I had to keep calling customer service for help multiple times until I got MARIO! He has great customer service, helped me with all my questions with one phone call, talked me through the app even though the app was having problems he still made sure I got things done in no time.

Ive been waiting exactly 15 minutes since check in.My wait time has changed from 19, to 24, to 30, to 31 minutes. They warn of slight changes in line priority.This is insane. Ill update as I go.Update. An hour has passed. Ive got inside, but Im still waiting. Not a lot of people here, not busy at all.

To get your car is horrible. I dont even know whats the point to make an appointment. The loaders they just load the car haulers because they take money from them. Thats fine but dont make people think cuz they made an appointment they will get their car on that time 🤦‍♂️

Prepare to wait!!!I was in an accident and my car was taken to this location. Before youre allowed into building, you have to scan the QR code at the door for someone to call you in. At first, it said 15 minutes, then 8 minutes, then 15 minutes..... we waited 2 hours before receiving a text saying someone will attend to us. Then I go to my car, it was cleaned out already. My toddlers car seat and my daughters booster seat were gone including some personal belongings.... they couldnt locate it. Also, it took another 2 hours just for the car to be hauled out for me to find out my belongings were gone.The employees there were quite helpful and friendly, Id give them that. I just wish someone knew where my stuff went. Plan to spend at least 3 hours minimum there. I wish I knew before going.

What can I say about this place. Lets start with the positive. Once we were able to get to a window for service...the young lady was helpful, kind, and able to get everything taken care of in record time. I want to tell you that the ridiculous scanning to get a position in line from the door outside was not only ridiculous, but the temperature outside was at least 109 and humid. We were given the option to sit outside at a very crowded picnic table or go to our cars to wait for 30 minutes. Those that didnt have a phone were made to wait until they called you. With it being so hot, it would have been nice to go inside and soak up the air conditioning...masked if need be. Other than that we were happy with the fact they had a notary on staff, was able to get everything done at the window.

One of the worst place.They mobile app not working properly: if you are in office, loader brings out your load and as you are not there (because you was invited by app to visit the office), he take it back.And of course $59 charge for second time pulling out.My suggestion to them: if you are not in office, (you are in loading area), as they text you to visit, let them charge you another$59 for pulling your paperworks second time...Although maybe a entrance fee to enter to office, some parking fees depending your trailer or other sizes... Why not.Even if there is no sales, they are very happy, supervisor absolutely dont care about the customers. Kind of busy always.Absolutely not recommend!

So I bought a car today nissan Sentra 2019 from copart, when I went to pick it up the front grill/ bumper was off from the car,I then realized they had put it in the back seat of the car, I went to the office to complaint and to see what had happened, a staff member spoke to the manager about my complaint and she came back and told me he said that the damage was front end so buyer takes as is,when clearly in the picture they had on copart nothing was wrong with it...so buyers be ware.

Honestly, This is review is for Mario in the front office of Copart Phx Yard 47. If you need help, go straight to him! He is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding and a problem solver.If you get Tania as your representative, SHOOT YOURSELF! SHE IS HORRIBLE! In fact, she ruins the reputation of the entire organization. She acts like she knowledgeable but Honestly filled with emptiness. Lack of empathy, very condescending, and flat out ugly inside and out. The truth hurts.God bless you Mario. Copart has an an angel working for them and they dont even know it!

The people that answer the phones are completely inept. I own a body shop and they call every day multiple times a day to try and pick up the car. We cannot have the car picked up until the owner releases it. This makes common sense right? The reason they call so much is so they have to pay less in storage fees at our body shop. They dont put notes in their system so every time I get a phone call its another inept person and I have to start all over again. Reading all the one star reviews and our own experience, its amazing theyre still in business.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Copart was my assigned carrier through Peddle to pick up my car. I was told it would be picked up between 8am and 1pm. I called and was told to wait around, that the driver will give me a call when hes on his way. They arent able to give an ETA on Saturday pick ups. When I asked why I was given a set time and is not being followed through with, the lady became irrate, rude, and interrupted me until I stopped talking. They wanted my entire morning, and part of my afternoon. Take your business elsewhere, look at all the other negative reviews.

