My needed new brakes installed on her car, and were greeted promptly at the time we arrived. Very honest work from them, most shops Ive been to have always found something else or the parts price changed before theyd be done changing the price, but not here. We were allowed to wait in the waiting area while they were working on the car, All the staff was very personable and had some great conversation.Thanks.

Since I decided to wait on my car, they were nice enough to drive me to a nearby shopping center where a Starbucks was located. They even kept me updated throughout the day with the status of my car which I can appreciate. Once the work was done, they picked me up and brought me back to my car. What a relief it is to get a car back in fixed condition after struggling with bouts of hesitancy all day; BMW Center was all I knew up to that point. These guys were true professionals, respectful and thoroughly knowledgeable on all things BMW. Its refreshing to know there are still honest mechanics in this world. I would recommend these guys to anyone whos a BMW owner!

This shop is friendly, professional and informative. Rocky and Tony spent 45 minutes explaining what my car needed and why. I’ve now taken 3 vehicles to them for repair and they always try to fix what’s broken instead of just wasting my hard earned money replacing parts. If your car doesn’t need something they won’t just add it to service estimate to increase the bill. Every time I bring my vehicles here I feel like I’m family. I truly believe they are establishing customers for life rather than a quick buck. If you’re looking for a fancy shop with coffee bar, popcorn, etc. this may not be your place but if your looking for a good quality shop that does it right the first time at at fair price, don’t hesitate to take your vehicle here. My brake lights went out and these two men were Awesome!! They quickly removed the bulb that was stuck and melted and explained the issue and got me back on the road. Very nice honest mechanics who helped me on a busy memorial weekend. I appreciate you both helping me and was even nice enough to fix my ring on my car keys so I wouldnt loose my house key! I will definitely reccomend everyone to this shop. Great quality work and quick!! Thank you!

Very hard worker and got the job done fast!

Great family owned shop. These guys know what theyre doing. I broke the trac bar mount on my Wrangler, and they fixed it at a quarter of the cost that a four wheel drive place quoted me. They also have a chassis dyno.

Quality work and honest mechanics, both of which are hard to find.
