Brandywine is great. Dont believe the lazy ones who reply on delivery services to poorly present a restaurants food. I actually come to the store and my food is always hit and fresh. Their really nice and funny people who work inside. Try em out for yourself by taking a drive. Parking is touch and go though 🙃

The place says it’s open until 4, and we called and ordered at 2 AM for a pizza and some garlic knots. They gladly accepted our order and payment. My friends and I are a 4 minute drive away but we didn’t get our order until after 4:45. We never got a call from them, but we called 3 times to follow up an hour, and hour and a half, and another 15 after that to make sure we were still getting the food we already paid for. The original estimate was 50 minutes. We called and overheard them on speaker saying they didn’t even know if the order was completed. Each time we called we were told the food was 15 minutes or less away. Eventually we got the food close to 5AM, and it was mediocre, which is totally fine for late night food, but don’t tell your customers it’s on the way and it takes 2.5 hours to deliver. Just be more honest or get on top of your ordering-prep process.

I never write reviews, but this pizza place is god awful. First of all, gtf off of grub hub if you can’t even deliver. Secondly, don’t advertise your hours as “Closing at 3:45 or 4 am” that’s obviously not true. Lastly, when you are STILL OPEN and see a DELIVERY REQUEST come through maybe decline it or even CALL THE CUSTOMER when you KNOW you can’t do it. Your pizza wasn’t even worth it.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this pizzeria as I am new to the neighborhood and I am very pleased with their food. We had a misunderstanding tonight but the man who tended to me was very kind and accommodating.

Awful service. We are in a pandemic and this business takes its customers for granted. Completely bashed me in a reply to their aforementioned awful service. There are several other small businesses that need support to stay afloat today. This place is not worth the community’s money. Has as many one star reviews as five star. Support businesses that ensure customer service and don’t act like children when someone gives them honest and accurate feedback.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! just like the previous reviews ordered food and waited for over and hour and a half before calling guy on the phone says driver is there mind you I waited outside for 45 mins and no driver ever pulled up. I didn’t know delivering pizza could be so difficult. Save your money many of other places in philly who deserves your money!! Also owner wanted to charge ANOTHER delivery fee to bring back food that was never delivered in the first place and didn’t want to offer a refund.

The pickup experience is very poor. The boss prepares the food for at least 60 minutes. Then accused the deliveryman of being 5 minutes late. Big capitalists method

Our delivery experience was absolutely horrible. I had to call 3 times to find out our food still hadn’t been picked up after an hour and a half and they still didn’t have an ETA. Our food just delivered at 1:30 AM and I had to walk across the street because the driver said he was her but went to the wrong building. Would definitely not recommend anyone order from here ever again. Horrible customer experience and cold pizza.

We waited three hours to get our food. When it finally came, it was unseasoned to the point of cardboard. This is an atrocity. I don’t even know how someone doesn’t put literally anything on sweet potato fries and just not cook them so they taste like cornstarch. The other fries that were supposed to come with our order were conveniently left out. Maybe they knew that I could only handle one batch of unseasoned food, otherwise I would have marched down there and given them a pizza my mind. TERRIBLE.

Waited an hour and a half for cold food and inedible cheesesteak sandwiches. The chicken was not even cooked through.

My order had an estimated delivery time of 45-55 minutes. After an hour and a half I called for an update. Whoever answered was rude and attempted to tell me that even airplanes get delayed sometimes and that they didn’t even send the food yet. The fact that they attempted to compare pizza delivery to airplanes is comical. Never ever waste your time with these losers.

If you’re blind/ visually impaired boycott this place. They literally told me they don’t care that blind people can’t use phones and computers and they literally hung up on me when I told them I was ordering for myself and some other blind people and we can’t use the app and want to order by phone.

Amazing varieties...Their pizzas are great, especially the cheese they use. Not greasy at all...

Large menu selection. Good quality food. professional staff. I have been a regular here and never been disappointed. Big plus is that they are open until late night. I wish they are also open during day time

I spent a $100 on the worse food I’ve had in my life it’s like they use a toaster oven for the pizza and the wings smelled like mildew I waited a hour and a half just at the store also waiting for the food I wouldn’t go here if this was the last place in the world open

Love their pizza, wings and wraps. One time I fell asleep after ordering and my phone was on silent mode. Woke up after an hour and realized that there were many calls on my cell. Called them, apologized about the situation and asked if they can redeliver. They agreed. And I really appreciate that...THANK YOU !!!

The riff raff this place attracts is awful. I live by here and people are constantly blasting loud bassy music past 12am outside of this joint. Not sure if they are customers or delivery drivers. Our neighborhood doesnt need this. Get a grip on your business!

