Nice people, the only complaint I have is the directions to picking up items purchased in their warehouse. Its like a maze with poor signage.

Good price, fast service. Helpful staff- I always go to the lady behind the desk because she will help with the layout and the price within the budget you want. Ive purchased several kitchens because i rehab property and I like that they have my cabinet orders ready in a few days.

Also very nice sales people in the store. I bought kitchen cabinets and granite counter top. they delivered granite in 2 days. Wow! every other place gave us 2 weeks. I would highly recommend them.The bad: they broke my countertop into two pieces at the sink and called it small crack. But they fixed it pretty well.I paid a 500 deposit and my invoice balance was 1300. When the job was done, they charged me 200 extra. I did not realize that. When I went to the store to complain, they showed me a new invoice for 1500. I asked why they didnt send this to me. He said that he is giving me one now. Finally I get a 120$ refund and lots of mumbling. They should work on their customer service.Double check your invoices and charges.Overall, they have affordable options and are very quick. Its just a shame that I had to deal with the bad customer service.

1. Horrible customer service! They dont know how to speak to customers or interact with customers.2. Product is not great quality! My coated cabinets are peeling and front bevels are MDF board. They want to up charge for any issues and the owner does not make an effort to speak to customers with problems. No warranty on product .3. Angry customers every time Ihave been to that show room. The show room is very out dated.4. Spend the extra money at Lowes or Homedepot.

So I ordered my materials from this company and paid a WHOLE MONTH prior to asking for my delivery. AND THEY STILL DIDNT HAVE EVERYTHING UPON DELIVERY SMFH!!! They were nice when I came into the store but often times very rude over the phone.I had to get a refund twice because they didnt deliver my materials. I was so frustrated with this company that I wrote this nasty review about two months later to see if I could let it slide. NOPE!The owner came out to measure my granite countertops and tells me the refrigerator panel needed to be installed, WRONG! Their granite installers came out and said he was wrong. The delivery guy couldnt even understand how all of my pieces werent ready with such a lead time on my paid order.

Horrible service in the show room, theres someone arguing every time I have been there, today was finally my turn to go off. I ordered 2000.00 worth of granite with a sink and faucet and after installation they realized they forgot my faucet. It was closing hours on the weekend so I went 2 days without a kitchen faucet. Monday comes and this Asian dude says I cant promise they will come today and hung up on me. 20 minutes later im in the show room looking like the people who Id seen before, now Im cussing this clown out and making him give me a refund. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Lot of choices on Stone counter top.

Using Phila Flooring Supply, LLC was a costly mistake. I realize my counter was not levelEd after my backsplash was being installed. The countertop installers put shims under the counter which raised one side too high. Never did they use a leveler to check to see if the counter was balance. I do not recommend using this company.

The cabinets are very nice but they did not cut them correctly.The piece cost $25 to correct the problem . I was told I had to pay for there mistake after spending over $5,000 in this store. The staff/owner is very, very rude. The prices are great but it’s not worth the disrespect . Without customers you will not have a business. Check your attitude and have respect for your customers.

Fair WARNING they are so unprofessional, after taking your money they can careless about you, when you call about your items either no answer the phone or they promise to call you back and dont, the only way to get it done you have to go back to the store and then they have to look up your items to let you know it wont be ready until two or three days later,PLEASE HOLD ON TO YOUR RECEIPT THEY KEEP BAD RECORDS, I CANT LIE thir cabinets are good quality but thir customer service SUCK BIG TIMETAKE A CARPENTER WITH YOU

Horrible experience at this place. When I ordered cabinets on 06/26/2019 2 weeks later I come to pay the balance and pick up the cabinets they tell me they never ordered them. I had to wait another week to get my cabinets I payed for.Guy named FU has no respect for customers didn’t apologize and at the end he tells me that I never payed the balance of $2000 in cash. He’s own people lost $2000 and and blamed it on me that I never payed the balance. Think twice before you enter this store. Terrible attention, he called me to pick up my cabinets and it was the wrong design. He delivered my cabinets to another costumer. After another more week he called me saturday afternoon and i had to wait 2 more hours for the guy to assemble it. The old guy in charge made me load my truck twice with the wrong cabinets. Everytime I put the cabinets in my truck he back tracked and told me he gave me the wrong model. When i claimed in the office, the old men slammed the gate.

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE. I wish google would let put a 0 star... Phila Flooring Supply has the worst service, very irresponsible people, you need to be on top on them all the time to get your service, they scheduled the delivery on my counter top for a day in the morning, morning passed and they never showed up. I called, they came in the evening to bring me the piece and in was too short when they were the one who came and measured it. Now, I have to wait another 5 days so they “come again”. That means that I need to be calling everyday again to may sure they don’t come a month after..

The customer service here is terrible. They dont know how to do their jobs with the efficiency or with clarity. They dont communicate they dont work well with the customers at all. When they make a mistake they dont do anything to cover for their mistakes they just make up a bunch of excuses and putting them back on to customer. I would not recommend you buy any material or anything from this place.