Worst service, do not live up to their name. Everyone there is very rude. If there was an option to put less then one star I would but unfortunately you have to put at least one star. Waited for 40min to find out that they can’t let my girlfriend in because she has to have a membership. Ok no problem thats the rules. I went into my account to add my girlfriend to discover that they deleted my account! Just a big shitshow.

And when a person has a question about their car she just declines at helping them. Why work customer service/front desk if your going to have that attitude. This place and it’s employees are a bunch of crooks. The employees will steal parts off cars and motorcycles so when you buy a vehicle they increase the repair cost after they screw you with all the hidden fees. Also I got screwed when they only returned half of my deposit. When I address it they conveniently said there was a glitch in the system and refused to refund the full amount. Of course the glitch was in their favor. So stay far away from this P. O. S. Place.

Phoenix location needs to GET OUT of business of working with insurance companies when cars are totaled in accidents. Their customer service for victims trying to remove personal items from wrecked cars are beyond BAD. We were there to remove items from car totaled in accident caused by other vehicle. Except for first staff member who tried to get our info into system...before he was pulled by nonprofessional supervisor to work the phones...hand this off rest of staff were rude and incompetent. People at three working stations were told that they have 3 fork lift drivers trying to move 130 cars. This is somehow OUR PROBLEM??? We were told to wait outside glass door/window of office....where there was ONE picnic table available. Advised not to leave area....this was 2 1/2 hrs after arrival. There are NO restrooms available...except dirty port-a-potty in dirt pit area. Wonder what health department would say about this?? Finally we get text thanking us for using Copart and our car in dirt lot. UGH!! We race to lot....only to find that car is NOT there. We locate a very helpful car lift driver...give our info on car...and are told that our car had been MIS-MARKED and was not where it was supposed to be in lot (under insurance code). We were told that they would find the car....but NO IDEA how long that would take....and that office was AWARE of problem. If worker in office had informed us of problem as soon as they knew.....we could have made a decision about how long we should stay and wait...or return next day. Instead they just let us wait....wait...wait. After I had a very STRONG conversation with office supervisor.....4 1/2 hours after checking in....we had access to the car....at 6:45pm. We wanted to get paper work done inside before 7pm closing....so we raced to search car for personal items. Fortunately we found most items. This was BEYOND a bad experience. I would recommend insurance companies deal with this location. I would NEVER invest in this company.....

Disappointing. When I had called to ask about my car they said they didnt have my car. Then they tried blaming the insurance company for using an outside towing company. I finally located my car which they had. I went to go assess the damages. I waited 4 hours to take a look at my car. I asked for my plate and they couldnt find my plate .

Long wait. Over an hour on a Tuesday at just after 4PM. You sign in when you get there via a QR code or using a website and they text you when its your turn. They do tell you as soon as you check how long the wait will be. I live a long way away, so I opted to wait about an hour an 10 minutes. This place must be crazy busy! The clerk who helped me was not the friendliest either. Anyway, no avoiding this place in my case. Just be prepared to WAIT, unless getting here in the early AM is key, like with a lot of places in the PHX metro. Good luck!

The process for individuals to collect their own belongings is rediculous! My issue was with Tania though, a rude chubby Latina girl I had to deal with who was zero help at all while trying to check in. Also after they track down your vehicle, they send you out to the Yard where its Extremely unsafe with trackters carrying wrecked vehicles for others to fetch their things from the wrecked vehicles. One tow truck flew past me doing at least 35 mph! Worst experience ever!

To be honest the place is great and the service is great. I just hate i lost my deposit because a guy wasn’t sure if he was going to approve my bid on his car so i won another bid, and later that day the guy approved the bid. I feel like there should be a time limit on responses for approval cause if you are waiting on the approval of a seller and he denies it you just lost a chance to bid on other vehicles and now have to wait almost another week for a good auction. The sellers that need to approve the bids should be on the auction just like the buyers ready to approve the bid or not so people can keep moving on to place other bids.