Open till 2am for those graveyard workers. The pizza is very good, thick soft crust, sauce is good and delicious slices. The service is kind and friendly with a smile. Nice place to get a late night meal. Get a menu and call ahead.

Customer service absolutely awful was there to order a pizza and heard how he was speaking to a delivery driver and the guy was just lost it was ridiculous

I love the pizza here have always had great service but they recently hired a new girl and she has zero customer service, she is absolutely terrible! After she processes your transaction she hangs up the phone- no thank you, no eta on delivery, no total. I called back and asked “did we get disconnected?” And she responds “no, I don’t think so?” I then proceed to ask for the total and how long for delivery, she asks “sorry, but what did you order?” Are you kidding? The conversation was 5 seconds ago. Ask for the manager and don’t order from her if she picks up the phone.

Great food

Friendly staff, awesome food for a great price! I got the Grilled Salmon Salad and for $10 it was perfect for one person, maybe even two! Not a lot of seating for dine-in so takeout is highly recommended!

One of my family members were admitted to Hahnemann Hospital and I was visiting them. It was late in the night and some of us wanted to have dinner. Found this place that was open and close to us. Had a large order for them. I was told that they were a bit backed up and the cashier told me that it would be almost 60 minutes for delivery. The Manager called my around 60 minutes later and informed me that they were sending the food now and that he was very sorry for being late. He asked what he can do for us. We said we were just looking for good hot food. Food arrived 10 minutes later. To our surprise, we found an extra bottle of soda and a cake; the driver told that these were on the house and that the Manager had asked him to apologize on his behalf for being late. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food was hot and excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted very good. Quality food. I am a fan of this place now.

I asked the driver for my receipt and he literally took my money and didn’t give me a correct amount and charged me a dollar for my recipt and walked off I don’t even care about the food. It’s that facy that he took my money without asking. I always tip my drivers but I would never order from there again I’m one and done

I only leave reviews in extreme cases - I ordered a simple Margherita Pizza. Had to throw it out. It was very under-cooked with the top layer of the dough still having a runny consistency.

This place is a complete joke. Over a 2 hour wait for a cold, bland pizza they forgot to send out for delivery. When we called to get our money back they put us through the ringer with lies, excuses, and rudely hung up on us several times. After a long struggle of trying to speak with the manager, he told us we had to get our refund through Eat24. Eat24 said they would gladly refund our order with the restaurants permission. My Eat24 rep called and THEY REFUSHED TO REFUND OUR MONEY, THEN HUNG UP ON HER . This place is trash.

I tried to call the store for a refund on the drink I never got and no one answers the phone. Every other time Ive ordered from here in the past, it always took my order about an hour- hr & 15 mins to be delivered. Tonight it took an hr & a half, new record.

Place a delivery order through grubhub and it was late then part of the order was missing. After calling grubhub and the restaurant they refused to make the order complete, as well as give a refund and remake the order. Also the restaurant essentially called me a liar and their staff packed the order.

This is the most terrible business people I know. You are not considered a customer if you dont order through Grubhub or Eaststreet. Order on any other app and you are so on your own. Its a shame.

Pizzas are ok, chicken wings too but this place is more expensive specially the wings $12 dls for 10 pieces compare to Pronto Pizza place around the corner,plus they made mistake with my wings,I ordered sauce on the side and they mixed anyway they need to put more attention on phone orders.

My favorite pizza in spring garden. I have been ordering from here for the past two years. The prople who works in the kitchen I thing theyre the same but the girl qho answers the phone now is not good. This is the 3rd time that after I ordered and make the payment for a delivery she just hung out on me. I call her back and I asked her if we got disconnected or what and her answer was no. I asked the time of the delivery and the total. Seriously!, Brandywine needs a new person receiving the calls. Pizza 5 stars, customer service 1 star, average 3 stars.

Awwwesome!!!!I wanted the eggs but it wouldnt come up on grubhub. So i ordered chicken gyro, garlic knots & cinnamon bun.They called and said they didnt have the bun so I had to switch to cinnamon bites instead.I hope i can try the bun one day.But everything taste great. I only wish i got a little more of the cinnamon bites. It was about 5 pieces and for almost $3 its doesnt fit the price. But i bought it for my 6 month old and he loved it and i tried a piece and it really is good.I am only here on vacation but I will stop by and get some more knots & bits to go back to California with tomorrow. Wish I had found you guys earlier on my trip!!! Its been a while since i found a restaurant where everything ordered was hot and tasted great!
