One airbag 200 busted up.an I had to pullit.....places like this needs to go

5 or more calls asking for a VIN number of a vehicle that a engine came out of - they cannot provide - The thing is, they bought the car to part out, there is no way the VIN is not documented somewhere - with VIN the carfax will show when vehicle was sold for dismantle. Not taking your word for it after reading other reviews. I tried really hard to buy this engine but not gonna pay a premium for an assumed mileage motor.

Received an engine for my car with bad head gasket and water in the oil. Was told they would replace it, but its been 2 weeks and Im still waiting.

As a business I found them on car-part.com. when I Called they said the part would be ready on will call. Also I called again the same day on my way to pick up part and they said no problem come on down. When I arriv they asked there helper who looked so irritated he actually had to worrk and made me follow to find part. We found the parrt unfortunately the worker broke it removing it a very easy part to remove. I WILL NEVER WASTE ANY TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ANYMORE

This place will tell you anything just to get you down here. They expect you to pull the part but price charged as if they pull it. They expect you to track the vehicle down and retrieve the part. This place is an accident waiting to happen and I doubt they have liability insurance.

This place is an absolute Joke. Can’t believe they are an actual business. They have someone who sounds somewhat professional answering the phone. Then when you get there they take an hour and are completely disorganized through out their so called customer service process. Sorry time is money and this place is loosing people money

Called a day before asking if they were open on Sundays, They said yes. We drove all the way over to their place the open signs were up but gates were locked, so we called asking about it they said yes we’re open and we asked ok how do we get in because we couldn’t find the entrance but they continued to hang up on us and leaving us hanging and finally started to act like they didn’t know any english when they were clearly speaking it to us as we were on the phone. I don’t know how they’re still open with all the bad reviews and no business. Ridiculous, rude and unprofessional.

BEWARE !! THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT CROOKS. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING. EVEN THE EMPLOYEES SAY HOW BAD IT IS. VERY DISHONEST. EMPLOYEES ARE TOLD TO LIE ABOUT THE MILES ON PARTS CARS. BEWARE! I FILED COMPLAINT WITH AG AND POLICE.

It is the worst autopart do not accept the guarantee and they do not want to return your money and the pieces in very bad condition and they want to sell them as new!

We gota find a way to shut this unprofessional business down

This place should not be open its workers its parts are useless is a robbery what they grab there they are pure thieves starving that what they grab is to steal the people but the one who does wrong the wrong
