Took to long to deliver. When delivered rushed my bed left my bed didn’t have all the screws in it the headboard was hanging bed was loss for weeks they took they time coming out to fix my bed after spending over 1,500 bucks did even get a free pillow for the inconvenience everyone I know and put in to them had a bad experience never again

The kind hearts and generosity at mattress queen is unquestionable, they gifted me a beautiful dresser and side table to go along with my blue suede round bed.... I will be forever grateful. Furniture is stunning very well-made shipping and delivery was excellent as well

Lack of customer service skills, I bought a mirror and a table, they delivered my table with out my mirror too NEW YORK, the owner forgot my mirror and waited 4 months for a mirror because he kept giving a run around about about them coming on weekends and such... how it’s hard to get people to drive to New York! If that’s the case you shouldn’t deliver to néw York at all. Also, the deliver man who delivered myTable who is dark skin was very impolite/unprofessional.

Very good quality... if you want to feel like royalty... I barely ever leave a review on social media, but I was extremely impressed by the quality of service I literally ordered my mattress online on a Saturday and received my items The very next day! Couldn’t believe it!

Very Easy financing Delivery on time products looked just like the ones in the pictures. I got my bed room set from them and it looks beautiful. I’m Definitely going to purchase my living room set from them.

Everything about this store was great from the sales woman (Jan) and the owner (Ali) whom both sat down with my daughter&I to help select furniture for my new home. We had casual conversation during the process, they made sure I received the best prices along with prompt delivery, and assembled the furniture for free!! You will not find a better deal anywhere else in the city. I am glad I was able to support my own. Big ups to them they will always get my service!😊

They sold me a fake mattress. I should’ve known something was up because everywhere else the mattress the sold me goes for $900. Somehow they had it for $300. Originally mattress was firm but 6 months later it feels like the mattress is stuffed with cotton. I’m a 100% sure the mattress is fake. Probably brought from China dirt cheap then sold to us for 10 x what they purchase it for. If you want a real mattress buy from a reputable well known place. I tried to give them a play since they’re black owned but they on game selling fake mattress
