I was under the impression that I was going to have to replace the charging port on my iPhone since everything I have done didn’t resolve my issue. I went in and Gabe was super helpful and cleaned the port to see if I even needed to replace it in the first place. Turns out I didn’t and in less than 5 minutes I was in and out. Gabe was a life saver, highly recommended and I will definitely come back if I have any other issues. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Brought in my phone for a battery replacement. They were honest about the risks, and didnt try to upsell me anything. They had to order parts, but that only took a couple business days. On the day of the repair, they completed it in 3 hours and left no damage on the device. Very happy with the service, I would return again.

I brought an iPhone 11 in to have the front and back glass replaced due to cracking. The screen was badly cracked so I had the back replaced at the same time. When I gave the phone, the phone was working other than the cracked screen. When I got the phone back it looked great, however the screen getting locked up and the phone had to be rebooted to fix. Then the phone began randomly powering down after about 3 minutes of use. I brought it back to them and told me it was a board problem from a piece of plastic melted in the charging port and that it wasnt their fault. HOo I give them phone that works and get back this and it not being their fault is still perplexing me. The best I can figure is the when they were using the high heat to necessary to remove the back, that piece of plastic from their work area accidently got blown on to the board.

The people I dealt with were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. No nonsense, reassuring, and got the job done!

My Surface Pro 4 tablet had an expanded battery. I saw through CPRs website they had a documented process to replace the battery. No other computer repair shops would work on my tablet. I called CPR, we talked about the work involved and had the work scheduled to be done very quickly. The price was very reasonable and I had my repaired laptop back very quick.

I came in here to get my cell phone repair today. I was so that it would say to win a 1/2 hours to get my cell phone repaired, which was no problem. When I got my phone back from was not working properly. My S Pen on my note 9 would not charge. Better yet… my phone wouldnt recognize my S Pen at all. When I brought this to the attention of the staff I was told that it would be 3 to 5 business days in order for them to order the part and repair it. Youre doing it for free so Im not complaining but it is a nuisance. Not a big one but still a nuisance. I would have given 5 stars if not wear them damaging the hardware that controls my S Pen.

I sent my soon over to see if they could fix the plug on his phone. He wasnt waking up for work because his phone would shut off and he would have no alarm. They fixed it quickly, and for free! No wonder you guys get such amazing reviews! You rock.

The store doesnt repair older phones. If your phone is more then a few years old, perhaps dont even show up. They will refuse fixing.The store also doesnt carry different phone parts. You cant buy phone batteries or anything related to repairing phone yourself.

2 weeks ago took cracked phone to have screen replaced. They had phone for 7 or more days and not 3 as promised to replace screen. After 3rd day, I was told that all the screens they had received were defective..they received several defective screens during this time. A week after I picked phone up, the screen spidered underneath glass then surfaced. The screen was smooth on top. I was told phone was cracked, which it WAS NOT, and the warranty was invalid and I we would have to pay again. Initially they told me $93 but since I got run around for 7 days from their workers, they said $59. When I wanted to take my phone after day 5, went to shop and was told Phone was taken apart, and I couldnt take it. Each day I called I was told, Another screen on the way, will take 1 hour and you can pick it up. Another worker would answer phone and say, I have to call you back, the guy is busy in back. He didnt call me back..I went to store, probably day 5 demanding to speak to owner..and told them I was NOT comfortable with what was going on, because they were apparently dealing with their defective screens possibly made by them. I was told every screen they received during the 7 days they had phone was bad. Filed complaint with BBB only to see other COMPLAINTS WITH DEFECTIVE SCREEN ISSUES and them saying its the customers fault...

My iPhone X was having a screen issue where it controls itself. I asked the worker if the screen is oem and if they transfer their serial number from the old screen to the new and also calibrate it. The guy said yes we do. So I left my phone there and came to pick it up and the screen is not original or close to original. Also my screen is blue when the brightness is low, reason for the is because they didn’t transfer/calibrate it like he said. To find this out you go to setting and then go to display and brightness and it should say True Tone which mine doesn’t have because they didn’t do it. The guy just stayed quite. So I had to pay full price. My lost and hope you to fall for it like I did.

I face slammed the screen of my phone on a boulder while hiking. Screen was cracked. There was a bar running vertically on the screen and it had black spots on the impact location. I took it to CPR cellphone repair and they fixed it!! I thought I would have to buy a new Iphone which are expensive now. Got my iPhone 8 screen repaired for 100 bucks... beats paying 400-1000 for a new phone!!

It can also be frustrating to fill out something online for its ease to receive information/quote and then be told you still have to physically travel to the location.2) The friendliness of the customer service representatives. While polite they were not personable or welcoming.

CPR and $55 save my cell phone. I needed a new charging port. Didnt want to buy a new phone. I made an appointment before they opened. I was there at store opening, they pulled up my appointment, confirmed they had the part and started working on it. Estimated 60-90 minutes to complete. They completed and called my alternate number in 89 minutes, all fixed and $5 less than the estimated $60 fee.

