Drive through -Spicy hibachi chicken, Delicious!!! My daughter loves the plain hibachi chicken. Give our dog treats at the drive through too. Very nice!

The food is so good every time we go. I think its drive thru only right now because the virus...we used the drive thru and they had all the sauces for us on the side so it wouldnt get soggy. The owner/manager is always so nice!

Good food. We tried a lot of different items off the menu. The hibachi was ok, nothing bad about it but not absolutely amazing either. All the sushi was good, Ive definitely had better from Knoxville but hey this is Jacksboro. It is a little pricey. I do look forward to dinning in once fully staffed.

Very disappointed the last few times we have been. Service has went down hill and you arent sure from day to day if they are serving.

Now you cant eat in so you have to pay $1 per sauce. When you dined in you got an entire bottle of sauce and werent charged for it. Seems like price gouging.

Being a hibachi grill in Lafollette, I wasnt expecting much. It was fantastic. The sushi roll was done perfectly, very large and wrapped great, the hibachi food was also done great. Im looking forward to going back soon.

Ive been here several times and never got sick until last night.A friend of mine had never eaten there and Id had surgery and couldnt go. I even called ahead and explained how sick Id been buying food to go. Spoke with Penny today and she only wanted me to get $3.00 for almost $20 meal when I had all of it here. I said keep your money and Ill keep my health and post what I just said.

Great food better service. This place surprised me. Its a Small hibachi restaurant but its not cooked in front of you. The food was excellent. The sushi rolls were amazing and the wasabi was better than at some more expensive places Ive been to. The steamed dumplings were small but very tasty. Ill definitely visit this place again soon.

Lobby is currently closed due to covid, but drive through is there and you can call ahead with orders. Yay!

Very good tasting food and good quantity. I would say the only thing lacking is being able to have a bigger variety of items to add to the order, such as different vegetables and meats to be added. Overall, very good though.

We came in and sat down 40 minutes prior to closing and had to wait 5 minutes before the staff came for our order only to be told they werent serving sushi since it was 8:30. Not only is that not listed on the menus or anywhere else but there was only one other table of patrons therefore no reason for the servers to not acknowledge us for 5 minutes especially when they greeted us as we were coming in. Very dissatisfied.

Great place for Japanese Cuisine. Everything is well portion carrots are absolutely delicious. And the price will not break your pocketbook. You definitely get more than what you pay for.

I dont like being too critical of eating establishments. Weve eaten here three times in the last year, or so. Food is okay. Sushi is okay. And we will eat here again. We love this type of food, we just have other preferences above Ninja.

Ordered take-out, the service was quick and friendly. Note that there is a drive-thru to pick up take-out. No need to get out of your car on a rainy day!We got the spicy chicken hibachi. Once slathered in yum yum sauce, it was really good.

Super friendly. Jimmy, the owner, and one of the sushi chefs makes really great sushi. He is not stingy with the portions. Hibachi is great too.

Worst experience. We walked in at 8:30 (30 minutes to close) I asked them if they would serve a party of 3, OR I said since they were about to close, if they wanted us to go somewhere else that would be fine. With much attitude, they said they would serve us. (We should have just left then) The waitress had an attitude the entire time. Our food came quickly and the rice wasnt even fried rice. It looked like the microwaveable white sticky rice from Walmart. No flavor at all. Shrimp wasnt fully cooked, it was still grey, and the carrots were still crunchy. I understand they were about to close in 30 minutes, but I told them we didnt care to go somewhere else if they already had everything cleaned up. We never should have sat down given the attitude we received from the entire staff.

The food is decent, fairly priced for the portions. The sushi is good for the area. I can only give for stars because one of the servers was clearly inebriated to the point of nearly passing out where she stood.

Amazing service, food was spectacular. Took less than 5 minutes to get my order, didnt even have time to get halfway through my drink and the food was already there. Hands down best food I have had at a sushi grill

Ate lunch there today, ordered off the lunch menu, got charged full price. Drinks not refilled, requested to go boxes, had to walk up to the server station to get them myself. Blonde girl that waited on us was rude. I promise we wont be going back. This place has really gone down hill and BAD!!

My FAVORITE Japanese place. Ive ate at this place seriously since they first opened. Kenny and Jimmy (the owners) are very nice people. The wait staff can sometimes be a little green, but the food makes up for it.

My husband and I hesitated but we went ahead and jumped in! OMGosh! It was awesome! Fried rice finally cooked to how its suppose to be. Everything cooked perfectly. More than what we expected. We come to a yearly event so we will be back!

I go there like twice every week, and I get the same thing. Im not even joking they ink is me by name, thats how much I go there. I am never going there again. I met the owner today after them messing my order up 3 times. When it was wrong the forth time, he called the police because I wanted a refund. I payed 20.03 for my order and I didnt even get it. So now Ill be finding me a new habatchi. overall the waitresses are great but the owner is a real dick.

They did and the staff are awesome. I will be returning for more of their good food but mainly the curtious service from the fast friendly waitresses.

The food was cold when it finally did arrive (it was not busy there was 1 other couple in the restaurant). There were flies in the dining area and the wait staff was too busy talking to properly refill drinks.
