Owner was never available to talk and the customer service rep was unable to refund my $50 after not being able to unlock my phone without the owners approval. I called for weeks to speak to the owner and they kept telling me that he is not in the store. So, he ripped me off like everyone else.

Excellent and timely repair service. They saved me from paying for a replacement of the lightening connector for my phone by thoroughly cleaning it (at no charge), and only replaced the battery as I had requested (it couldnt keep a charge long and was down to 62% health).As others have stated, you might have to wait a bit for someone to acknowledge you. But it seemed to me that they really focus on you once its your turn. Try going on a weekday early in the day.

Weird to see all of these great reviews because my experience was less than acceptable. I wish that I could give them minus 5 stars. After making a double payment on a wireless account, this guy promised to refund the over-payment. He avoided calls for 2 days and finally agreed that he processed the charge in error and would credit my account. Not only did he not process the payment to the wireless carrier, but he did not credit my account. Thief? Thats what I call it. Will NEVER go to this ratchet store again! (But, all good, my bank credited my account.) Ratchet is the only way to describe this business.

My daughter dropped her phone off for repairs last week and now the owner is nowhere to be found. Landlord says they are moving out Friday. Basically stole my daughters phone.

They charged a bargain amount to run a full diagnostic of my phone to determine the issue, and carefully went over my options moving forward, which included reaching out to the manufacturer. I felt like they had my best interest in mind and werent looking to line their pockets. Highly recommended!

Ive noticed theyre not really good at greeting people who walk in and their staff is small but they are very knowledgeable and the service they provide is more than fairly priced so if you dont mind waiting a minute or sometimes a little bit longer they will get your phone fixed.

I became a costumer of this establishment 16 years ago when it was just a kiosk at a local gas station. I bought my first cell phone from Jeff and was able to trade up with no trouble at all. 16 years later, the customer service is even better now that he has expanded. My girlfriend and I needed some extra money for rent this month and couldnt find a place that buys used cell phones. After trying a few pawn shops in the neighborhood, I was in disbelief when I first notice the new store. We were greeted by Allen who was very nice and gave us a fair price for our Galaxy S6. Not only has this place stood the test of time, but they still have great customer service. If you are looking for a cell phone store you can trust, this would be the place.

I was helping a friend find a phone with specific capability in a specific price range, and Jeff at Wireless Phone Booth was awesome. He didnt try to up-sell us, he didnt try to rush us (it was busy), but instead was kind, patient and very helpful in coming up with the best solution. Then says something about a batch didnt released on 2nd so thats when the first business day starts.After 1 month decided to give up and get money back. But the Store is disputing the services and almost 2.5 months later, no refund.Dirtbags

I drove in to the store from Buckeye and arrived about 20 minutes before closing. They were definitely busy but the owner was incredible, he quickly paid me a very fair price for my iPhone. The wait can be a killer sometimes. However the customer service is good, knowledgeable, easy going and the rates are actually reasonable for the work provided. Overall you cant beat them. Just plan on taking a seat for a bit while someone else is getting helped ahead of you. :-)

I love these guys. I was out of the country, and dropped my iphone in the toilet, which isnt covered under insurance. AND... I also wanted to change my carrier out of Verizon. They did it all! Tony is the techno genius who actually got my phone running enough to know I needed a new one. Then Richard sold me a refurbished iphone, and fixed me up with a great new carrier, Simple Mobile, much cheaper than Verizon, and took the time and effort to transfer all my data. Richard walked me thru all the hassle of changing services. And was just terrific to deal with. I had to go back because something didnt work properly, they fixed it right away. I highly recommend them. Its like cell phone Heaven. You feel like they really have your back.

I had bought an iphone off someone on facebook which turned out to be a companies phone which was locked. These guys understood my frustration and were able to actually fix my old phone for me and made it look like the day i bought it. They turned my terrible day around. Richard and everyone there were very professional, helpful, and funny. They even stayed open later to help me out. I recommend them for any phone problems because they are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I will definitely us this place for all my phone needs.

Wow. I spoke with the guy over the phone and described my problem. He said it would be a certain price -- at most. I went in, he fixed it and charged me $10.00 less than his estimate!The only downside was the wait time, but that may be because I went there late Friday afternoon and there was a line. Even so, the repair was done on the spot. It was worth the wait.The service was friendly, professional and cheap. Who could ask for anything more?
