They were very professional, know how to work and fix issues including solving my tuck issues which was no easy feat. I was very please with the way Jeremy took care of me and got my truck in the same day. As we all know nearly every service center are going to tell you its 1 to 3 weeks before they can even look at your vehicle.

A week before I was planning to go on a very long trip my 2001 7.3L F-350 was having trouble starting. I called a number of places and no one would even be able to look at it for weeks. Jeremy was able to diagnose the issue that day. He gave me a fair estimate, which I think speaks volumes to their integrity because I told him when I dropped off the truck that I was in a bind, so he probably could have taken advantage of that if he was shady. He was able to get the parts ordered and installed with enough time to comfortably get the truck prepared for the trip. The truck made the whole trip with no issues. I highly recommend here.

Impact Auto and team is very professional and knowledgeable and most importantly very Honest. I was given repair quote by other auto shop for over $3000 I could not afford that repair I called Impact Auto and Jeremy helped me all way to have full diagnostic and suggested repair which cost only $350 including the diagnostic. Now the Vehicle runs perfectly. They are true American and very Honest God Bless them.

Love these guys. They did a full diagnostic for over an hour and recommended taking the truck to dealer. They coached me on what to say... and gave me screenshots of diagnostic equipment readouts. Because of their help, dealership fixed my truck at no charge. Impact didnt charge me a thing either!

If youre searching for an alternative to Dodge/Ram dealership repair shops, then you will certainly want to visit Impact and speak with Mark. Impact accurately diagnosed and resolved an EGR related issue I had with my 07 Dodge 6.7 Cummins that others simply overlooked and did not address... this was accomplished from their initial assessment of the problem, not some 2nd or 3rd attempt as is often the case with repairs. If you have a Dodge/Ram Cummins in your truck, you should definately give this independent shop a try.

Lost injector six on my 05 Dodge cummins. Im an out of towner and trusted the reviews and you should too. For warranty reasons, Mark suggested I replace other 5 injectors at my local shop in Logan, Utah. I was completely fed up with the dealer that has maintained my 2012 F350 since it was new. The truck developed a coolant leak after the dealer replaced the EGR cooler. This may or may not have had anything to do with the leak, but 3 visits later, warranty ran out and no fix. I took the truck to Impact Diesel, they found the leak(s) charged a reasonable rate, and I will continue to take my truck for service in the future. This shop knows what they are doing and will be honest with you. ...and the truck came back cleaner than it went in. After a very long thoughtful process on my end to either trade in my truck or replace the engine with a long block. I chose to replace the engine with these guys. Im very happy I did . The truck runs better than it ever has. I get more HP and 5 miles a gallon better. The truck was clean when I picked it up and the owner showed me all the old and new parts throughout the process. These guys are the best. They diagnosed my 04 excursion 6.0 and replaced my ball joints and axle seals. Gave me a break down on little stuff that the truck needs. Even got to ride around with the head hancho. Good job guys. Will be coming back and referring people.

We have been getting service at this location since they opened 10 Years ago. They were able to keep our sons beater cars working thru High School and College and do excellent work on newer models as well. I have always received at least two options on a repair, do you want it to run for another year or do you want a complete fix and I have never felt that I was getting taken advantage of. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family.

We just moved here from Colorado and took our Dodge truck to Impact Diesel. We are so happy we found these guys. Does not speak with forked tongue. A little expensive when compared to some of the local shade tree diesel mechanics but well worth it. I gave this location one of my secret quality grades. It is indeed a come backer.

While traveling through Phoenix, we had a radiator leak on our Ford F350 that needed repair before we traveled on to CA. Mark looked at situation and scheduled us in the next day for the repairs. All repairs were completed as promised even though they had to use more labor than estimated. The work was very satisfactory. Good family owned business with 10 years experience.

These guys went above and beyond my expectations for a truck repair shop. They were very transparent and updated me on each step of the project. I went in to fix leaks in my engine and replace my transmission cooler lines and Mark let me know the price difference between plugging the leaks and a new engine (351W in a ‘90 Bronco). They let me come in to view my truck at different stages and ask how I wanted to do things; They also allowed me to use their pressure washer to wash and clean my engine bay. They took their time and fixed everything I needed. Very excellent service and will be working with them in the future.

Called for a quote, they said they would call me back with an EST. 1st est was 3000.00 for transmission installed all done then I called back 3 days later and asked about injectors with the transmission. They told me the injectors were 5grand and the transmission is 5 grand when I said they estimated 3000 a few days ago they said well thats not right. I looked up the same transmission from jaspers which is 2000 so what is the extra 3000 for also the injectors were 1200 so I am sorry I dont mind paying for labor etcetera however I am not going to get screwed. I did it all myself for4200. Cmon people run a business dont rip people off!

Bought a 08 6.7 4x4 had a lift put on & brought my Truck into have Marks crew do a complete service, and install a steering box upgrade along with a few other upgrades, they did a wonderful job. Very happy with the truck it rides like glass, and runs great. Id send anybody their way.

They worked on my F3 50 diesel replacing some faulty sensors price was fair work was done quick highly recommend them

4/6/19 Honest, fair & knowledgeable- says it all. I have owned my 95 Dodge Cummins since new & I like to think I know more than most owners about the Gen 2 Cummins. Mike claims to have worked for Dodge/Cummins as a tech & his knowledge of the engine supports this. I am usually cynical about repair shops & have dealt with many diesel shops in the Phoenix area. Impact Diesel impressed me with their tech savvy, customer treatment & honesty. They are my go-to diesel shop from now on.