Showed up at 7:50 (10 minutes before open) on a NON-auction day. Was 3rd in line to drop off my title for a totaled vehicle.Finally got called in at around 10:30 - was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Guy who helped me was great, but the overall wait time for 2 people ahead of me taking nearly 3 hours just so I could hand them a piece of paper was pretty unnecessary 🤦🏻‍♂️

Waited for over 6 hours for the second car we were transporting to Alburqurque. Spoke with the office several times and they could not locate the vehicle we were transporting and kept telling us they are looking for it. In turn lost money, other transports were delayed and they really dont care about lost time after speaking with office manager who very helpful once one of the front office envolved her.. I kept being told to wait until I was persistent in asking for another person high up to.speak with. The lack or commuincation for an operation of this size disappointing, they keep saying they are looking, but could not locate vehicle we waited till 815 to 330pm. Thats not customer service once again it goes back to not my problem not my responsibility. Bottom line if your a business operating on schedule and care about customer satifaction and the reputation of your company dont plan on going on time, it is never fast and disorganized. We ended up leaving with no vehicle it was never located.

And after checking in and getting a text to come in I was told oh yeah I’m not done with this customer so just go back outside and I’ll come get you which took another 30 min!!! The actual doing didnt take long. The waiting to do paperwork took 2hrs with the timer going between 20-30. Then it took another 2 hours to get the car. They do load it directly onto your trailer which was nice. 3.75hr waiting, .25hr doing.

If you think you will be in & out... think again!!! I arrived at 8:00am. Noticed they had a scan-in self kiosk. So I scan myself in. I’m waiting...says 8 minutes. So I wait. Look again, it says 12 minutes. I wait some more, then says 20 minutes. I started to get very impatient at this point. So I sit in a chair by front door. Look down again 6 minutes. I thought I would be next... I go to look at phone again it says 24 minutes. At this point all patience was lost. I go in to speak with someone and notice a person them at signed in well after me getting served. I was furious at this point as I thought this process would be slightly smoother. I go wait back outside, knowing that the person who was being helped got there at least 5-10 minutes after I initially checked in. So about 30 minutes of waiting I walked back in...I stood at counter for about 3 minutes. Nobody addressed me. Finally someone came to my attention. Tells me he would assist me, then tells me my number was already called. 45 seconds later, I received a text message saying it was my turn. Okay. Cool! So I walk in... I explained that I needed a title signed over and to grab my belongings out of vehicle. He tells me to fill out form, and then go wait in lot across street that it would be an additional 10-15 minutes of waiting. I was late for work, I don’t live very close to location and didn’t expect this process to take as long as it did. There was most of my items in car. I was missing one thing for sure. Not a big deal, it was expected. I just don’t like how they make you wait, while you could be getting the stuff out of vehicle. I ended up late for work, and got there right at open to avoid any issues. So!!! If you are in a hurry, don’t be! It won’t help you any. Try to set you appointment up in the app or website that way you shouldn’t have as long of a wait time. I will admit 1/2 employees there were helpful and friendly and had patience to del with my lack of patience. So there is at least Friendly staff that wi assist you. Just don’t do what I did and expect to be in and out. That was clearly not an option.

This service, as you may call it stinks horribly. Waited for over an hour & half just to get called into office....actually closer to 2 hrs. Then directed to the lot. across the driveway to wait another half hour, with maniac truck & forklift drivers hauling in vehicals but not saying anything to thedozen or so people sranding in the 94 degree heat.My husband finally walked around several large transport trucks, & found our car, sitting there against the building where no one could see it, unless he was in a vehical 6 high. No one said where the car was or gave us a notice that the vehicle had been pulled & that we could access it. Realy poor customer service. And after hours of sitting around, they dont even have a restroom for people to use. Had to use portable outhouse. So very dispicable, people who are already stressed, from an accident, & who are treated like something less than human, by those who dont give a damn about doing their job efficiently or courteously.This company could definity use some qualified personnel to supervise & improve customer service.

