Freedom Tax Services literally saved me an my family over $4000 dollars on our taxes. Gus did our taxes. He was very nice and I think he did a good job. The low rating is because I asked several times for a ballpark figure of what he would charge us to file. He wouldn’t say, he said it depended on how many forms he had to file and that he would just take it out of my refund.I understood that I couldn’t get an exact quote but just wanted a general estimate. He wouldn’t do it. The only way I found out was at the very end by saying I didn’t want him to take anything from my refund, I wanted to pay then and there.He charged us $400 to file our taxes. I feel this is too high but didn’t feel like I could debate it so I just paid it and left.Just be aware if you go here. They’ll do your taxes right, but for more than double what other places charge.

I would recommend Freedom Tax to everyone. I had quite a mess going on. It took a long time but Jeanette was amazing. She helped me get of of the mess I was in and I am finally seeing a return again. I was a H & R Block customer since 82 and have seen my refund get smaller and smaller over the years. Finally I started owing large sums. Jeannette figured it out and I left with a smile.
