I order oven turkey panini and all I got was bread and spinach. Very disappointed, I travel 20 min there and 20 min back in the rain just for bread and spinach.

Dont do it, waste of your time. Straight hood kids operating the store.....no work gets done!

Seemingly always swamped with orders a quick lunch takes a 20 min wait. The employees are obviously overworked and need more hands on deck

What can I say about Wawa. Their food is out of this world they have hot and cold sandwiches hot soups. Plenty types of coffees hot and cold snacks so theres more drinks water and lots of other delicious things thank you for all you do Wawa during these covid-19 difficult times

Frequently dirty, perhaps because the amount of foot traffic this place sees. Also seems to be a magnet for chaos, inside and especially immediately outside. It usually gets the job done as a Wawa but needs a fair bit of TLC.

I love Wawa, but this location is so small and overcrowded. While its fine to pop in when you need something in a pinch, they just dont have the selection of your typical Wawa. Theres often people loitering outside which makes it slightly uncomfortable coming in and out.

The store is fine. The problem is that I live nearby and customers at night do not know how to behave! Screaming, loud music and parties outside the building is my an others everyday reality. In addtion, the owner/store should be kept accountable for cleaning all trush the cusomers leave outside the building. In my opinion, type of buissness should not be allowed in the cener of residential area. But its Philly - every one does what he/she wants.

Came here to try one of their milkshakes. A bit on the sweet side but it was delicious. Staff was helpful as this was my first time in a wawa store. Gets a bit crowded. They sale food and shakes and its like a convenience store.

I always go to this Wawa and never have issues. However, I went there today and half of the employees, including the ones in the food prep area, were wearing a mask under their noses. I spoke to the manager about it and he spoke with the other employees, who apparently (some) did not think this is a valid concern during a pandemic. Long story short, if youre worried about catching covid, dont go to this Wawa store.

Wawa is THE convenience store of Philadelphia. Whatever you are looking for, you will likely find and they are open all the time. Here is the DFW area, we have QuikTrips or QTs and thats what they reminded me of when I was in them.They were busy when we came in and we were quickly checked out. They were well stocked. We didnt get any of the freshly made to order hoagies though.

While this is probably one of the busiest Wawa’s in the city the orders came out at a reasonable speed and my sandwich wasn’t just thrown together due to a 12am rush.

I really enjoy coming to this wawa when Im really hungry and dont feel like cooking the workers are really nice and very fast past so tonight I went and brought a caesar chicken wrap got it home started eating then see this black long hair in it 😣.... Any other time no problem

Callow hill Wawa. This Wawa was the only other one in Philly to exist before Chestnut hill and I havent frequented it due to the fact that one day I ordered a cheesesteak and the women behind the counter made it and took it home. The clerk said it was never ordered and I had already paid for it. I felt stupid yelling at the people behind the counter and Decided never to eat there again due to the ignorance of that. They did however concede to making my sandwich after I threatened to get camera evidence. The fact that they didnt charge me the second time brings their score to a 2

When I ask where are the tomatoes in my sandwiches, the chef wave his hand and ignore my questions twice.

What a bad experience, the line is always long, i was waiting in line for 15 minuets and the cashier never asked for backup or cashier assistance, the cashier was very rude. The only respectful person there is the cashier jaida otherwise i dont recommend anything else about this wawa. Its terrible there after jaida left.

I paid for extra roast beef. when i got home it wasnt there. i ordered it ahead of time and paid for it on the app . i still had to wait exactly the same time - the guy who ordered when i got in was next to receive his order... you broke my heart, wawa. ill never forget this.

Wish this location had better parking options, but overall the store is ok, the food is good.

This is the closest WaWa to me but this place was so filthy. Cups all over the floor, half drunk beverages just sitting on the soda machine, slushys werent even frozen, just feels unsafe dont help none tht its next to a police station.

Good, convenient place to stop by for breakfast or coffee. Very clean and quick, easy service.

I was the only customer and it took 15 minutes to get an hoagie. Its not talking that you make hoagies. And of course, worst hoagie ever. Definitely it wasnt a Wawa hoagie. Next time pizza.

Guys, my darling neighborhood business, I beg you, please get your orders right. I dont have problems when I am there in person, but literally every grubhub order I have made has been wrong or item forgotten. Specifically with my drinks. Every hot chai tea I have ordered has been forgotten or just wrong. Today, I got a coffee instead. Last time it was a ice chai. please, i beg you. all i want in this cold weather is cozy sweet hot chai tea.

I placed a order through grubhub I ordered a Turkey club with bacon lettuce tomatoes and mayo and a Pepsi there was no bacon no lettuce and no mayo and they sent me a hot Pepsi and the bread smelled old so I called grubhub and they gave me a full refund I will never use this wawa again disgusting

The people that make the sandwich and shakes do not change their gloves. I watched someone make someone’s sandwich that had pork and then wrap it up. Afterwards he grabbed the recipe with the same gloves and threw it in the trash. With the same exact gloves he started on another sandwich. Also, my milkshake didn’t have a cherry on it so I asked for one. The girl opened the fridge and used the same hand to dig out a cherry. Will not be returning to this wawa. Very unsanitary.

I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, buffalo chicken quesadilla as well as a double meat hoagie. A pack of Newport 100 from 20th and Hamilton location and my total was around $45. I believe I was overcharged at least $10. I was very disappointed by that. 😪

When I visited this Wawa the white girl with short hair working the front registered reeked of weed, and was clearly high. When I asked her where the bathroom and napkins were she didnt even realize I had said something to her until the end of the transaction, and called over to someone else saying Hey, can you help this lady out she needs.... something. Real class act.

Everyone is very nice. I visit this spot daily and have never experienced problems (outside of the morning rush).