This was the worse home service i ever had or could imagine. its been over a year and the work still hasnt been finished. they left all the trash, my old sink, the walls from the old kitchen, and all other trash on the grass in my back yard. they only did half of a paint job in the kitchen didnt even start the back splash. the owners brother installed a new sink i bought from home depot and only installed the hot water line so if i want to do dishes i have to burn my hands, horrible job with the wiring there is little extra pieces of wood sticking out from beneath all of the cabinets they installed.they ruined my newly sanded and polished floor they were disrespectful. i let them in my house while i stepped out and came back to find my sons high chair in the dirty garage where the apparently used it to step on its completely ruined on top of taking my sons high chair and covering it in sewage they left it in the garage filthy. Do not i repeat do not purchase any service from this company you have been warned and believe me i could go on, i will probably have more bad experiences if i ever let them back in to finish but now instead Im going to have to save up and pay someone to fix what they have done. also imagine paying thousands of dollars and having to cook in the unfinished conditions. they even installed all of the shelves in wrong i have no clue how when they came to change the doors they didnt come back for over a month. so in all Im still going to have to pay to fix the work there is still about 300 to four hundred pounds of trash killing my back yard that the trash company wont pick up and Im microwaving and blending in my living room. thanks phila flooring... and if anyone wants to see pictures feel free to comment

Their countertops are awesome.. they have a great selection and Mr Tin was A great pleasure to work with...the employees treat everyone with respect and are very professional. The only downside is y have to wait a bit but its all worth it ❤❤❤❤❤

Spent 2200 on cabinetry. Was told they would be in on Friday because I ordered on Thursday. Never recieved a call until I called the following Thursday only to be told oh yes they are in (NOBODY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW) My contractor picks that Friday them up only to be told 1 of the cabinets was on back order so I didnt come and the glass for one of the doors was missing! But everything would be ok on Saturday. Next day they say oh well the warehouse closed early and they couldnt get it until Monday. So Monday comes still no glass but I got the missing cabinet, but glass is coming today. (Never got it.) Tuesday I get a whole new door with the glass, go to install it and its the wrong size door amd glass. Wednesday day before Thanksgiving and still no glass door! Called the store multiple times and they keep giving me the run around! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! NOT ONCE DID THEY EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR MESSING UP MY ORDER! TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEYTHEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU THE PERSON.

Bought kitchen cabinets and counter from this store because of recommendations from friends. But had to deal with the worst customer service ever. I ordered countertop from them, paid advance and marked the stone we chose from their stock with the order number and name. But we had to delay the project by 2 weeks and when we got back to store to go ahead with the order, they have already sold the stone that we choose to somebody else. Without an apology they where so aggressive and asked us to take the money back and leave. They where not even ready to show us more stones and was giving the excuse that they are busy. They don’t value their customer and we went there just because my inlaws wanted that particular colored stone that was only available with them. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!

First after they came out to do the estimate I had to call them after two days and was told the the job was going to be $13xx for my two countertops and I said I will be in the store the next day to give them my deposit and when I got there I had to wait an hour or so because he kept waiting on people that just came in the store. Finally when I went to another person to help me when they added it up again it was now $17xx. Oh yeah he told be I would get a free sink with the counter top but on the phone they said oh no. I just took my receipt and left...smh

The worst services ever, I ordered my kitchen cabinets and fórmica top they supposed delivered that to my house on March 25, 😤😤 only delivery my cabinet and told me by next day I will get my Formica top, still waiting on it, they told me on Saturday that yesterday they will delivered nothing, I call on 4/1/19 they said that they promised me by 4/2/19 I will get it call today and now they said that one piece is not ready, I told them to delivery what they have to me they said that if they delivery one today, I have to pick up the other one tomorrow because I only paid for one delivery, are they serious so is my foult that I have to wait for their mistake 🙁🙁🤬🤬🤬 never going to do business with this people, no customer services at all, I don’t recommend this location.

Promises tile delivery, correct product does not arrive.Trying to get things straight nearly impossible, from not answering phone or not returning calls. Out right lying to customers is not good business.They deserve less than one star.My advice stay away.Noone in the store can be trusted..

I used to do business with them in the past but absolutely NEVER again. They delivered the wrong part and when I called them just hung up the phone and would not return my messages. They also charged my credit card for the full amount without my consent. I only agreed to pay a deposit. Avoid at any cost.To be fair - after multiple attempts to talk with them over the phone, I physically went there and they delivered the right part. Still - horrible customer service, dishonest use of my credit card and a total aggravation and waste of precious time.

Completely appalled by the lack of professionalism. Not only was my order over a week late, but the original price agreed on increased. When I asked the manager why the price has changed, he yelled, telling me I have until tomorrow to make up my mind, and hung up the phone.

Purchased Brown Fantasy Granite countertop. Extra fee incurred to have old countertop removed - not disclosed up front. Appointment at 9AM and they arrived after 3PM to install and the cut was incorrect. Waited 3 days for them to return. Should have been given a discount or some consideration. Spent over $2000 for granite countertop. End result is good. Installers were good. Just an aggravating experience. Would have cancelled the order if it wasnt paid in cash. Wish I had used a credit card and then I would have cancelled.

It actually doest deserve a star ! While the material is lovely their customer service is horrible. Delivery time set for Saturday @ 10am but the contrators showed up at 3pm and were only able to complete 75% of the job. The 2nd date to finish was set for 4 days later Wednesday at 9am and as of 2pm theyre still not here. To then call and say they were lost and would be there tomorrow. I contacted Mr Fu the owner who says its not his fault they were late or unavle to make it. So another days lost wages for me ? Wow ! Mind you they have been paid in full, material and labor ! Why pay anyone before the job is complete. Horrible customer service and now Im reading other reviews with the same horrible experience. Take your business elsewhere people. No STARS given !Angry Customer who will never do business with them again and would advise against it. Mr Fus only concern is Money but his cant guarantee the job be completed.
