There’s good news and bad news. The good news is the store is fairly well stocked and relatively clean. What’s nice about this store is it is huge so items like furniture that are not found at the smaller stores are available here. The bad news is that there are no more bags at this location. No bags at all. So bring your own bags or figure out how to carry your Target haul out. The other issue I had was with the registers not giving a receipt. An employee made a half-hearted attempt to fix the register but after several minutes, I walked away with no receipt.This isn’t the first time I felt the store was too short-staffed and many of the employees seemed untrained on simple tasks. This is the fault of Target, not the employees.

Look, I get the plastic bag ban but can this store offer paper bags? Something? Sometimes I forget my reusable bags, or dont have enough for what I purchased. I havent been to a store yet that doesnt offer some kind of option to buy a cheap bag or offer paper bags, except for this Target. They just throw your purchases in your cart and send you on your way. The worst part is, if you say something to an employee they get the BIGGEST attitude and tell you its your responsibility to bring in bags.

I really want to like this target but there are questionable restocking policies here. Unfortunately- no one really seemed to react or find it completely grotesque when I mentioned an issue with a restock. To be honest, they should have gave me a gift card or something.I purchased a used, yes… used. Quip toothbrush here. I opened the packaging when I got home and I noticed the backing of the adhesive had been removed on the mirror attachment. That was really the only thing I noticed that probed me to smell the toothbrush. The toothbrush smelled like a lingering smell of toothpaste.There have been other things I’ve purchased here: a kitchen appliance most recently that came with messy opened packaging inside.I’m not shopping to buy gently used items, especially not toothbrushes.

They no longer offer any bags AT ALL. I was told today that you either pay $6 per bag or you get no bags and have to lug ALL your stuff individually. Just WOW. Absolutely ridiculous. Used to be my fave local one stop and shop for everything spot, but now I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

3rd time visiting this location and the same security guard is always rude! He needs to be trained in customer service and how to conduct his job. I will be bringing this up with corporate since he finds it comical to treat people like garbage. Drive up worker was amazing I wish I knew her name but the guard has to go. Needed a common electronics adapter. Thought Id bike 6 blocks to Target on a nice day instead of online ordering. More than half the staff had their masks under their noses, so they might as well have not be wearing them. Multiple customers were completely unmasked. And the shelves were quite barren. Oh well, back to Amazon.

The location has plenty of parking, its big, and close to where I live. I enjoy the Target shopping experience because its clean and the prices are great. Sometimes, they dont have certain things in stock and then I realize, its not a specialty store, but I usually find what Im looking for.

The lady who checked us out today was so friendly and engaging. Very genuine and made my day! In fact if it can be tracked, she deserves Employee of the Month. She went over and above and I regret not getting her name.

Of course the new arrivals and items listed as “Only at Target” drives the excitement but the customer service from Target’s team members is outstanding! Special thanks to Russell and Eurnice from my most recent iPad scare. The team handled the situation with so much grace and compassion. I cannot thank you guys enough!!

Lots of people walking around without masks, employees pretty much ignored me when I asked for help. It does have a better selection in stock compared to the surrounding targets

The staff is very helpful and friendly, but the store as a whole needs to be sufficiently restocked. For example, why would a $6 green t-shirt have 4 of its kind restocked instead of like 10 or more? Or why would an oil-free Neutrogena face cream have 3 bottles added as restock instead of 10? If they would just properly restock it would be a much better store.

9/21 update. We have shopped here for the last time. Tired of the out of stocks and limited brand selection. But today, we were rear-ended in the parking lot with total bumper and trunk damage.(no note was left). Customer service woman was nasty and unhelpful. Told us we had to get a police report and go call their security dept. Brand selection is very limited and Ive never seen the store adequately stocked despite shopping at all different times. I feel sorry for their cashiers, because each week they advertise discounts on the shelves that are not in their computer system. We literally take photos of their signage now to show the cashier or the unhappy staff at the customer service desk. Weve ordered online and done the deliver to store method with mixed results. Do expect to wait awhile for a team member to track down your delivered item somewhere in the back.