I went in here because my phone just died randomly one day. Without GPS, I went to the closest place to my work. They were very attentive and helped me out without much wait. Im glad to read many others have had a successful experience with CPR Cell Phone Repair. I did not.I chose CPR Cell Phone Repair based on these other excellent reviews, which Im now doubting the validity of.The LCD on my phone had a slight crack in the corner of the LCD when I took it into CPR. However it still worked for many months and I was able to make calls, send texts, etc.. Now I cant use it. Its mysteriously typing numbers and locking me out after I perform a factory reset.Luckily, I had another phone lying around and was able to switch them, because I need a phone and havent had time to go back to CPR for another disappointing experience. This disappointing experience was not worth the 130 dollars I paid them.Update: I went back and had them repair it again. The phone still isnt the same but its slightly better than before. I wish I had tried another repair outlet instead.

I work in construction so you can imagine how rough that can be on my phone. My iPhone cracks and my screen gets messed up quite often compared to most. With cpr I take my phone to them and they do I excellent job at fixing it every time. It always work properly and they dont take very long to fix it either. The best part is that the prices are very affordable and theyre better then the rest! I would highly recommend using them for all your electronic repair needs!

I got fast, friendly, excellent service at CPR South Mountain. I had dropped my phone and the screen went blank. I was sure Id need a new phone but I thought Id try to get it repaired. They were able to quickly figure out what it needed, and replaced the screen for a very reasonable cost and quick turn around. I was scheduled to have surgery the day after I needed the repair and I would have been up a creek without the information that I had stored in my phone, not to mention the inconvenience of being without it as I recovered from surgery. My great experience at South Mountain CPR saved me!

I went to CPR to have my iPhone X screen replaced. It was NOT a good experience. The screen stopped working shortly after having it repaired. I took it back to the CPR Store at South Mountain as that is where it was replaced. They informed me that it may just be a faulty screen and replaced the screen again per the lifetime warranty. They could not provide a clear explanation as to why the phone went out and will not come back on. However, they did inform that they had to remove the screen to allow it charge. After leaving the store the phone went off again and would not come back on. I have gone 4 days without a phone. BECAUSE THEY ARE 3RD PARTY IF USING THIS SERVICE, APPLE NOR BEST BUY WILL TOUCH YOUR PHONE FOR DIAGNOSTIC OR REPAIR. I was not able to use my phone again. I would NOT recommend CPR for replacing any APPLE PRODUCTS!

My phones mic stopped working because I was cleaning my phone with a can of air. I took my phone in and was told if they could open the phone and just clean it out and get it to work it would be $25.00 if they had to replace the mic it would be $35.00. I thought this was an amazing price so I went ahead and left my phone. A few hours later after several failed call attempts I drove back over to see if my phone was ready. I was told cleaning the phone didnt fix the issue and while a mic replacement would probably fix the phone they couldnt find the part. I was charged $25.00 for nothing. This place charged me to do nothing but waste my time. If I was told upfront that they could not get the part, and if the cleaning didnt work there would be nothing they could do I would have never left my phone. I feel like they did do the work, but they could have done nothing and just took my $25.00 and I would have no clue.

Every time Ive gone to CPR, Ive had a great experience. All of my phone problems have always been solved at a fair price.

I needed a new screen for my Surface Pro 3. They told me it would cost $400, but the screen was cracked by their clamps during repair. It was described as minimal and photos were sent to me. My choice was this: have a new one ordered, or take the one with the crack. I told them to order a new one.The next thing I know the manager called me and said if I take this cracked one, he will discount the $200 at pickup to $50. They invited me to come and see the screen, and in the shop they showed me that it powered on and worked. Unfortunately I made the decision to take it.Within a week that crack traveled all the way through the screen, and it would no longer power on. I was so depressed that I took their as-is conditions, I didnt call them until today (9 months later) only to hear what I knew they would say: too bad. Everybody left the table happy (his words) and you agreed to take it as is. he also invited me to go ahead and leave a negative review.Very sorry I ever did business here.

So I went in about two weeks ago to get my iPhone 7 screen replaced with a lifetime warranty on the screen and screen protector. Well four days later my phone starts having problems with the keypad, making three way calls while I’m on the phone and etc... I bring it back and they find a tiny crack at the top which I was not aware of because the phone was never dropped (and I had their lifetime screen protector and my own case). Needless to say they went ahead and replaced it three days ago. Now my phone is having the same issues but worse. I am taking it back for a third time today or tomorrow and I will post an updated review

I had a cracked Zagg glass curve elite and chose to give CPR a try since they are a Zagg partner. I let the employee look at my watch and he said they can replace it for $10. After the employee already took off the screen protector he informs me they don’t have screen protectors in stock like I had. I let them put on a grey screen protector to be on there temporarily. They assured me they would order more and call me when they came in and replace it for free. I have yet to get a call from them and it’s been well over a month.

Went in having trouble with my USB type c charging port went in expecting to pay for a replacement the guy cleaned it for free when he could have charged me almost 100 to replace it.

I just got my Iphone 7 repaired by Phil and he did an amazing job! Will come here again. Great service.
