Not only was the service great as I was buying the car, but Izzy was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had about the car after I got it off their lot! The customer service at this dealership is unmatched and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new car as they are very passionate about what they do and really are there for their customers.

I have been searching locally in Tucson for a good car for my son and couldnt find what I was looking for, so I took my search for a 2 hour ride to Phoenix. I found a car online I was interested in at World Class Motors, but they were about an hour away from me. The young man I spoke with was able to give me a complete and detailed view of the car through video before I decided to make the drive to see the car in person. Everyone at this dealership was courteous and professional, just really nice guys, especially the young man I initially spoke with. When I finally got to see the car I was pleasantly surprised to find it in really nice condition and decided to buy it. Very helpful Post-purchase with any check engines or issues obviously within the warranty. They helped me out with what I thought was a catastrophic issue but turned out to be nothing. With this being the biggest purchase of my life paranoia is going to happen, but they were able to help me and relieve me of extreme stress. I would buy from here again.

My experience with working with the staff was really awesome. I went there with my brother-in-law a little over a month ago and got an Infiniti at an affordable price. We were unable to finance the vehicle so it took a while to work something out that worked for both parties, but in the end it all worked out. We came up with a payment plan, signed the documents. They held on to the car for us to bring in the funds the following day and they gave us a nice bottle of wine since we were the last purchase the day before. Fortunately we were able to get the car paid in full then and there due to the overnight hold, and they were able to throw in an extended warranty to help with the negotiation processes.
