Received excellent customer service at YR. I cannot remember the store associates name. She was extremely helpful. Wide variety of products. Love my bathroom floor tiles, shower wall tiles and vanity purchased at YR. Beautiful vanity in maple. Products contributed to the beauty of my bathroom. Be sure to get clarity on return policy before making purchases.

This company does not stand by their products. We purchased a vanity with a mirror. When opening the box to install the mirror, we discovered that the mirror frame was damaged. YR does not want to replace the mirror, they want us to purchase a new mirror. YR stated that we needed to open the box at the warehouse to inspect. We were not told to open the box to inspect. On another note, why would I open a box before I transport the mirror. The mirror definitely would of been damaged on the way to the construction site, esp with the condition of Philly streets. YR also stated that there was damage to the box. The so called damage is on the inside of the box, how am I supposed to see that without opening the box first. We renovate several properties per year. I will be telling my real estate peers not to purchase from YR.

This place is great! We had fantastic customer service and were able to find everything we needed for our bathroom renovation. Very pleased with the service and the options they have. Would highly recommend!

I just experienced the best customer service of all time! The guy in the front was super helpful with answering my questions and even provided me with samples! Within several days of ordering, I received all my products and completed my project just in time. I am so impressed