My order online was easy and the curbside pick up was perfect, efficient, on time and the young lady that delivered my purchase to my car was very polite and professional. Great process.

I dont typically post reviews, however, Stacies customer service went above and beyond and Id like to acknowledge her. I made a purchase using two forms of payment, however, when I left Target I saw that one card was fully charged. By the time I noticed, I was miles away and I was driving with a friend. I called and Stacie answered very politely, and informed me that the safest and only way to rectify the situation as to come back. My friend agreed to drive me all the ay back, Stacie happily fixed it and offered me a gift card for the inconvenience. She even caught that I was previously overcharged and fixed the situation.

Target is a great place to shop the quality is better then the stuff you buy at Walmart

The prizes of the items does not match at scanner at the self check out,the 2 employees standing there talking and laughing did not pay attention to customers, finally got one attention and told her the prizes does not match she checked the bar code with her cellphone and said thats the right price, I told her to have to change the price on the shelf, she ignore me and left

Working within groups instead of working separately should be normalized. O Home, Toys, Pets and Chem, should have two people together working to ensure that matters are being met inside of Target. There should never be one person held accountable or responsible for such busy aisles inside of this facility. Covid cases are rising due to back up being called, and Target Lods not allowing peers to properly clean areas quickly before next customer or new costumer. Workers have protection screens but are often able to still catch covid mainly due to screens not protecting team members fully, full protection needed in place for our workers here at Target, due to the surging cases of COVID-19 . Team members that work here are often dealt with overload of work due to reshop, sales floor team members should be paid more than those who are on register. Oftentimes seasonal workers or part time workers, are paid less than cashier sales associates which can be questionable, favoritism between hours? Maybe! Also workers who are new should be treated as such, and should be allowed to make mistakes without being judged or criticized by Leader of Department at the end of each shift, words of encouragement often time needed, if not may result in uncertainty of one self

Was waiting for someone to come to help answer a question in electronics. An associate called for someone but no one showed waited a total of 20mins. Horrible wont ever return to this Target.

Great place nice cleanSome ppl that work there are friendly with costumers and then on the other hand u can ask some of the other workers for help and they totally act like they dont hear u. But overall its clean bathroom are clean .has a lot to offer . u can buy clothes sneakers dress shoes dress clothes baby clothes diaper household items food supplies dishes napkins paper products and toys animal stuff of all kind seasonal stuff Xmas stuff sold here at this time. List goes on and on. But have a lot to offer and close to home fpr me and walking distance

Early morning store is packed and they have 3 personal checkouts open and 1 cashier. Its 2 billion degrees in the store and this is the second time I have been in this store in 2 months and they still dont have what I need in stock. Theres also no employees around to help customers. Done shopping here!

Prices of the items are always wrong. Self-checkout employees very unkind and unhelpful. Ive had many issues with this Target. Starbucks employees and service is always awesome at this location, though!

Really lack of efficiency team work. Got bunch of security guard and wandering doing nothing. Today Only one staff in the customer service and customers waited a line. And also multiple staffs already saw there was a line of customer and doing nothing and wandering. Need management team improved.

They will literally leave you for hours, can never seem to know where anything is, and just straight up horrible. The only reason why I gave it two stars was the fact that some employees were nice.

Love the selection on almost everything. Their toy department could offer more choices and stock.

Simply amazing customer friendly, customer relationship team at the Guest services counter at the Target store at 1 Michelin Street. I bought a Microwave oven at a diff price at a diff Target store not aware of sale going on there but the technology they have deployed allowed the staff to see my transaction and adjust the price without any beaureacratic expectations of going back to the store. I had a first hand experience of why Target is the brand it is and its amazing team at Michelin has earned my respect. Keep it up folks, you rock !

