Bad taste coffee and super slow service, don’t expect to get any edible food under 20 mins. Their excuse is the small kitchen, but isn’t that their problem to figure out how to speed production process and increase high turn over rate. Convenience and fast are the reasons of Saxby’s existence and our demands as well.Mediocre service and immature business model.Would not return

This is great for my early morning classes. I basically just get either their americano or cold brew. Tasty stuff. Im sad that their pastry selection is very limited and (for my personal taste) nothing that I tend to eat, though I finally tried their Okie Donut for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised.Generally great staff. Rewards points are a little harder to get, but still nice to have.

Students love it but I dont see whats so special about it. The tater tots are too salty.

This place has such great vibes and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming. They were out of a particular item when I went today so they exchanged it and gave me a $5 coupon, which was so nice of them. The coffee is pretty good, I typically go for the Chai Latte or Chai Cold Brew, their breakfast burrito is SO good.Definitely better than Starbucks for the price.

Not enough seating. Parking a little tricky. Drink was good. Didnt see any rewards options.

The staff are super friendly, coffee is reasonably good, competitive prices. Swapping between here and Starbucks is a must, especially since they started roasting their own beans locally. Havent had any pastries yet, but they look amazing (which might move this to 5 stars).

45 mins for three sandwiches. Ridiculous

This place is just hands-down amazing. They have super amazing service, the coffee is fantastic and the coffee cake is to die for. I will walk out of my way to visit this store for the above reasons, especially the coffee cake. I used to get my coffee from a different big-name chain but recently made the choice to no longer go there, Saxbys is just BETTER! When you need a caffeine boost you cant go wrong with the iced red eye and a coffee cake!

I was in the area for a meeting with a new friend and he suggested this as a place to meet up and chat. It was a nice coffee shop. Full of energy and conversation from college students. The coffee was good and pretty quick to come out. Made for a nice spot to meet and talk.

Saxbys is a good place to get some brews especially when you’re really craving for some right by your dorm. It’s pretty expensive for premium drinks but even the cheapest drinks are good too plus the food is delicious too.

The staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. The sandwich I had which was a bacon egg and cheese on brioche or something like that was pretty good. I wasnt very impressed with the new Girl Scout Cookie carmel coffee though. The place seemed clean and to be a friendly work space. Great for college students

Good vibes here, typically upbeat music and cheerful, friendly staff.They have a lot of areas with outlets which is always a plus in an area with a concentration of sollege student.

Chic and modern style coffeehouse located close to many of the Drexel residence halls. Theres lots of seating and a fair amount of sunlight because of the big windows. Its not terribly overpriced and Ive had good experiences ordering here.

Quiet coffee shop to work in. One of the best Cappuccinos I have ever had. I wish there was a Saxby in New York or New Jersey.

Service is fast and friendly, HOWEVER, the employees need to practice sanitary food handling/prep . I was in there on a Monday morning (6/27 ) and I saw a worker chipping and handling ice with his bare hands . He took a big brick of ice out of the bag with his bare hands and was chipping at it with the ice scooper so it could fit in the ice bucket . It was sooooo disgusting . So I mentioned to the cashier that he should have on gloves and then she told him to put some gloves on. I dont want your sweaty dirty hands all over my ice !!!! Definitely a turn off and wont be going back there for a while .

Great place to have a cup of coffee or hang out with friends. The Cafe au lait was excellent. A good alternative to ever present, always the same Starbucks and even a bit cheaper too.

This is not a chain-style-chain. Especially because this coffee shop is on Drexels campus, and run primarily by Drexel students, every detail is thoughtful. The food, coffee, and smoothies are fantastic, but beware: the Cold Brew collection is addictive. Amazing ambience, perfect music choice and volume, and great seating options for all sorts of group sizes/work space needs. The service is 10/10 every time. Definitely my favorite place to work in UC. You guys rock!

Mostly a college crowd as it is in the middle of Drexel University. Great coffee and light snacks. Try the Viennese Cinnamon flavor.

Good atmosphere and wifi. Coffee is good, snacks look tasty. Its basically a slightly better, less busy, less corporate, version of Starbucks or Peets. Good place to get some work done.

To be honest Im not a coffee drinker but I did admire how they allowed game testing in their shop in my town usually shops like this are very touchy and has their usual patrons such as forest workers and road crews so to see such a calm welcome environment meant a lot to help me adjust to my first days in the city

I used to LOVE this Saxbys and now I am not a fan. Firstly, I wish they would go back to their old schedules. They used to be open until 11pm and that was great for students. I know the pandemic changed things, but even during the pandemic they close later (at 6 pm) than now when students are back on campus. The tables in the back are filled with spiderwebs and the low lamps have a ton of dust. Also, one of the bathrooms never works and the other didn’t have toilet paper for two days in a row last week. Lastly, the coffee is not the best quality as it use to be before and I also really miss the seasonal pumpkin blondies, bring them back!!
