Amazing restaurant with fantastic views of beautiful Acropolis and, of course, tasty greek food.We ordered several dishes and each of them was fantastic. Also desserts are really nice, we tried chocolate pie and you just have to see the picture.Service was really nice.You can also take beautiful pictures from the terrace.100x100 recommended.

We had a divine meal here made of Mezze appetisers as my dining companions were vegetarian. The views are impeccable on the rooftop as was the food that accompanied it. We also got to enjoy some delicious Greek wine which is of course a must. This is a great spot to enjoy a lovely meal in Athens with an inspiring view. We enjoyed the gigandes, vegetable tartine, spicy feta dip, shrimp saganaki (for me), feta with honey and sesame, eggplant salad, spinach pie and the katayifi at the end with some mastixa ice cream. Can’t recommend it enough!

It was ok, nothing more.Food was served just warm, not hot, and because the serving plates were not hot the food went cold quite quickly. It was also a little bland.Service was not great, they did not ask us if we wanted more drinks, the first round of drinks they brought were placed on the table and not poured. They concentrated on the larger tables, and the tables for 2 were ignored. Very cold welcome and overall poor service.The view is nice, but I would avoid the restaurant if you’re looking for a good experience and good food. There are better places.

Dining on the roof with the Acropolis in the background was amazing!! My son thought this restaurant was 5 star but I thought it 3 so a compromise. The food was delicious. Somewhat pricey despite what Google says. Service was extremely slow. The hostess and server gave this air of debonair professionalism but felt it rude they quickly served those that came in after us and gave them VIP treatment but we were consistently ignored unless it was re-filling our wine ( but not asking if things were good). A huge disappointment for me other than the location.

Delicious food and Incredible views from their rooftop. It is pleasantly located in a less touristy neighborhood but an easy walk from the Plaka area. We spent our last night in Athens here with our Greek family. I picked it out based on reviews but it turned out to be one of their favorites. Perfect good-bye to Greece.

The service was not the friendliest. The waiter i thought was not pleasant. He was annoyed we were there. I would not go again. Food ok. Nothing spectacular.

Honestly it was nothing to rave about. we chose this place for our dinner and expected lots of good things but the rooster with pasta was very dry and tasteless, the veal was just okay. The saving grace had to be the baklava as dessert!

No doubt about the best restaurant we ate in Athens.Book in advance to ensure a rooftop table, a spectacular view that you will be happy to eat porridge. But you won the need - the food was delicious. There were eight people at our party, so we had a selection of appetizers and entrées and lots of try-out dishes for each other. Onion cakes, cheesecake and squid are the favorite appetizers. Roast lamb, chicken fillet and sofrita beef are the main course. Milk tarts and orange cakes are the best desserts.The staff were attentive, warm and friendly and especially liked the people of Belfast!

The food was average, the service awful. The whole time waiters completely ignored us, never refilled water even. The view is nice, but definitely not worth the inflated prices. The “oven roasted vegetables” that came on the side with lamb tasted like cardboard, not sure what you even have to do to completely remove taste from carrots and zucchini. They also told us we could not have the table by the window “because somebody was coming later”. Two women did eventually show up (for a table set for 7) right as we were paying and leaving. So we could have been done eating but they would rather keep tables empty in case their reservations show up.

Great restaurant with an unbeatable view of the Acropolis. Very romantic! Ordered a half order of greek salad, grilled haloumi cheese and the Corfu sofrito veal. All very good, the haloumi was the star.

The best food that we had in Athens was at this restaurant, and all of our meals in Athens were great! We shared traditional appetizers, to get a taste of the cuisine, and from the meatballs to the cheese pie we were not disappointed. The highlight of the meal was the milk pie, a must have at this restaurant! Make sure to book a table outside so that you can gaze at the beauty of the Acropolis while you dine.

Head here if you want to be told what you want. I asked for a beer and was told he was only taking appetizers. He went onto the rest of the group and almost left without my order. Rude, unpleasant waiter, ok food and poor service. Not recommended.

SUCH GOOD FOOD. Oh my goodness we loved it so much. The waiters were very professional but the prices werent ridiculous, especially for the amount of food you get. I recommend the terrace because it has a beautiful view of the acropolis.

The terrace of the restaurant was so nice. Beautiful view and a cooling breeze, making the whole experience very pleasant.Service was great, quick efficient and polite. Wine list was very nice.Wasnt impressed by the food though. Apart from the feta cheese with honey, the rest was nothing special. Starters were too plain and boring in taste. I ordered pork stuffed with graviera and sun dried tomatoes. Apart from the fact it was too small, it was also almost tasteless. Not nice for an 18 euros dish.This restaurant deserves 5 stars for the service and the location, and 2 stars for flavours.

The menu is fantastic and the view is unbeatable. Luxurious setting while maintaining cheap prices; a full course meal for two people costs less than 40€.

The view, the view, the view!!! We arrived and we didnt have reservations so they wanted to put us on the first floor: ask for the terrace! The food was tasty, a def small portion. I had the veal and my sister had the pork stew. The wine of the house was great. Because it was a Tuesday, there were three waiters just staring at us... Personally, I dont like that type of attention. Anyway, we went there for the amazing view

The view of the Acropolis from the terrace in the restaurant is stunning - especially after sunset when the Acropolis is floodlit.We shared a starter of spinach and feta cheese in filo pastry which was huge - about 6/7 inches by 3/4 inches - and definitely has to shared. It was very good but needed something like a chutney or relish to cut through the cheese.My main course was kid goat with gruyere and potatoes cooked in paper in the oven which was delicious with lots of be tender goat and amazingly no bones.We tried the house red which was just ok but we should definitely have gone for one of the bottles of red wine - from about 24 euro a bottle as opposed to the house wine at 6.50 euros for 500ml.The service was very friendly and efficient and the food wasnt slow in arriving.The cost of the meal with one starter, 2 main courses a bottle of water and a litre of house wine was 61 euros which was excellent value considering the quality of the food and the amazing views.

Under the hill of Acropolis, the view is breathtaking! The food is exceptionally cooked and the personnel experienced and kind! Reserve a table at the tarace without charge as it is always full.

Had a very tasty meal at Strofi. We chose to eat from the standard menu which had plenty of choice. We were short on time and could only spend an hour, so we only had 3 mains and 2 deserts. With a couple of wines and beers at 90 Euro it was a bit more expensive than other equally as good options. But there was nice ambience so it was overall a good value. Beautiful views from the covered roof terrace.

The view of the Acropolis from this rooftop restaurant is phenomenal. The food and wine selection was almost as phenomenal. Service was wonderful. This is not one of the typical tourist-trap restaurants of Athens - definitely worth a try.

The first day we arrived in Athens, my wife and I decided to find a nice restaurant and have dinner to enjoy the Greek cuisine. Although they had a decent amount of entrees, I found the food to be decent but not over the top. However, the views from the terrace were spectacular which made up for the bland food. The service was great and always attentive to our needs.

Go here. It was the best meal weve had in Athens over the years. Excellent food (especially the gyros), great view of the acropolis, and really good service. You need to make a reservation at least a few days in advance to get a spot on the terrace during the high season.
