shop. Dont forget to get your parking validated.

Ive been going to the Biltmore Fashion Park for 5 years now. The restaurants, stores, and vibes are all amazing. Its also dog friendly so we bring our puppy occasionally.

This place has gotten so snooty. There are so many rude, judgmental people. The stores are mostly closed and its in need of a good revamp. The MAC store ladies give nothing but attitude until you decide to purchase something. Half of the restaurants Ive never heard of and most are night clubs.

The place is one of the most fun mall that I have went to. There is a Zinburger, which is one of my favorite restaurants in Arizona, a Royal Coffee Bar which makes you fast coffee & hot cocoa, and they do it right! Also, you get to shop like crazy! There is a inside building for the mall which is air-conditioned, and they have many stores there. If you get a chance, go to this mall, I will guarantee that you will have an awesome time either by yourself, and with friends or family.
