Best Pumpkin Spice coffees!! Way better than Starbucks and DD.

Coffee is so so but the staff makes up for it. They were nice and that counts for something.

Took them 20 minutes to make 2 lattes, which were so sweet we tossed them after one sip, similarly to how we tossed the bagel sandwiches we had one bite of after realizing these had to have been at least a week old. Would rather have just burned the $22.

Best cold brew I have ever had in the area! I get the Vanilla Bean Cold Brew with Oat Milk. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and great blend of vanilla. Highly recommend their coffee!

Coffee shop chain serving up a variety of hot/iced coffees, blended drinks, and specialty lattes. I really enjoy this location- staff are friendly, drinks are very tasty, and I enjoy the art on the walls (which u can buy!). I usually purchase a specialty latte which is $5. Noise level is mild-moderate and there is some seating but not the best for a large group. Gay friendly and def my go to coffee spot!

The people who work here are really hard working and thoughtful. I know they make barely above minimum wage and they absolutely deserve a pay raise. I would otherwise give 5 stars. The coffee is decent and they have a nice tea selection.

Cute little spot, perfect to grab a cup to go or sit & chat for a while. Chai tea latte was fantastic, and the service was great. Ill definitely be returning.

I order breakfast with co-workers from here multiple times per week and recently the orders have been missing ingredients, for example if we order the Funky Monkey it comes with no chia seeds, this has happened multiple times. We asked about it once and were told they were probably out. I feel the staff could do a better job of communication when they are out of ingredients, instead of saying nothing when you pick up your order.

A very lovely atmosphere serving quality coffee! I had a regular latte, but they also have an almond macadamia milk latte that sounds pretty awesome. Polk St is a great place to wander as well -- cute stores and wine shops at every block.

Not very familiar with saxbys so I needed to ask what a Red Eye was. The associate was very accomidating and friendly answering all of my questions. They did not have coconut milk but did have Almond and pat milk. The associate hooked up my espresso and her service was exceptional.

Great location to chill, eat some good food. service is typically good. this place has an awesome feel to it.

New go to coffee spot in Philadelphia. Great tasting coffee! Such bold and rich taste and the barista was very helpful when it came to recommendations my first time, allowing us to have samples of different drinks before ordering. Cant go wrong here!

Saxbys is my special treat. It is better than the other well known, ubiquitous coffee places. Love the cold brewed coffee and the specialty drinks. Plus its headquartered in Philly!

Bacon Egg & Cheese ($5.50) [5/5] sandwich on wheat bread was perfect.Vanilla Latte ($3.75) [5/5] had strong flavors but not to the point of being overbearing.Extremely friendly staff with minimal waiting time... definitely coming back.

They have good mochas. Iced lattes are best of all. Good atmosphere, nice staff and you get good drinks in fair price! They also serve scones, green smoothies and regular smoothies.

The workers are nice, but the coffee is pretty gross. Ive tried a lot of things on the menu and I always end up disappointed that I spent so much for sub par food. Their pastries are usually pretty good, though.

Fantastic locally owned Philadelphia coffee company. The space is well designed and cozy with an array of seating ranging from large tables for groups to gather to private little work areas. The staff was very friendly as well!

My 5yr old daughter stopped me outside bc she smelled good coffee, soo we went in & I got my iced Carmel latte and my 2 little people each got a choco coffee(chocolate milk). Latte was good. Clean & cozy, & friendly baristas!

Tasty lattes but the pastries are from an outside vendor. No calorie count posted anywhere so staff had to bring me a book from the back office. Book only included Saxby products (no pastries).
