I work for a dealership myself….Only gave it 2 stars because Lena was friendly but other than that it wasn’t so pleasant. Roberto can work on his customer service, body language tells a lot! It looked like he was annoyed. I’d recommend some more training !

If you have a Chevy, or GMC vehicle this is a good place the get original parts. The parts shop is clean and have a nice parts display. They had the parts that I needed in stock!Good job Big C

Very professional and courteous staff. If they dont have it, they dont end the call like other dealerships, they find it for you. Lena is who l usually deal with and shes very knowledgeable of her department. Great job!

Chevrolet dealers were courteous and very helpful, but one thing to know is dealer part usually cost considerably more but you receive quality parts

Jeremy was extremely helpful when getting my familys car fixed. They worked expediently to return it to us after having extensive damage caused by a defective battery that we purchased from Costco. They were great at communicating with us as well as our insurance company. Overall, we were very happy with the work done and quite satisfied with their customer service.

Our customer service rep, AJ, has been great. He always does his best to make our emergent (or regularly scheduled) visit go smoothly. Occasionally we have required a rental car or need additional information regarding our vehicles. Weve worked with Courtesy for many, many years and finally are at ease and trust our representative 100%. We will continue buying from courtesy as we can also trust their service and follow up thanks to AJ.

My sales representive Mike Santo, had the vehicle prepped & ready to look at upon arrival. Mike was very knowledgable about the operation of the vehicle & its many options. My interaction with Ivan, was also, very professional, he listened to my concerns & made a great presentation of the offer, that I eventually accepted. And finally, Edwin, in finance, really did a great job explaining the various paperwork & made the experience very entertaining, needless to say, we had a few laughs. Great staff all the way around.

I popped in expected to have to wait, with a friendly smile they got me the part at a price below what I was quoted from a Scottsdale Chevy dealer, and helped me get it installed. I am no mechanic, but they saved me money and got my Chevy Silverado back on the road in running order in no time at all.