Raised prices doing tiered pricing higher buyer fees than any other auction been to. with them over 20 years and raised fees to show there appreciation to ling term buyers and sellers. Manheim a way bigger auction has cheaper buyers fees and treat customers alot better alot dealerships that I know buy here like myself are thinking boycotting them all together just not worth the gamble especially some of the shoddy communications with managers and customer care. So be aware what your getting into when you buy expect high fees and vehicle may or may not get damaged and dont expect compensation without a fight.

Not to mention that with the except of Mark at the front (the gentleman who recognized my name and honored my position in line), every person I spoke to was rude and condescending. You just come here to waste your time. Don’t ever buy cars here because they take so long to bring them out. Been waiting for 3 hours just to get one and ask one of the loaders how long and he said about 8 more cars. After 8 cars I ask again the same loader how many then he answers saying 5 more. Seriously, the worst. The most unprofessional people Ive ever encountered. I called twice and first time girl answered personal call while on phone with me and told me to hold and never came back to the line. I hung up after 10 minutes. Then I called back and someone just picked up phone and then hung up immediately. Then I showed up and they added me to virtual queue only to cancel my appt after 1 hour and 45 mins and inform me that after 2 pm you have to schedule appt through a different app. Then I was told to wait out for car to come from back only to wait 2 more hours and be called back in to find out that they car doesnt come out until paperwork appt has been completed. Then while I am at window, another girl who is supposed to be helping me stops in the middle of our business to use her Apple Watch to text someone while Im sitting right in front of her looking at her after waiting for 4 hours at that point.

My car arrived in very good condition in Colorado with all loose parts included (even small screws in a bag). They also covered it to protect it from the elements. THIS was a very good experience as my experience with Copart in Colorado is overall bad/ very bad. Thank you Arizona for a GREAT Copart experience.

The wait is rather long and the timer on the virtual check-in will lie. Once we did get called, the employee was super helpful and nice. However, when we actually got to our car to clean it out, someone had stolen all of our personal items from our car (we were able to confirm and verify everything was still in the car when copart took responsibility for it). From reading the other reviews, this seems like a common issue and is extremely frustrating. After just being in a car accident, having to work with insurance, and now our personal items to be stolen from us while our property is in Coparts care is completely unexceptable. I would avoid doing any business here if you have the chance. The one star is only for the nice employee we worked with.

Oh joy, and I thought the Arizona MVD was a difficult place to visit. Do not plan on doing business here in the afternoon! Even if you can ahead youll wait for hours and by then its too late for anyone to do their job. Copart was once a nice little place to do business and a break from the craziness at Manheims. Copart has gone big time corporate and in the process forgotten about the little guy in a big way!The Run and Drive program is illegal and misleading advertising. Yeah, Im sure this car ran and drove at some point in the past year or two. But with the drive belt missing and alternator and other wiring severed this car isnt going to run and drive anytime soon. Buyer Beware!

AVOID. Plenty of paperwork, fees, wrong descriptions, and many twists when registering making your bid worthless. This is geared for dealers and companies buying salvage bikes and ATVs and not for the average guy. They WILL find something wrong with your account and give you like 15 minutes to correct it with documentation and then cheerfully tell you itll be 3 or 4 days to process making your wins worthless. Its a scam to get your registration fees and other things. The titles and paperwork take up to 4 months to arrive (5 months on one I bought) and when you go the license bureau you will get additional late fees as they notarize their end way back but never get it out to you within 60 days. Most states allow like 10 days to get it done after its sold. Then the ultimate kicker............they say you won, they say its yours, then it goes thru an approval deal where the auction determines if it is enough to really sell and that will take 72 hrs. Meanwhile IF THEY APPROVE, that time is docked towards storage. So its a pure scam really fine tuned. Just be aware. One star is generous

The customer service is absolutely terrible. Anytime my husband has to go pickup a car that was bought at auction, it is literally an all day ordeal. It takes 4 plus hours to get into the lobby for any paperwork to be done and then another 3 hours minimum to have the car brought out of the lot. Not sure if the workers just arent working or just dont care. The people bringing the cars out take their sweet time, with no regard for others time. At other auctions in phoenix cars can be picked up within 30 minutes or less depending on how busy they are. Copart really needs to work on their customer service and their efficiency. We should not have to spend all day waiting around for something that should take an hour at most. For a commercial company it is incredibly disappointing.