I had an issue with an old gift card that had value, just couldn’t read the verification numbers. The cashier did her best but couldn’t get the sale to go through and suggested I call the customer service line listed on the card and also called for a managers assistance. After speaking to 2 separate reps on the phone, along came GiGi to the rescue. Recognizing my frustration with the phone agents, she stepped in and was very friendly and understanding and took care of the issue that neither “expert” agents could Outstanding customer service!! I only hope Target realizes what an asset Gigi is to their team.

The woman who helped me was absolutely exceptional she was beyond nice and patient with me.

So this comment is about Will. Dont know if hes an associate or supervisor or what position he has but he went out of his way to help us find tennis balls when on his inventory he said there was no more. He went to the back and came back with a pack. He made our day.

Normal people do not recommend Target to each other. This simply does not happen in the real world.Thanks for bringing your own bag, Target shopper. To thank you, you get to bag your own groceries while everyone in line after you gets to wait.

Walked in, very inviting. However, when asked first sales person where an item was located. She never looked up. Just pointed, saying down there. The second employee I asked about an item, made eye contact and walked me in that direction- which was great. While checking out at self checkout, asked rep do you have large bags, again just pointed to the top of something and walked away. I eventually seen where she was pointing to. Last but not least my receipt print it out very unclear. When asked for a clear receipt I was told the person to handle that was not in the office. So this was my Saturday morning trip to Target. Thanks for asking.

Good Target. The lines move fast and there is enough space for people to stand in line and not feel in the way of other shoppers. Not a tremendous amount of employee presence and not all employees are entirely aware of which direction to point you in for a specific item, but honestly it makes this Target feel less crowded when it usually is pretty packed. Parking lot can get annoying.

I dislike the Self-checkouts! I do NOT work for Target. After a long day of working and shopping I expect good customer service; not waiting in long lines. CHEAP!!!!! Hire cashiers!!!!

Brenda who was working over in the electronics area restocking was the nicest person. I approached her, she politely greeted me and asked me how I was doing. I was looking for a Labo set that was missing from the shelf and she check the inventory for me and promptly retrieved one for me and restocked extra on the shelf

One stop shopping. Target has almost everything I need. Plus there’s fairly reliable self-checkout, and I can scan my Target wallet at self checkout, saving myself money from having the card, and from cartwheel deals.

This is a very nice store. Very clean and very organized. They have a nice selection of clothes. I honestly think this Target is much better than the store on Chestnut Street in Center City. Much bigger.

Target is by far the best low cost chain, and the corporate climate is one of inclusiveness and social acceptance which I can totally get behind. This particular Target needs to pay a little more attention to cleanliness however and the staff could be a lot more helpful, cheerful, and friendly with customers, rather than having conversations with each other while ringing up our items. The restrooms in this particular Target were very sorely in need of attention with refuse in several places and several fixtures in need of repair.

This probably the worst target I’ve been to. They are consistently not stocked which is odd because they always have empty carts and bins all over the store and rudely bump, push, and cut in front of you while you are trying to shop. Then you get to wait an hour to check out.

Target is my favorite store. I can get mostly everything I need there. If they run out, they usually stock back up in a couple days.

The staff is extremely helpful, and really nice. This establishment like most Targets has a variety of items, and it has relatively good deals on most of their items. I visit this target frequently, and I plan on continuing to do so. My family and I have yet to have a negative experience. Hopefully everything continues as it is! Kudos to the staff, which make the experience great every time. Very happy to be a customer of this store!

Target is one of my favorite places to shop. around a year ago they had new renovations here and the place looks very nice. In addition it was a great place to stop as an Uber driver to go to the bathroom and pick up some much-needed essentials for a great price. Thats my favorite Target in the Philly area.

It’s clean, quick and easy. The target so is a great way to scam what I’m shopping for coupons. I’m happy that it even saves them until the end of the sale.

I love Target! This one really maintains organized, stocked and fresh. However, I think their cashiers should have a What Not to Say To a Customer Seminar when it comes to sensitive topics like attire and body types. Did not ask for an opinion on the swimwear I was purchasing and felt embarrassed to the point of leaving the items behind. I will shop there again but would prefer self checkout.

