Dropped off my 911 GT3 with a blown motor. Now the beginning of the whole thing wasn’t the best but again I just dropped off my car with almost no warning or prep for service advisors. Anyways, I got paired with Jeremy. The man is incredible at his job and very trust worthy. I had the expectations honestly maybe never seeing the car again. He put a full new crate engine in it for me under warranty in like 2.5 weeks. Car runs fantastic and better than ever. Can’t be much happier about how it all worked out. Thanks again

Came in for a non functioning vent and they found I had 5 servo motors needed replacement. I was provided a loaner and service was quick and everyone was professional. My vehicle returned cleaned and blowing cold air through all vents. Would definitely recommend North Scottsdale Porsche.

I visited the dealer on a saturday morning because my check engine light came on in my 996 cabriolet. I did not have an appointment, but they looked at the car anyway, diagnosed the fault, cleared the fault code and ordered the replacement part and changed the oil and gave the car a thorough inspection. I was kept informed the whole time and they even did an oil change while i was there. Extremely happy with the service i received.

We had a dead battery and the original mobile battery company was not able to access the car the battery. Porsche North Scottsdale sent their mobile battery service guy out to our home and started the car and drove the car to Porsche North Scottsdale. We got a new battery and they did the annual service, hand washed the car and drove the car back to our home. Everyone was super professional. Excellent service!

Purchased a new Macan for my daughter and had the perfect experience. We reserved an incoming unit. Worked with Ajay. Ajay was direct, clear, and thorough. He’s an expert. He clearly explained the car to myself and my daughter. When the car was in, he promptly called and had it waiting up front in showroom with a bow on it for her. At delivery he re-explained everything step by step to her. He then called to follow up and see if we had any questions and invited us to come by anytime if we needed help. More and more I find myself disappointed by the customer service of companies. So refreshing to experience great service!

Bought my first Porsche! I live in Colorado and flew down to drive the different models and decided on a 992 carrera. Mark Siffert was professional and extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He took time with my wife and I and had 4 different models ready for us to drive. Although my Macan GTS power train warranty expired December 2020 you worked with Porsche of North America to repair the oil leak around my timing chain cover. The estimated cost to pull the engine and repair the leak was over $8,000 - I only paid for the fluids. I have owned Porsches since 1983 and enjoy there reliability. The service provided by Porsche North Scottsdale is outstanding. I feel like I own a new Porsche due to your efforts and service.

Cons-Took a few weeks to get an appointment, expensive oil change that took 2 hours.Pros-My advisor was friendly, they cleaned the car and wanted my business.It was really easy to set an appointment on line and they kept reminding me. I liked this.Offered a loaner but I chose to wait. Came from Glendale.If you need a loaner be sure to bring your current insurance card in with you. Saw several people running out to their car to retrieve.My oil change was $325!!! I was told I own a race car by advisor … LOL Guess that means it used a barrel of oil???

Very honest, had transmission fault light on and couldn’t get out of 2nd gear. Expected to replace the transmission but only had minor repair performed costing $200. Got a “customer satisfaction” (i.e recall) letter from manufacturer for a software update. Was a little surprised this couldn’t be done OTA. Letter indicated it would take an hour so I figured I’d wait. Called to schedule…first available slot was 4-5 weeks out. Wow! Then was told I couldn’t wait. Contrary to the letter, one hour really meant all day and I’d have to take a loaner. Learned later on there was another recall for bolts, so thank you for getting both done in one visit. Work was done and car washed. Interestingly, nobody walked me through the software update so had to request a call back from a techie. Learned nothing really changed so the update really only benefits the next owner.

Why is it that every time I visit a classy place like Porsche North Scottsdale for service the kid who drops my car at the curb leaves the seat adjusted so he or she can reach the peddles leaving a back-twister for me to get in and push the #1 setting on automatic seats? Move the seat BACK so the owner can adjust it THEN get out and hand the key to the owner! A simple courtesy always overlooked!

I bought a Macan S from Porsche North Scottsdale and found the experience to be extremely easy. Everyone was super nice and the process was efficient. Fair price (ain’t much off on these cars) and the trade value was fine! Ken took great care of us and threw in a nice Porsche Hydroflask cup which was sweet. If the rest of the service team is as good as Jeremy then you will not be disappointed. The problems with my 911 happened after hours and I had texted Jeremy who provided immediate responses to my questions as well as being there for all my follow up questions that all seemed to be late night and early morning. He got the repairs taken care of really quickly and nothing was too much trouble. This is first class customer service.
