These guys do great work and respond quickly to your calls. They stand by their product and make sure they take care of their customers for issues outside of the scope of the cooling units. Matt And Adrian were very helpful coordinating issues and taking care of me. Would definitely go back.

Last week, a friend showed up from Texas with his travel trailer. The fridge would only work on AC and would not switch over to propane. He was on his way to Utah for two weeks of boondocking. He needed to get the fridge repaired quickly. We called Matt at CampFridge. He was busy on a job, but took the time to take our call, listen to our problem, and told us what to check. After following his directions, we called him back to explain what we had found. Again, he was busy, but listened to our explanation. He told was what part we needed, where to get it, and how to install the new part. We did that, and the fridge is working fine. All that for no charge. Thank you, Matt, for helping us out, the great info, and your availability. We will definitely call again when we need some help.

We hit the road with a working refrigerator but it was not working when we landed first night. We called CampFridge and with just a few questions he diagnosed our problem and how to fix it. Just bought used 28ft Jayco. New to rv appliances. Fridge working when purchased. Was not working after towing it home 5 miles away on city streets. Called business and was told over phone it will probably be $650-$750 to fix it and they would call me back later. Never Called Back! WHEW!!!! After more google research I find out that trailer must be level for rv fridge to work. It wasnt level so I leveled it and fridge now works. I certainly hope owner would have told me that when they came over to do the repair.... but I would have thought that would be one of the first questions asked when I called

We paid $700.00 to fix the refrigerator. Some of that cost went to a new exhaust fan and maintenance. But the bulk went towards trying to fix the reason why it wont work on LP. They said they would refund our money but never did. Very disappointed and felt ripped off.

Our norcold 1201 fridge has been marginal for cooling the last couple of years and Matt discussed the best options to repair correctly. Matt personally built a cooling unit and came to our campsite and installed the cooling unit, found rusted out cooling unit, one of two fans had failed, propane burner was rusted out and thermistor was not providing correct resistance. All were replaced at the quoted price including both 120v heat elements and fridge was 32°/freezer

Had Matt and his partner come out to where our RV was and replace the cooling unit on our Norcold 1200. They work great as a team and very neat to keep the inside of the coach clean. If you watch videos on fridge replacements most people lay the fridge down on the floor. Matt is able to do the job upright on hydraulic lift so you dont have to take the doors off and its easy to maneuver. Matt is also very informative and will tell you as much as you want to know about your fridge.

HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY- Called and explained that fridge died in our 42ft coach. After a few questions, they suggested I try a reset and gave specific instructions for the procedure (not in owner’s manual). It worked. No cost. I was prepared to buy a new unit.

This place is awesome. They really know their stuff. I was having a problem with my Dometic refrigerator going out at high altitudes. I had two other RV centers try to figure it out and they couldnt. Campfridge figured it out in less than a half hour. Its tough to find honest, hard working people nowadays but its so refreshing when you do. They were honest and straightforward and spent time talking to me on the phone first to make sure they could help me. They also didnt nickel and dime me like most other repair shops.

We had 4 different appointments for service for our Rv Refrigerator and they never showed up they always texted us 15 to 30 min before appointments and cancelled ! Very lousy service not dependable for appointments !