I love this Target. Everyone is well manners and excellent service. They always try not to make consumers to wait in line for along time. Store is super clean and organized. I have no problem finding things. Some managers are super nice and some dont know what, Theyre doing and some is lazy and just stands around. Sometimes cashier have to asked manager for approval. The manager will make it seem like dont bother her. Besides that, I still love coming here.

Good store, but avoid on the weekends and busy hours-- it often gets crowded during weekend hours. Early mornings are the best time to stop in. Beware the Target effect in which you will leave with 20 items when you only came in for one thing.

Frustrated!The good: to start this Target is located in a decent spot (location wise) as part of a larger plaza complex. Its easy to get to right off the highway and it has easy access to the on ramp when you have to leave. There is ample parking outside and theres even a snack area inside.The bad: so theres also a strip club right next door...not exactly family friendly. I dont know which establishment was first but there needs to be some reworking on placement. Also the roads need a major makeover - pothole city! Overall creates a seedy environment so I wouldnt recommend venturing after dark.The ugly: can this place please, please, PLEASE get themselves organized?! I have been here enough times now to know to set the bar low. I have a hard time finding anything since the signage is not clear, nor is there enough personnel on the floor readily available to help. I will say that when I do find someone, they are willing to help, but always have to go to a different department - the placement of product is not in the most obvious places! In addition, numerous times they were out of stock or do not carry what Im looking for (basic things like dish detergent and sugar!) - why is it advertised if it will not be carried?Its unfortunate that this is the closest Target near me, Ill likely be venturing away from this branch in order to increase my chances of finding what Im looking for.Fair warning - you can try your luck, but youll likely walk away without finding what you went in to purchase :[!

I love everything about target

I got lost in the store, as my shopping cart became heavier! The prices are high tho, and from almost thirty minutes of my shopping experience I saw like, two or three employees walking around and helping people.

I really like this place.The only thing, in my opinion, is that I wish the escalator was continuous with areas to step off on the different levels.Why you ask? Ill tell you. So I can ride all the way to the top non stop and then all the way down non stop.The one thing missing is a good old fashioned coffee shop where after hours of waking, shopping you can sit down have a cup of coffee and let your poor feet relax. Amazing service.

Stopped in for a quick drink at Starbucks. The ladies were very nice and my tea was prepared perfectly. Restrooms were clean and stocked.

Employees are lovely, but this place is a dump with very little stocked or organized....or even complete for that matter. There were plenty of partial products stocked with vital pieces is just straight up missing.I guess Ive been spoiled by the City Line Target…

This a good store. Big. Includes food. Its not easy to find or get to and the surrounding neighborhoods are not the nicest. It had everything we needed which was the most important.

Great store! Convenient and always has what I need.

Space is very tight. Only one shopping cart can fit through most of the aisles. You want to use a hand basket instead, but there are never any at the entrance. The checkout area is two rows packed together, so if you checked out in the back row, you have to squeeze your way out from the customers in the first row. You will sometimes get shady people outside the store doors trying to sell you things.

I love Target! Bright, clean, friendly vibe. Employees seem to like their jobs (see my review of Walmart for comparison). Newly remodeled, well stocked. Really not that much more expensive than Walmart and not at all depressing. Super convenient. I often come here on my lunch hour to get things my family needs. In and out in a flash.

I was in your store on Friday January 20,2017 about 6:30 pm and had the pleasure of being helped by a young woman named Aigner I thought she worked for target but found out she works for target mobile. She was very pleasant and helped me get what I needed to get my phone working from consumer cellular, even after being disconnected 4 times she remained very professional. Long lines everywhere. Not sure if this is normal or just holiday/weekend traffic. There was one person assisting with customer service at a busy time.Parking was not great but bearable. Bathroom was clean.

Really big & always has pretty good sales. I tend to procrastinate till last minutes for school supplies and they sell out at this store quickly. So I went there early this school season and got a good deal on all of my daughters stuff!

Every single time I go to this Target, there is something on the reciept thats higher price than what it was shown in the store. Every time. This Target is a SCAM.
