BEWARE! NOT COVID SAFE. The men in here do not wear masks and are rude to add insult to injury. Not only do they not wear masks, there is no plexi dividing them and the customer so you are truly not protected at all. Its funny because they have a sign saying to stay six feet apart, but then arent following the most important covid guidelines by wearing masks. They wont put them on if you ask. There was an older man and younger man in there when I went in. The younger guy is particularly rude and clearly does not care about customer service at all. You dont care about your customers at all if youre not wearing masks. We are in a global pandemic, people are dying and very sick. Get it together, stop being selfish.

They were able to replace a 30 year old faucet, amazing. I would recommend them to everyone.

A bit pricey, and tough parking.

Sometimes, Barrco is the only place in the city you can find the right parts for old faucets,But when I was there today, NONE of the counter men wore face masks. And their chat demonstrated that it was a political decision, rather than a health one.

Prices are a little high in comparison, but not too excessive. Staff is always super helpful over the phone and in store. Gotta love these guys!

This is a real deal plumbing store. The guys know their merchandise and the industry well and are able to make suggestions. I also appreciated that I was treated well even though I was a first time customer, not a plumbing professional, and making a small purchase. Plus they were nice to my kid. This is my new go to place for anything plumbing related.

The staff is knowledgeable. However, buyers beware of their return policy. Read the fine print on the back of the receipt before walking out of the store because they wont disclose them to you. This is even more important when they open up the packaging for any tool before you buy it. If you find that you dont need the tool after all, good luck! You wont get a refund even if it was unused and they were the ones who opened it!

Very good had everything I needed

These gentlemen have every imaginable plumbing part. Dont bother wasting your time at Home Depot or Lowes. They are extremely generous with their knowledge. And they are very patient for DIYs like myself.

Barco has everything you need for plumbing. Homedepot and Lowes cant beat as far as customer service or parts.

Prices are much higher than a regular plumbing supply atoms are 25 to 40% more