I had called customer service a head of time to view a vehicle, a lot of details were not added, For my first time going to look at a vehicle Im very dissapointed in the service, Waited 2 hours just to not be able to view the vehicle, because copart auctions start at noon and They do not let anyone view the vehicle after 11am. If you do not have a need for car parts do not buy here!! Run and drive is what they say not true! Try to talk to a manager its not going to happen. Waited 5 hours for the vehicle in 106 it didnt have a battery so I went and got one andthe engine was done! Ask for a manager got a forklift operator she was very nice but didnt help me at all. Called the office lady who answered is very rude and want you to think it all your fault. They get you coming and going!! Do not waste your time or money!

Long time wait to help people outside, big company Horrible customer service, you have to spend half your day waiting to get to someone help you in the front desk. Management they don’t care I will get my message to the corporate office.

The office staff was rediculous. I waited 2 hours out in the rain, with a handful of others, the temperature being a very chilly 37 degrees. They wouldnt let us wait inside. For that 2 hours of waiting I only spent 3 minutes with a person at the desk. I was 10th in line for the first hour.

Scheduled a pickup for a donation (4 hour window) and the driver misses that by an hour with a call saying he would be here in 30 minutes. Call people before you were late. Any normal business relationship would require that. Don’t hold people hostage when it could be solved with a phone call.

Horrible service. Wait times are absurd and staff is unable to answer questions regarding wait times. Also seems to be if you know the right person you can get ahead of everyone. This is no way to run a business. The amount of money you pay in fees on top of the vehicle price is inexcusable. Service should be better. Plan on spending a whole day to get your car!!

They literally made me wait outside in a 100 degree weather. I just lost my car and didnt have a car with me since I used an uber. There was no people inside waiting and they still would not allow me to wait inside. There are not shaded spots or water. Very inhumane.Also all the instructions on how to get a number to be assisted are in spanish.

Do not buy here!!!! No mater what its not worth it!! They are not running like they say. They vehicles given away by other people because they are too far gone. Im out $1400 for a pack rat nest truck. Doesnt run wont run unless I completely redo the entire engine base. If I could give you zero stars I would. All I can hope is you and everyone that benefits from you robbing people blind will one day rep the karma. Never again and I will be letting everyone know on all of my social media accounts.

The online check in system is a joke. Checked in using the app, was told my wait time would be 28 minutes. 2 hours later, still hadnt been called. Screw Copart, will spend my money elsewhere.

Takes quite a while there to get helped especially because of covid19 going on you need to virtually sign in and wait in your car to go inside and get helped . But the employees are very courteous and help you with no problem. However I did have an original wheel with a new tire for my other vehicle inside of the trunk that magically disappeared so dont know who stole it ....

I am absolutely livid with this employer I called my husband via his cell phone because there was a family emergency and could not get a hold of him so instead I called the actual employer he works for and explained that there was a family emergency going on and I needed to speak to my husband and they refused to patch me over to him because he was in a meeting a family emergency is a family emergency theres no excuse

This place is honestly a joke. They make you sit there for hours in the heat while their office people try to figure it out. To make things worse if they take cars to auction for you and give you a price on the vehicle dont expect to get it. When you go to pick up your check they will then tell you how you owe them basically the full amount of the sale for storage fees and for auction costs. You will end up with a few hundred dollars if you are lucky.

Good to have a place like Coparts to pick up the occasional fixer upper. I got a great deal on my buy, but the fees were more than the purchase. Still all in all the people were cool and I got what I wanted. I will be back.

This place is the definition of DISORGANIZED. Came to get the rest of my belongings, when they finally allowed me into the lot, I waited in the scorching heat for 45 minutes for them to bring out my car. They ended up bringing out the wrong one, and I had to wait another 10. Horrible communication between staff.

Probably the worst Copart in America! Super slow, unorganized as hell! Get here at 8am sign into kiosk and u still will wait 5-8 hours! Everyone here needs to be fired immediately
