Very very good store to get what you need

I am a blk woman strong woman to society.

An unusual Tech store with a wide yet shallow inventory of accessories, phones, hard drives. You never know what they may have. They fix broken screens etc and answer most questions.

Always great service and prices

Always had a great experience, the staff truly are customer oriented and look to find the best solution for you. I have had multiple repairs done on Iphones. They will give you a loaner phone if need be. They will also allow you to trade a broken phones value in parts for credit on a repair or purchase. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Fixed my cracked screen on the spot quick! They have a great selection of electronics! When I have problems with my phone or tablet, I come here and always leave having it resolved! Excellent service! The owner and his wife are so pleasant and helpful!

Super friendly and attentive staff. Quickly disassembled and cleaned my phone to see if it was beyond repair from water damage... And it was, so they sent me on my way with an iPhone. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Thank you!

This place is the absolute worst. Their website indicated that they opened at 11 AM. I showed up at 11:20 and no one was there. I called them and was told that they actually open at noon. I came back at noon and again no one was there. I called again and was told someone would be there in ten minutes. Around 12:15 someone showed up. I asked to have to my iPhone 6 screen repaired. The website indicated that they charged $45 for this service. The guy at the counter said it would be $120, cash. I informed him of the discrepancy in their pricing and that there is no reason I would have my phone repaired by some questionable hole in the wall shop that only accepts cash for $120 when the Apple Store charges $109 for the exact same repair. He responded by informing me that the Apple Store charges tax and that the total cost from them would be $118. Im not sure whether he did not understand that $118 is less than than $120, or if he thought I was so stupid that I wouldnt know. Either way, this place should be avoided.

There were two, now only one remaining. (Well, there always just Been this one Store). CEX was next door and both places had their customer bases on point. But Orange Tech Center has something to offer and it’s more than getting your small devices fixed. They have awesome high quality used / new computers, cameras, home Theater equipment, gaming systems, ect. I’ve gotta most my cameras equipment came from here, and I never had any issues with bad customer experience or service. The staff are 100% real. If they don’t much about the product they’ll nicely tell you so. But they have no issues with customers who are tech savvy and they welcome it. Definitely a good spot to find some awesome items, and equipment.

Seems to be a sweet place to have an electronic device repaired. I made a call, I didnt actually visit.

Excellent! Had to swap out the memory card in my phone and transfer about 100gb of data from the old to the new card. Becho did a great job! Highly recommended!

My experience was pleasent! I broke the screen to my iPhone 6, i called to confirm pricing and headed over. My iPhone was fixed in 15 minutes for $100.

Hello my name is Memi I break my phone a lot I’m soooo clumsy but I always come here, they do great business they’re honest fast and treat you like family I’ve been coming here for years !!!! My favorite part is they stay open wayyyy past other stores are open !!

My broken IPhone 5 fixed by them in less than 30 minutes. It was 10 pm on Friday night. To make it even better,they only charged me $69. God Bless you guys!!!
